Absolutely outstanding customer service. The gentleman by the name of Austin Odom is the true face of their 5-star customer service. He takes pleasure - and pride too - in helping out customers finding their desired items, offering his expert opinion, and walking back and forth fetching the items requested. So, don't forget to see him and give him an applaud next time you are in the store.Moreover, you will feel no pressure of any kind once you are inside the store whether it be the purchase pressure or time duration pressure. You are free to walk around and spend as much time as you want looking through products and doing personal research for finding the right parts. Therefore, I highly recommend this particular Autozone store for a great shopping experience.

I love coming here getting everything I need for my car. From the moment you walk in the employees greet you and ask if you need help with something. The customer service here is amazing and I will always come back here.

Been going to Autozone ever since they built it on Main Street..the have always give me good service and have bossed very few times,, prices have been competitive and service good

Recently had to return a battery that was bad. They looked it up and I had bought it there in Sept of 21. Under the 2 year warranty they replaced it free. Very good service and people that know cars work behind the counter.

Spoke w/Mgr Chris, he handled the issue I had with a previous employer "Lyon".... I appreciate the fact he took my post personal and handled it with the upmost respect and care!!!! Ty Chris.... We like all of u guys plus it the only one we really go to unless something isn't in stock and we HAVE to have it .... But yeah, u rock man.... Ty and the parts are Always a good price too....

Been looking for two days for one hairpin clip that goes on a mustang gt hydraulic clutch elbow. The part between the slave and master on the hose. Have had no luck anywhere not even ford. They would have to order it and I would have to but the whole hose assembly. Well Austin and Michael saved the day. They were awesome and new where in the back to look bc it doesn't even have a part number for it. Very knowledgeable guys here at the auto zone in Lexington. Highly suggest coming here for parts.

Tony Snider was great! He was very polite and helped me with everything I needed which was my battery dying so getting a new one and getting some jumper cables. I would 10/10 recommend him!

I got windshield wipers they didn't have the ones I wanted so the guy showed me some that where just as good and he went outside and put them on my car so yeah he was good he knew what he was talking about I will return.

Austin & Kenneth were so GREAT!! Well experienced well knowledgeable I felt so confident to allow them to install my light bulbs. So I could drive 3 hours back home!!! Thanks Auto Zone.

I've always preferred AutoZone to any other parts store because they've always had what I needed or didn't hesitate to get it for me the next day. The staff here in Lexington are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. It's always been a great experience every single time I've gone to this AutoZone and even the one at Surf City, NC!! Keep up the good work!!

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Double checked to make sure it really was battery and had it changed before we got done paying for the new one.We will be coming here from now on. The two competitors on both sides of them always have bad attitudes and are never helpful.

Wasn't trying to match the price on their website online had to go through two different people to get it done if it's one price on your website the store should be the same price you're supposed to price match anyways

I needed a part for my car and showed up about 20 minutes before closing time. The staff there took great care of me. The three gentlemen that were working tonight went above and beyond. They were all knowledgeable, polite and thorough. I am extremely impressed by their customer service! This made me an Auto Zone customer for life! Thank you again for being so helpful!

Since I was in Lexington tonight,I decided to buy some car air freshers. I have never been to this location before, but I found a ton, a wide variety of car freshers. I liked the fact that their selection of car freshers were at the front of the store, as soon as I walked in the store. They also carry Yankee Candle brand car refreshers. They also had a deal on some car refreshers (buy 2 for $5), which I took advantage of. The customer service was also very good. They have kind staff that acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the doors. If I'm back in Lexington anytime soon, then I will return to this place.

I visited the store on 6/18/22 and let them know that I was@ Advanced next door and what took place there I'm glad that I went Auto Zone Those Guys are Freaking Awesome took time to speak with me and took my battery and charged it overnight and I brought my truck back and on 6/19/2022 and they even tightened up the screws to my battery post THANK YOU AGAIN AUTO ZONE you guys Rock

Robert at Auto Zone is the best! I am a customer service trainer so it s always my great pleasure to come across someone who knows what above and beyond is. My husband works out of town often and we had icy weather today. Well I had to get my son from school and my wipers were bad...so my husband called and arranged for me to go up and have Robert change the wipers. He was just fast and gentle with the car and a true gentleman. Thanks for saving me from hauling all the kids out in the icy cold and just being nice!

My husband and I stopped here to get a simple spark plug. He went in and stood at the country for several minutes while workers were shooting the breeze. No one acknowledged him not said I'll be with you shortly. Poor customer service skills. Thank God we are not from this area. Went next door instead.

Store did not issue receipt for purchases made and informed me that if I needed to return anything that they could/would look up item(s) but after needing to return an item, I was informed that they can only issue store credit. To me that's theft to a degree because how can you not accept a return of an item that is clearly yours with a receipt that was never given. I'm displeased with this location and AutoZone as a whole and I am a former employee of this company... Shameful at best.

I use to spend $800-$1500 a month in this autozone and will not go back. Don't ever expect to be in and out of this location you will be there a while they are always under staffed.. many times when you call they don't even answer the phone.I bought a $65 set of fog light bulbs and one of the busted after a little more then 3 months but since it was more then 90 days they wouldn't exchange it.
