I needed a power window assembly for a Honda I was working on and every place I called couldn t get it over the weekend and they wanted the money up front,, Advance got it the next day and I paid when I picked it up,,2 thumbs up Advance Auto.

Trash customer service. The workers seem racists. The ignore you when you walk in even though they looked directly at you. Stood there for 5 minutes as the only one on the store and neither of two addressed me.

I already didn t like this store, but I needed a drain plug or at least thought I did, sure enough I had one and decided to return it. They ended up declining my return saying I returned too many items even though I haven t been there to return anything in months. This drain plug was also in an unopened package as well. I have to dispute and if they don t allow well it s just gonna sit around and collect dust until I for some reason need it or I sell it to someone else. It s a dumb policy, so I m not going there anymore, it s just a dumb way to lose customers. I don t want to accidentally buy the wrong part or have an employee grab the wrong part (which has happened before) a few times there and not be able to return it. Just happy it wasn t an expensive part.

Some little high school kid told me the wrong hose. Different employees every time you go in can't keep help. Then they would only offer me store credit so I had to buy something I don't need after they inconvenience me and caused me three trips to town. Joe has the personality of a stump. I will never and I mean never buy anything from this pile of store. Save yourself some trouble and go straight to O'Reilly's

I walked in and was greeted with a hello, I think; the people didn't give me any face contact, it was late and I'm sure they were tired.. I looked around for a couple minutes... I had to walk up to the cash register to ask for assistance, and a obviously experienced gentleman quickly helped me find a product called cataclean.... I put it in my gas tank and the engine maintenance light cut off before I got home!!! It's been more than a couple weeks and the maintenance light is still off.. Thanks

I had a most enjoyable experience at Advance Auto Parts. All of the employees gave me excellent customer service. Guys let me tell you, they went above and beyond to be sure I had everything I needed and was happy. This will definitely be my go-to place for my car needs!

Again another disappointing experience with Advanced Auto. Their website stated they did same day delivery. When I called to have something delivered, because vehicle was broke down. Manager on duty told me they only delivered to commercial customers. We had a nice discussion after that. I had to call their online support to get Verification about their Same Day Delivery . Online support informed me they do offer same day delivery to none commit accounts. Online customer service than contacted the store and educated the on duty manager s lack of knowledge about his store services. This is my opinion. Another Not so Advanced Auto employee didn t want to do their job. If it wasn t for the promise of Same day delivery, I would not have called them. My suggestion is use advanced auto as THE VERY LAST RESORT for any of your automotive needs. Go down the street about a block,to O riellys. They treat their customers like they want to help, not just there to get a pay check. I would not of done 2 star, but I did get my parts, but not until after wasting an hour on the phone.Same ol, Same ol Advanced Auto. I ve only done business with Advanced Auto a couple times, because of the employees attitudes.LAZY

The best part about it, was that the store was clean. There were 3 worker's, an even though they heard us trying to figure out the best type of product to get or to help find some other things, we needed. Not One offered to help us find the best an appropriate sealant to use. Don't remember ever being ignored by them before. Even at checkout we had to remind them that we've bought many things there an usually get a discount. I will more than likely choose to just say, they were having a bad day an give them a second chance again. But if the rudeness continues we won't be back again. Lexington has alot of part houses, I refuse to go where our business is not appreciated.

The staff had a nasty attitude when I inquired about filters for my vehicle. There's an Auto Zone and an O'Reilly's next door and I will be using them instead of Advanced Auto.

I used this location as a UPS drop off for a package return. There is one guy in the shop who is very friendly and kind and helpful. The other workers just ignored me when I got to the counter.

Thank You Tom! He checked my battery and I had to purchase a new one. He was quick, and friendly and helped me pick the right one. I was able to get a discount by going on line to purchase it and then getting it put in there.Again Thank You!!!

Great service. Took my old battery out and put in the new one for me. Was able to answer questions that I had about items that I needed to buy. Pleasant and helpful staff.
