You always get what you pay for. If you pay $50 for a tuneup then they re likely just changing the spark plug. Pay a little extra to these guys and they will give you detailed notes on what they did and they will also inform you of any diagnosis issues with your outboard such as compression water flow and temperature. Once you re a customer they call you by your first name. Customer service and quality work rather you have $100,000 boat or $1000 boat you can expect The same quality service.

Great, detailed and thorough repairs to both of my Jetski's. The repair orders were mailed to me after I picked up the ski's and the repair notes were equally thorough. I'll go no where else for service. The cost was very fair for the amount of work that was performed. Do not second guess. Go here for your watercraft needs!

This might be one of Lexington's best kept secrets. I have been thoroughly impressed with the work from Adam. He is honest, knowledgeable, and most of all competent at what he does. I brought a 4-Wheeler that I purchased from someone online (not working). I quickly realized it was beyond my ability to repair. In the past I would have tried to repair it myself first and then taken it to a shop when I was stumped. I decided to skip that step this time. I found Adams Service or Repair on google and based on the reviews I decided to give him a call. He was friendly but straight forward about the fact that he was about 6 weeks behind on repairs but offered to create a work order for me and call me when it was my turn. After reading his google reviews I figured it would be worth the wait so I waited. I am SOO glad I did. All along the repair process I was informed about what was happening and how much it would cost. Adam took the time to explain what the problem was and what steps he would take to resolve it. It was clear from the beginning that customer satisfaction as well as full transparency were top priorities. As a fellow business owner and repair tech (Computer Repair) I don't find many repair shops that share ALL of my business values. Adams Service or Repair most certainly does. All in all, I am extremely happy with my experience and Adam has a customer for life in me.

Sucked up a rock in our jet ski and they fixed our impeller within 30 minutes and got us back on the water! Very honest and reliable. Also did it for a great price! Absolutely blown away by the great customer service they offered to us!

This is a great family owned and operated business. Finally a service and repair shop that is honest, fair, and not out to rip you off. They have done various work on my boat over the past several years and have always done a good job in a normal time frame.

I was not sure what was wrong with my jet ski. Assumed the worst. Dealer said it was not worth repair. These folks fixed it for less than $200!!!!! Incredibly honest and capable.
