If I m being honest I did not have a great experience. Made a plan to drop off my car the night before and the next day I called to get update on my car and they didn t even know they had it. Said they didn t even have my key which is in the only drop box. So when I got a call to pick it up the total was more than expected because they added two more belts that the lady said had to be changed. I was never told until after the fact. Then when I got home my husband I looked under the hood all the wiring retainer clips for my radiator were broke. None of the wiring is secure. The guy said they broke so just left them as is. My car does work and I m grateful for that just many things I wish were different.

Wesley and his staff have the best customer service in car care, hands down! Wesley came highly recommended and has always been professional, punctual, and friendly. These are master mechanics and you know exactly who is working on your car and they walk through each repair with quality and accurate estimates. I've been all over the southeastern United States and Wesley is the best mechanic I've ever met!! Keep up the great work!!!

Considered one of the best mechanics in Lenoir he did an excellent job on my vehicle I recommend him highly and he's well-known locally also has the expertise to repair your what more do you need to know

I had a problem opening the hatch on my Honda element. Called Honda service center and they had no clue as to how to get the hatch open. Went to Wesley's performance and in ten minutes he had it open and fixed. I was so grateful to him I would recommend this business to anyone. He showed me he had the experience and the know how to tackle and resolve my problem. I was very impressed.

Wesley replaced my power steering pump that had a slow leak that had been leaking for probably a year or so.So far everything thing is good,no leaks.Can't beat Wesley prices,he has my future work if I need repairs.
