Neil is a wonderful mechanic. I like that I can trust what he says. He and his guys have always repaired my car issues and I have had lasting results! His prices are no more than anywhere else. Quality work! As far as these posts about him not liking animals...he does but even if he didn't, he's not your vet. As far as cat under hood, cats do this all the time! They will come out when they want to. He owns an automotive ship not a home for feral cats!Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

I found this place by accident! I am so thankful to the owner and all his help. He was honest and helped me even though he was busy. He got my Van in and found the problem fixed it and offered to advocate for me for the mistake made by the oil change company. I highly recommend this place and have found my new place for my vehicles. Local small business, honest, thorough, quality work! Beats any big chain business in my opinion!

Had them fix my a/c after another shop put the wrong size parts on and did a terrible job. Neil brought me back and showed me the problem first hand and had it fixed in no time and for a very affordable rate! I Will definitely be going back. Neil was upfront and really tried to make a AC repair before putting in total system which is great customer care. We ended up having a total repair which Neil and gang did very well and saved us about 2k from a dealership price for same job. The owner Tommy is a top notch guy, very happy with the service I received. We had a customer stranded in Lenoir which is about an hour drive for our mechanics, he took great care of our customer. Brought my 07 DTS in for what I was told blown head gaskets by a dealer. This shop tested it multiple times for combustion gas in the antifreeze and did not find any gasses unlike what the dealer said and wanted over $5,000 for the repair. N-drive took the time to inspect my car and found 3 cracked plugs and 4 week coil packs. N-drive saved me a ton of money and could have easily said it was my gaskets, this shop will now have all my business knowing they are not about taking peoples hard earned money. I waited to do this review for a week now to see how my caddy was preforming, it has been great, this shop is a absolutely honest, everyone I spoke to was polite as well.

I'm new to the area and have used them twice to work on my F150 and they done great work both times at a reasonable price and were honest and straightforward both times. On my last repair they could have easily recommended additional parts, i.e. a power steering pump to go along with the power steering gear box, but they didn't do that and let me know that it wasn't necessary at this time. I will be back.

These guys are a great bunch to work on your Ford (mine anyhow). They will shoot you straight and do a quick and fantastic job. Love this place! (But I hate when my baby is sick. )

Not only are they ignorant, their prices are ridiculous. Save your money and find another shop. Also, the guys there hate animals and tried having a kitten killed for it inconveniencing them at the shop.

I have had my vehicles there many times and it's always a great experience. They are very professional and always get it fixed the 1st time. N-Drive is the only place that I trust to fix my vehicles.

I try to take my vehicles here for whatever they need, whether it is routine maintenance or a repair. N-Drive is always very honest about what work needs to be done and they have never tried to convince me to have work done that wasn't necessary.

They left a kitten trapped under hood of van in 90 degree temp for 36 hours before allowing rescue to get it. Only allowed it after being threatened with police a/c intervention

Mechanic is pretty good but they are hard to get ahold of, called 10 times a day for 3 weeks and never got anything but busy signal.
