Got my motorcycle inspected here a couple days ago. To be honest, I always get my bike inspected here. I called a bunch of other places that are closer to my house and they either don't pick up the phone or try to schedule me out too far. I just show up to Mr.Tire and I'm taken care of. These guys are great. Decent prices, too.

Went there yesterday to have a set of tires that had only 1500 miles driven on them put on my truck, the guy at the counter rudely yelled out to the woman to check my tires and see if they were over two years old. He said that was the law, if you have two year old tires that they(Mr.Tire) couldn't put them on any vehicle. I told him that that wasn't true in NC or any State!The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and official manufacturers suggest a tire is 100% safe to use until it turns 5-6 years old. However, some admit that a tire can be operable up to 10 years if you check it for issues annually after the 5th year.My tires were 2019 tires that like I said before looked ban new. I'll Never give this place any business of mine! Seems like the guy there that was in charge was just too lazy and didn't want to work that day! Below are pictures of all four tires he didn't want to put on that day!

Had my car towed here after having issues with it not starting. From the beginning the manager Kyle was rude and unprofessional. Dropped my car off of on Friday, called Saturday to check in, and had to wait 10 minutes on hold, then was told by Kyle that they hadn t checked the car, but that it was next in line. This was no big deal, he told me he d have an answer to me by EOD. I never received a call back. Waited until Monday, called again around 1200, manager Kyle answered and said have I called you yet? I told you I d call when I have an answer this took me a back a bit, but I was understanding and I apologized. He called back several hours later to give me the diagnosis. He said car should be ready by EOD. Waited until 5pm on Tuesday and still hadn t received any updates, had my father call and surprisingly Kyle was nice, told my father they received wrong parts and had to wait for new ones, but my car would be ready at 6pm. I went and picked up vehicle and as soon as I drove out of parking lot my check engine light came back on. This place is rude, unprofessional, and sexist. I will never use this place again and definitely don t recommend if you are a woman. They will treat you like you re stupid. Kyle needs a refresher course in professionalism and respect if he expects to keep business.

Make sure you double check work completed. They tried to pull one over on my mother over by making her pay for an oil change (that was not even done) while I was on a trip. She didn t drive the car and it just sat in her driveway for a day after she got it done. When I got back a day later the oil was leaking on her brand new driveway. As you can see from the picture of what the mechanics pulled out of my car (at my best friends dealership) that the oil was in fact never changed. They only changed the filter and put that on wrong so it leaked. They also stripped the metal washer on my car as you can see beside the oil pictured. ------------EDIT: They apologized fully and gave us a full refund to be back on the card within two weeks.

The charge more then double the cost if you go anywhere else. I paid 1000 for 2 motor mounts that should cost less the 500 somewhere else and I paid 1100 to change the plugs and coils. That s more the double the price for the work done. If I wasn t desperate cause I was having a baby the next day and need the work done I would have taken it somewhere else or done it myself. Not to mention I didn t want to drive it anymore for fear of causing more damage. Not only that but you would think for that price it would drive like a new car but no it feels like something is still going on when you drive it. So my advice for anyone is to take it somewhere else unless you just hate money.

I came to get my flat tire plugged. But Mr. Tire said it couldn't be fixed and tried to sell me a new tire for. $ 280.00. . I went by the tire place I usually use and they fixed for $10.00Lesson learned. Never use Mr Tire.

My husband took a vehicle to this location to get it lined up & an oil change. Never again!! You can clearly see the oil housing was NEVER touched *see photo. Also charged us for services they didn t provide. He went back to the office and the manager offered a refund, but the refund that showed up on our card didn t even cover the false service. Very disappointed that this company tries to make profit off of trusting consumers. I would hate to think if I didn t have someone able to go behind these folks to jack up the car and check the work.

Went in for an oil and filter change, also to check all fluids. Couple days later I had to remove the air breather for some work. Found a large rat nest inside next to filter. Next I noticed my break fluid was low, oil was 1/2 quart low and radiator water was low.No one evidently checked anything and I seriously doubt the oil was changed but cannot prove it.

If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE! Spentover 1,000 dollars to fix what I was told was wrong,The guy I hooked it up to computer this is waht is wrong 1,500 to fix it. turned out it was not even what was wrong it! Also once I got my truck back something had built a nmext in my grill and it was not there when I dropped it off!

This was my original 1 Star Review - Where to start. Called ahead to schedule a rack and pinion and tie rod end change out. They confirmed me and I dropped it off the night before. It started getting later and later into the scheduled day with no call so I called them. They said they sent the tech home early and that it wouldn t be done that day. So I said I ll come get it Monday then, nope, the tech was off that day too. Had to wait till Tuesday. No big deal really except the lack of customer service. No one was planning to call me and tell me anything. They didn t even call the day it was done. I just stopped by right before closing and it was ready.Now the really bad part. Car still felt funny so I thought I d double check the work. I asked them to install Moog tie rod ends which they did but they failed to install the zerk fittings that came with the ends. This means I had a wide open hole in the bottom and they had not been greased. Fortunately I have a pack of fittings and corrected. Then I noticed the snap ring on the rack and pinion boot was just dangling and then I saw it. They had twisted my inner tie rod end in without loosening the boot so it was twisted up tight. Finally worked and worked and got it freed up and put the snap ring on. The passenger side was exactly the same way. With both sides twisted this way it put tons of pressure on the boot and probably restricted motion. Then I found where they had snapped off a bolt holding my shifter cable brackets. Trying to fix snapped off two easy-outs so I just bored a bigger hole and put a new nut and bolt in it.Very unprofessional and corner cutting shop. The Mr Tire in Granite Falls is so much better and I plan to start going back there now.Now I am at 4 stars - decided to come back and they did the work well and quickly. I even got a call when it was finished. This was nice as it didn t used to happen. I believe there has been a change in staff and I can see a major improvement. I would set it to 5 stars but I m still paranoid after what happened before. Maybe we ll get there soon.

Well it states on their page that they can used on for you. But it's a lie . Because My and me went there to get our used tires put on. We was there 10minutes. When the guy came over and told us that they don't do that there.

Not sure what has happened since Mr tire took over but I'm not pleased. Is this the kind of work you put out here.Was this a scam to make my wife bring her car back because of a bad sound? How can you do something like this. I truly hope this was an accident. But IMO I think it was purposely done to make more money. Not sure if I'll ever be back or my wife.I'm not very happy you were trying to take advantage of my wife. This is not how you do business.This was suppose to be a oil change and tire rotation. Wife kept complaining about a weird sound so I drove it and knew exactly what y'all did.

I just moved to Lenoir a couple months ago and I ve been to this Mr. Tire location twice, both times they ve really gone above and beyond. The first time they dropped me off and picked me up from my house, at no additional charge, and gave me an alignment for a very fair price. I just stopped by to have a taillight put in today and they didn t even charge me. Every time I come here they re extremely nice and overly helpful, I highly recommend them.

I came in needing inspection sticker and u had a screw stuck in one of my tires. They got to me immediately.Professional staff, clean waiting room. Everyone was nice, super fast service I was in and out with in 30 minutes. We have used them in the past for inspection and have always been fast, and friendly.Thank you to the staff at MR.TIRE we appreciate you!

I watched like an eagle as the technician performed an oil change on my vehicle. I purchased full synthetic oil, which was top price.I then saw the technician open the brand new bottle of full synthetic oil, 5 quarts, to fill an old shop container before topping off my vehicle. The lady upfront was standing beside him, so i guess it's their usual routine? When I saw this, my thought was, is he mixing different oil types? I hope not. Manufacturer specs says my vehicle takes 5.7 quarts to top off. But sure enough, my vehicle was topped off with only "5 quarts!" This lead me to believe my theory of the technician adding my purchased oil to the left over oil from previous oil change customers.The old shop container clearly did not look empty by the way it was being carried. There shouldn't be any reason to pour new oil into an old jug before topping off. Unless it already has the SAME type of oil in there! The jug was not labeled, assuming it is the jug used for every oil change no matter what blend or viscosity it is. This can damage your vehicle!I get it. The business doesn't want to have different types of oil laying around so they utilize whats leftover from previous oil changes and stock up on brand new unopened containers for the next customer. I hope this isn't how the business "save money" by ripping off their customers with zero concern of the damage they can do to the customer's vehicle.I need to find a different auto shop now. I really dislike the idea of being taken advantage of.Thanks for reading and be aware friends.Lee

Went into the store on 3/22 to buy a battery. The young lady completely ignored me. When she finally acknowledged my presence she was completely incompetent of what she was doing. Finally walked out and went to another parts store that had employees that had knowledge of what they were doing. Will never go back.

I went to Mr.Tire in Lenoir, NC when I discovered a slow leak in a rear tire. I was greeted by the Assistant Manager, Katelynn. She was amazing. She explained the choice of tire manufacturers and costs vs quality etc. They have a wide selection. I choose a replacement tire and within minutes my car was in the bay being worked on. In no time I was back on the road. They also inspected my vehicle at no extra charge. Outstanding customer service. You can t get better service!

Friendly people was able to get tires changed without appointment. Service was a little slow but that s likely do to short staff. Only thing I was unhappy about was, I was asked whether not I wanna keep my old tires but was not told it was gonna be an added charge for not keeping them.

I ve had my cars worked on here the past couple months and they have amazing customer service. The lady at the desk Katelynn I believe was extremely helpful. We aren t gonna talk about how I took my vehicle up there because of the check engine light just to find out my gas cap wasn t closed tight enough They always come together to find the problem and get it fixed a quickly as possible. Thank you for your service and hard work. All of you are appreciated

I just want to give a thanks to the Manager n Staff Members at Mr. Tires in lenoir I walked n and was greeted very quickly n very respectfully.. The Young thats the Manager really knows whats she's doing n stays on top of any situation. The Staff was on point!! They get u in and get u out...Best prices I have seen in a while so I must say I will be back for whatever service that either one of my cars need!! Thanks Ms.Katie n Thanks to ur staff!!

I just went up there today to get my car inspected, only to get an employee's unprofessional attitude and smart mouth, and get told that they no longer do inspections which is a total lie, then processed to say the guy wasn't in today to do inspections but don't tell customers that they no longer do inspections when the guy isn't in that's unprofessional on your part... there's was no good communication whatsoever she completely had an attitude the entire time talking to my husband about inspections saying they no longer do inspections when they actually do... I do not recommend anyone going here to get unprofessionalism by employees please each your employees what professional attitude towards customers is

Called them this morning for a serpentine belt on Jeep and was quoted $197.00 for the belt and installation. So over priced, I went to NAPA and bought the best they had for &39.00, went home and installed it myself in about 20 minutes. That s just too much price gouging for me. Things like this will keep me from calling for anything else
