Called Matheson s and had them tow my van from hickory because it refused to crank. They were there quickly! I had my seven year old with me and he was terrified. When the driver had my van on the truck, he made sure to check on my son and explain that everything was going to be ok.Amazing service, amazing people!

24hrs 12/18/23 says open call number listed says hey mark if didn t answer call blank surprise no answer there but the voicemail Says to just call back the first number that sends you to the number you dialed so endless loop of no answers

The prices are very reasonable and very quick to arrive at stranded location!!! The driver took his time to make sure to safely load the jeep ( lower ball joint went out) without causing damge!! Awesome job!! I highly recommend

My car was stolen and impounded but bc the lot I got it from as it turns out never had my title to send it off as they were supposed to do and mathesons won't accept my bill of sale from purchase as ownership I now have no vehicle and he refuses to even let me have access to my belongings in my car!Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Great company, we opened a towing company also, does anyone know who they have insurance with? I have to have insurance before operation and I got a few from other towing companies I'm trying to compare which is the best to get. I called them the other day to get a tow and whoever the operator is she is very disrespectful and rude.. I called just to get a tow because I accidentally backed my vehicle into a ditch and it got stuck because I was trying not to hit my friends car. (Which was in the way). She asked me if it was a wreck and I didn t know what to say so I said kinda sorta and she said Well you need to call the law enforcement first before you call us. *with a snooty attitude* Not everybody wants to get the law involved when they ACCIDENTALLY back into a ditch!Also, when you need to pay them they wait till late at night to call you. Not everybody stays up late.
