The worst and slowest service I ve ever experienced. I had an appointment to put new tires on, & was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour, and I m STILL waiting for it to be done and it s been 2 hours now. When I asked why it was taking so long or when it d I ve ready? I was told, they only had 2 tires done & he didn t know why & he shrugged his shoulders & dismissed me. Great customer service!

First off they made me wait Over 2 hours just to tell me they couldn t replace my tire because they stripped the bolt.The lady named Lisa in the front shouldn t be working there. She is clueless of what customer service is. She saw me wait for over 2 hours and didn t tell me what had happened. Then after I leave I notice that my rim was scratched and ruined and they decided that wasn t important enough to tell me. Lisa again ignored me and did not want to help. I will never go back here.

My father called earlier in the week and set up an appointment for an oil change and new tire. He got there at 8:30am for his appointment and was then told he didn t have one. They said it would be a 2hr wait. They didn t get his car finished until after 1pm.

Was able to install a battery into my Dodge Avenger which is above to wheel well out of view. Meineke wanted almost 400 bucks for a two year warranty battery and labor. Walmart installed a one year warranty battery for the price of just the battery, about 80 bucks. I have no complaints with the Leland NC store.

It's unfortunately the best price in town. But you're going to wait. Was told 40 minutes. Was here over and hour and a half before they even put it up. Was then told it would take 20 minutes. Took another 40. Almost 2 and a half hours for an oil change is unacceptable.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went in for an oil change, asked to have an over the counter additive added. Which was provided to them, from the store. Asked to have tire pressure checked and inflated as 2 were visibly low. Also asked to check coolant level. Additives were not added, no check on the coolant, and tires came out in the exact same condition as they went in. But the paperwork said all my tires were at 44psi which would be to high to begin with. Overall disappointing experience, would recommend other shops unless you have no other choice.

Ordered 4 tires from costco because they were the cheapest online, after waiting 15 days and already paying, I called Wal Mart to see if they just happened to finally have my size in stock. Quinten answered and was extremely helpful. Inventory said they only had one in stock but when I said I needed four he went to the back and checked and found four together. I was there within 30 minutes, Quinten met me at the drive up check-in, took my info in less than 5 minutes and had me out the door. My car was ready before I even got back to Leland from Costco to get my refund and was still $300 cheaper than Costcos online price!Service: Tires

The website states they had the tire size we needed, but when we drove to the store, they didn't have it. I afvise people go to Firestone Complete Auto. They have great service and people.

Excellent tire installation service! I blew a tire out yesterday due to a nail, I called to see if they had my tire available in Leland and, they stocked my size!Based on the reviews I was up too early to be here at 7am when they opened. I ended up arriving at 7:30 am, Lynn the long time associate here, former dept. manager was super helpful, knowledgeable and had my replacement of 2 tires, never mismatch a set I was always told, match all 4 as soon as possible.I was done in under 40 minutes!Now days vary, yesterday they were slammed busy he said, so take that into consideration, I lucked out today. I'll be back for my other 2 tires soon!

Well my tire had a nail in it and it's in the bay tire off all I needed was a plug still sitting here over 30 minutes later I guess the guy went to lunch. I can't get it out to take somewhere else die to tire not on car . I'm going to find another place that I can go to . it only takes 15 min or less to plug it and put it back on car I should have called triple AA to my house to fix and it's free.Service: Tires

Had a tire that had been going flat on me over the past week or so. Brought it in this morning to have it looked at and get an oil change. Cashier/auto desk fella was nice and clearly juggling multiple things but got to me and sorted me out told me it'd be about 45 minutes.Once service was done got a text over all about 45-50 minutes.Looking at the bill of sale I noticed the tire wasnt repaired and asked why they didnt repair the tire. Front desk person goes back and asks the tech who told him that he did in fact check it and there was no leak.Wasnt about to have them take another look brought the van home sprayed the tire with soap water and sure enough found the leak. Its pretty obvious that the tech didn't do a thorough check or use any basic method other than his eyeballs. So with that major oversight I can only hope the oil change was actually done.So here I am wasting my time to plug the hole my self. I cannot recommend this service center.Services: Tires, Oil change

I bought 2 Tires from Walmart. Com & had them delivered to Leland, NC Walmart. I recieved message 2 days later they were there. When I walked into the Tire & Auto center, my tires were sitting there behind the desk, with the option to pick them up or have them Mounted & Balanced there. For $12 a tire, I figure there was no reason to go somewhere else. I did read all the reviews when I bought my tires, with hundreds 5 star reviews and a handful of 1 star reviews. The only reason they had 1 star review was because they reported they were LOUD, but that's because these were directional tires and if they're not put on in the right direction, then they won't ride correctly, therefore it causes a loud rumble when you get to certain speed. I made sure they knew this at Walmart. They put both tires on correctly, and made sure air pressure was correct. They even put my spare back where it goes in the trunk. The $12 also includes Life time rotation & balance every 7,500 miles. GREAT DEAL

Neve r go to tire center in leland nc...my tire went down while waiting and they drove in in with flat tire and all on pavment....then acted like it was no big ddeal...so if u go be prepared for people that don't care about costumers equipment

The current staff that I had today was excellent. Sandy had great customer service and was very friendly. The technician s were great today eventhough they were short staffed which is why it took 3hrs. Hood tire service just be prepared to waitService: TiresService: Tires

Waited over 3 hours for a simply tire repair job. There was two people ahead of me at 7:19 am having tire work. Was told I would be out in less than 90 minutes. Really slow.

Service is always slow, and they look for every excuse to avoid performing the requested work or service. These people are the rejects other service shops wouldn't hire. They've previously lost my lugnut lock key, and today they refused to replace a slick punctured tire with my safer full-size spare from the back of my Jeep Wrangler because even though it has a lot of tread on it, they say it doesn't meet their standards so they choose to leave a slick tire on. the wheel basee

Very poor customer service. Workers Rocky and Lisa were not helpful. I came to get new tires for my mom's car. Rocky had said, "make an appointment for tomorrow and the car will be taken right in at the appointment time. It should take about 45 minutes to an hour." We made an appointment. The next day, Lisa says "no, it will take 3-4 hours, we take all the cars in front of you first." This, despite having an appointment. She was also very rude to my mother. When we returned, Lisa was behind desk and ignored us although she was not helping another customer - there were no other customers. Rocky ignored us too. I had to ask if he minded checking on the car to see how long it would be. The shop was not busy, many workers sitting down and out smoking. A very bad experience, you would think for almost $600, they could do their jobs with some degree of professionalism. Will never return here, would discourage anyone else from using this location.

I was skeptical of going here after reading reviews. I needed a tire after hitting hurricane debris. I didn't want to try driving home 3 hours on a donut. Lisa quoted a good price so I bought 4. An hour later I was on my way.

Lady who answered the phone was really rude and short. Took several tries to get anyone to answer. Didn't give them my business for new tires nor will I ever give them any of my business. Walmart has really declined bad with customer service and care

Quality was superb. The 3.5 hours was less than desirable. 2 cars ahead of me and only tires, it was 2.5 hours before my car was on the lift and from there it was just under an hour. But hey Its the south and Walmart. It is what it is

I walked into the store but there was no one was at the counter so I waited patiently, after 10 minutes of waiting an employee from another department approached me and was kind enough to page for help. Unfortunately 5 more minutes passed and no one came to offer help so I left. My rating is based on the kindness of the employee that approached me.

Went for a simple oil change and they couldn t even get my splash guard off. When they told me they couldn t do it I went to leave and started my car only to hear a weird noise and then the smell of burning oil flooded the inside of my car. They left my oil cap off of the engine! Took my car to another place and they were able to get the splash guard off (nothing was wrong with it they just didn t realize how to take it off)and change my oil. I will never go here for any car maintenance ever again. Idiots.

Worst customer service in the world. Do not care if its am emergency or not! Spent 4 hours on Saturday waiting for one tire to be replaced. No luck, but tire was purchased. Came back on Sunday being told it will be at least an hour an a half wait. Looking at the reviews if we getnout of here by midnight we will be lucky!

They tore up my oil pan on a simple oil change then tried to say it was like it when I got there. No way Jose! That's why the insurance adjusters payed out 700 dollars. And they didn't put my skid plate back on so I lost that. The biggest problem I have with them is the hassle I had to go through. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WAL MART!

Bought a new Everstart battery late on a Saturday. Purchase and installation took less than 25 minutes. Could not have been easier. Price was comparable to other repair shops.
