This place is awesome. I love the way the owner operates things. One of his employees had made a small mistake. He did not get upset with him. He handled the situation wonderfully. I will absolutely recommend this place and absolutely come back and make this. My go to place for oil changes from now on. The owner is great.

Great place to get your oil changed in Leland conveniently located down Hwy 17 in the Southbound lane just past Lanvale Rd. Quickly in & out as well as locally owned and operated which is always a great thing especially in the automotive repair industry.

These guys are amazing! I HATE doing car stuff bc as a woman, I'm not comfortable doing the stuff in a man's world. Everyone at Victory Lane was very professional, efficient & pleasant. They were informative while not being condescending. My service was performed very quickly. I highly recommend Victor Lane Leland, NC. Thanks guys!

Today was my first day using Victory Lane to get my Harley Davidson inspected, I was very impressed with their service technicians and how polite and professional they are, not to mention their facility was very clean and well organized. They say first impression is everything and I would definitely be back and use their services again. Great job Victory Lane!

I cannot share enough how easy of an experience I ve had with this location and the great group of men who run it. On a Monday at that! I felt safe and listened to which is normally not the experience one can have when getting cars inspected and serviced. Thank you to all of you who were there! You have my business as long as I m here in town.

Had my vehicle inspected here and was totally satisfied with the results. Personnel conducted a thorough inspection and passed my vehicle for registration purposes. I can t say enough about the friendliness, respect, and professionalism displayed by the manager and other employees. All of them went above and beyond what I expected. I recommend Victory Lane Quick Oil Change to all of my family and friends!

This was a fun experience for an oil change. Like sitting on pit row. Technicians swirling around your car, pumping air in your tire, cleaning your windows, disappearing under your car. (Where'd he go? He was just in my rearview mirror. ) I was thinking that roller skates would make the experience even more entertaining. But I guess that would be too dangerous for the techs! The service was pleasant and pretty quick. Probably just me, but driving over that open pit was a bit scary. I think I'll be more comfortable with that next time. I will return. Just FYI, they offer many more services than an oil change.

DO NOT go to this place if you are a female and dont understand much about cars. Went for inspection. Was told my drivers side wiper was streaking when I had no issues in the down pour a few days ago? Would not pass my car without charging $30 for ONE SINGLE wiper. I was told I could either go somewhere else & buy a wiper or get it there but I would still be paying for 2 inspections. Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL. Very money hungry and not worried about a single complaint. Also while I was there waiting a customer called about an inspection and spoke to Tim. To which Tim told the customer to come on in. When Tim told the other coworkers another inspection was coming in, the MANAGER said Tim should ve just told the customer they didn t have an appointment until 5pm. Conveniently 30 mins before close because they didn t want to deal with it. Their attitudes are DISGUSTING. Don t dare ask about your charges because you ll surely get a rude explanation. Everyone would be way better off going somewhere else!!

Since my first time there I've been taking both my vehicles there. I no complaints about them. They are honest and tell you what is happening and shows you things like the air filter , oil level. I had my cabin filter replaced and it DEFINITELY needed it. 10 out of 10 from meService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Took my vehicle in for a oil change and these guys almost did a complete safety inspection before the oil change. That reminded me I had a safety inspection coming up so I added it on. All I had to do was blow the horn. Very well pleased with there service and turn around time. I'll be back!

I took one vehicle in for an oil change and I had no complaints. I was pretty pleased with service, waiting time and price ($62) but then I took another vehicle to have the oil changed 2 weeks later. This time I was pleased with service and wait time. However the price was OVER $100....Actually it was $122.00!! I will NOT return and do not recommend.

Not only was the service super fast, but the staff was so friendly and personable. Finally a business that knows how to treat their customers. Victory Lane is my new go to place.

Where do I start!! Two weeks after my service here, my car over heated! Why? Because they did not fill the coolant as they said they did. Then a month later my car starts leaking oil. My mechanic said they put the wrong oil in my car and they charge me for the synthetic oil (which was the right oil) and they cracked the oil filter insert! Also, i got an inspection and they charged me for a window tent test which they did not do! My car is clearly factory tent. I've never had trouble with my car. Never will I go back here!

Stopped by for my 4Runner's Inspection. The Techs were professional, very straight forward and tasked oriented, and at the same time, friendly. Just needed a car State inspection no appointment needed they got me right in. Friendly staff they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They also do motorcycles inspection that I didn't know.I will be going back there for service's in the future.

Locally owned business. Brought both of my cars in (over 2-days) for the State annual safety inspection ($13.60 if you pay cash). Very friendly, efficient, fast, and did not try to sell me any additional services. I appreciate the honesty.

I stopped in to get an oil change and inspection. They were super quick and so great. They brought several things to my attention that had clearly never been looked at by our regular oil change place. I immediately called my husband when I left and told him we re switching to Victory Lane for any future needs.

AVOID!!! Terrible service from 3 guys that had appeared to have no idea what they were doing. They spilled oil all over the engine and only wiped up a fraction of it. They also disconnected the air hose to my turbo for some reason and did not replace it correctly. My turbo went out a week later. The Service people at the dealership (Volvo) had to reconnect the hose and clean the engine because of all of the oil.

The staff was very friendly and although I was in a hurry I didn't have to make it known. They were just as interested as getting me in and out as I was but willing to take as much time as needed to provide quality service!! When I got home I sent my daughter back right away to have her car serviced because I was so pleased. Her experience was just as good as mine!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I really enjoyed the experience. The gentleman who waited on me was courteous friendly and made sure that I understood exactly what was going to be done.
