Mr. Grady is knowledgeable, friendly, fairly priced, trustworthy, and a joy to work with. My family doesn t trust anyone else to work on our tires. We have had the pleasure of working with him for several years and look forward to many more to come. You can t go wrong with Mr. Grady!

Had a slow leak in a tire. Called Grady & Sons and they were very gracious. Fixed on minutes. Fair price.They also do brake work and oil changes. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

May 19 2023, down with a flat tire. It was monsooning heavily and I was passing through heading back to Florida.Googled and found S Grady & Sons. Steven answered my call and had me up and running in no time despite the rain.Definitely recommend him for you tire needs.Thank you for being there for me and did not take advantage of me knowing that I wasn't a local.Have a terrific blessed safe stress free day.I Khan

He went above and beyond to help get tires and change break pads. We came in close to his closing time and we re expecting to pick it up the following day. We got dinner and a text 45 min later saying he got everything done (after business hours) and picked up the car and rolling great.

New residents of Wilmington. Blew a tire and we needed a new tire.Customer service was incredible, I forgot my tire at the house and he drove me to my house to get the tire. Then we were in and out in under 15 minutes. Price was great.He is our go to now for all our vehicle maintenance and roadside assistance needs.

My family and I were on the way back from vacation and had a flat tire. He was a complete professional and reasonably priced. We were back on the road within 20 minutes from the time we got to his shop.

May 19 2023 , started like any other day. Checked out of the hotel and loaded my gear in my suv .It was monsooning something fierce that morning, got started on my trip . My tpms light came on telling me that my tyre was low on air.I pulled over when it was safe to do so and looked up tire service nearby.I saw S Grady & Sons ,I called and Steven Grady answered the call.Inspite of the monsoon, Steven had me up and running in no time and I was able to continue my journey home to Florida.Definitely recommend Steven to anyone needing his services.Imtiaz Khante

I want to give a shout out to these two men they did great on changing are tires and we got used tires and the tires look brand new so if you need to get your tire changed for a good price I would really suggest going here.. thank y all sooo much

S Grady & Sons are awesome! Excellent customer service and will let you know if anything is wrong before proceeding to fulfill any work on your vehicle. Mr. Steve replaced my tires with the best he had in stock. Also, the prices are very reasonable! I would highly recommend S Grady & Sons!

Steve Grady is an honest, hardworking man and I flat out guarantee he would never put a used tire on a vehicle and say it was new. Not happening. I'm not his buddy. I know him from business only. He's always been straight as an arrow with me and I don't have nothing.Highly recommend.

Amazing prices, great service, and even better employees. They changed our tire in no more than 10 mins and quoted us some great prices on some other work we need done. Won't go anywhere else now!

Very happy with service, urgently needed a tire. Called so many places in Wilmington, however just could not find a used tire within my budget. So grateful that I called here and got a used tire for just 35! Will always go here for tires!

I have used Grady and Sons several times now and the service is excellent. Staff is friendly, courteous, and genuine. Prices are about the best in town. I will continue to do business here in the future!!!

I had a very BAD experience in this place. The tire was cheap and so was the service. They installed the wrong sized tire on my car even though I asked the guy to double check. Then when I called to ask if they had the right size, the man who answered immediately adopted a negative tone on the phone with me and was basically yelling. He also claimed that the tire was new but it had innumerable cracks on it. He continued to call me a liar and insisted that the tire was new. These people were inept and rude when it came to providing quality service. I am disappointed and do not recommend this business.

Super nice Guy there helped me get a Used tire for my granddaughter who's tire blew out nite before. It was kind of an expensive used tire. But save me from having to look everywhere. Hard to see from main Rd. Unless you look real close.

As a small business owner that is still in need of much my GOD is still in the miracle working business. As my husband and I were looking for tires we desperately needed I started calling around. The price caught me but when we arrived and I looked around God said reach out I am not only giving u ur dreams but I am taking u beyond ur wildest dreams let me show u my dream for u and ALL my children....Share ur message and start tge spark. I called yesterday was told he would call me back and never did and when I called back the next day at 4:30 pm he was already closed this why we can't patronize our black own business they act as if we owe them no worries about me but your service sucks

I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS TIRE SHOP TO ANYONE. HE PUT MY LUG NUTS ON WAYYYY TO TIGHT HAD TO REPLACE ALL 5 LUG NUTS & SCREWS!! HE TOLD MY BF THAT I HAD NO BRAKES AND THE HEAT CAUSED THE METAL TO MELT. IM NO ROCKET SCIENTIST BUT THE MOMENT MY BF TOLD ME THAT I AUTOMATICALLY KNEW IT WAS A LIE!!! DO NOT USE THIS TIRE SHOP TAKE YOUR BUSY ELSEWHERE!!!!! However, Mr. Richard was very nice & very professional!!

Good costumer service, would definitely trust them to change a tire especially when you are in a time crunch!
