I have been buying Napa parts for my cars for the past 15 years, and have been very pleased until recently.The clip on the brake pads doesn't fit properly, the pads are the cheapest ever dealt with, and I was never offered lubricant. Shame on me for not remembering!My husband was right....O'reillys has better car parts!

I really enjoy Napa and prefer Napa over the other three chain stores but this place is a joke, hours arnt competitive with the others parts stores in town, never has common items that the Walker Napa Parts stores carry, the items they have on display are usually broken yet still for sale so it then becomes the customers problem. How this place stays in business while being right across the street from advance and the next intersection down from auto zone beats me. If I want to go to Napa I'll just go into town to a Walker store.

I called looking for a part for my 2010 grand caravan. It was in stock and when I arrived there it was ready and waiting for me. Very easy transaction. The staff was very helpful and professional.

If you need to speak with someone that knows about vehicles, NAPA is the place to go. There's some auto parts stores that will sell you anything. If you have had the same experience with these other stores that I have you find yourself running back and forth trying to get the right parts.

Went with faucet to pick up a couple of goods. Can't say much for the employees that day as rudness prevailed
