Absolutely excellent customer service, and one of the best businesses I ve ever patronized. I go to them for most of my regular maintenance, and my vehicle goes into the bay at the appointed time. One time they advised me to go to the dealer for a proprietary part, and sure enough it even took the dealership six weeks to get it. Trust-worthy, sincere, and friendly service. You can t go wrong with these folks.

They did great getting me an appointment quickly to have my oil changed. The technician did a fantastic job on the oil change and took very care with my Honda Pilot. I will absolutely be back to see them anytime I need more care with my Pilot. Thank you very much!!!Kelly

The gentleman at Meineke are excellent!! Very courteous and always made sure we were comfortable in their waiting room. As well as doing excellent work at an excellent price! I ll be coming here for more of my car care needs -oil changes etc !

Don t waste your valuable time or money going here. Went in on a Saturday morning just after opening and asked if they would do a NC state inspection for me. The guy behind the counter went on some story about how he was the manager and how he spaced out his appointments for the day and that he would work on a car and after finishing he would wait for a 30 minute period before working on any other car. Told me to come back in 30 minutes. I didn t notice any cars in the parking lot when I pulled in so I was puzzled as to why he told me to go get breakfast and come back in 30. Lots of smoke and mirrors on the reviews here. These people aren t interested in making money and running a business. They are more interested in having 30 minute breaks after each job they do. Disappointed with this establishment. Take your business elsewhere because your time and money matter.

I just left the Meinke Car Care Center at 104 Woodland Dr in Leland, NC and feel so blessed and overjoyed. I got a screw in my tire about 11 miles away while traveling to my family's home. I was able to change the tire for a doughnut tire and searched for the closest place that was open...Meineke! As I went into the store (very clean and welcoming), I was immediately greeted by Ms Elaine who was friendly and kind (which eased my frustrations). She called out to Mr Josh (a mechanic and my saving grace). Within 12 minutes he had the tire inspected, plugged and back on my car. I asked what the charge was and they both said that it was a Meinke courtesy. So if you are ever in the area and have car troubles...make your way to Meinke at 104 Woodland Dr in Leland. Oh and they give Military 10% discounts on parts! Hats off to Ms Elaine and Mr Josh for their exceptional service!

Bryan did a great job. He. Worked on my truck so that I got it back Saturday at 7 pm. I am so thankful. He did a great job. He worked all day Saturday on my truck. My business only lost one day without our truck. Thank you, Bryan.

I needed a brake lightbulb replaced and my regular shop couldn t fit me in until the next week due to staff shortages. I took car to my car to Meineke in Leland, NC. They were busy but told me they could do it the next day. I made an 8:30 appointment and when I arrived they couldn t find me in the schedule. They put me in and told me they had to check to see if they had the bulb. If not, they would get it. After 45 minutes they told me they had trouble removing the bulb because it burst but they were able to change it. They also changed the other brake bulb, since they said it would probably also burn out soon. This sounded ridiculous since the bulb looked fine, it just didn t work. Next thing I know I get slammed with a bill for $51. I ve never paid more than $10 for a bulb change. When I complained they reduced the bill to $46 and acted like they were doing me a huge favor. I will never go back here and want people to know that this shop is dishonest and takes advantage of people by making up stuff and overcharging them.

First impressions are lasting ones. This was my first time here. What a great experience!! JD & the rest of the staff were awesome!! They took the time to show me what was wrong with my brakes. Even though they were very busy & short staffed, they took their time with my vehicle & made sure that it was repaired properly. I highly recommend them. I will continue to take both my vehicles to them.

The gentleman that I first encountered (straight forward from the front door) was very thorough - his attention to the details of my paperwork was superb. The last two years, I had a friend of mine take my truck in since I have to work in Wilmington at 8 am. So he changed the paperwork to include my information, not my friends. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!

Bryan was awesome and took the time to explain everything necessary, unlike many mechanics who will automatically skim the info just because they are speaking to females. Very pleased with his skill and the whole experience! Look forward to the next oil change, engine check & inspection next year...

Positive! For three years since moving to the Leland area, I trust I have trusted my autos to the local Meineke folks and they have proven that decision to have been the correct choice. What more can I add to the fact that they have always been courteous, professional and reliable. Even when I need to be put at ease with a simple explanation to a mechanical issue I do not understand, I can depend upon their helpful service.

Why is it not possible to leave ZERO STARS. On Monday I called this shop and made an appointment for 0830 on Friday to have my muffler and tailpipe replaced. I arrived at the shop at 0815 and checked in. The desk guy said the mechanic would look at it and do an estimate of the parts needed and they would confirm it with me. I sat in the waiting area until for a while then had my wife come and pick me up at about 0915 and my truck was still sitting in the parking lot. Did you ever go somewhere and get the feeling that you were in a potato patch? I had that feeling as I drove away. I don't from the shop, so at noon I make the decision to drive back to the shop to get my truck to take it somewhere else. As I am pulling up to the building, I get a text saying that my service was done. So, FOUR hours after my scheduled appointment time I get my truck back with no exhaust installed but with an oil change! I would not recommend this shop to anyone, since they have no concept of customer service. Don't go to this shop they do not value your time.

We moved here in May looking for a car shop and we found one. They re amazing and communicate with you. My whole family brings their cars here. The other day I brought my car in I told them I was going to stay and wait they offered me water and coffee, while I was waiting they continuously kept me updated on the status of my car. This is the only place I trust.

Usually never write reviews but Will not be returning to this place. Took my car in for a check engine light for an evap leak so they ran a diagnostic test which took about 2 hrs (way too long) just to say they cant fix the issue which turned out to be only a small purge valve. They tell me there was nothing they can do and for me to take my car else where. Didn t give me a printout or anything regarding what the issue was but were more than happy to charge me for doing absolutely NOTHING. Very unprofessional and if I could get a refund I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The Meineke in Leland has been fantastic! I have had scheduled appointments that almost always proceed more quickly than I was told and they always break down the issue for me. They explain what is wrong in ways I understand (cars are complicated) and why a service may be necessary. I appreciate the efforts of the people who work there. Thank you!Service: Oil change

Trust me,this is not a good place to go!If I could put a negative star I would, I ask if they would fix the shaking in my steering, I received a text with a long list with everything they could think of well over 2k, so I'm thinking I'm I supposed to tell them what to replace to fix my truck. First and last time going here,you would have to be a crazy to keep going to this place. probably needs to be shut down. Disappointing is a under statement with my experience here!Follow up on my truck, after leaving meineke I went to soles auto in Delco and got mark to check my truck out.some tires was all I needed,shaking in the steering gone.so on that note it's clear meineke are crooks and liars. I believe I'll report them to better business bureau. I hope I've saved someone from wasting time and money by going to meineke.

Don't be fooled by these 5* reviews. i initially was. which lead me to give them a try. i called and made APPOINTMENT for a week out for a three hour job. Dropped car off as advertised. I can't vouch for their mechanical prowess since no work was ever done to my car. Three days later all that had been done was a "diagnostic" to tell me what the issues were. And, the parts were not ordered. I knew what needed to be done and did not need a diagnostic. Meanwhile, I called each day to get a status update. "oh, we haven't looked at it yet, we've been busy with tow in's" Yes, but I made an appointment. Shouldn't appointments take priority? If you're that busy, why commit to a time? And, each time I called, it took 5 or more minutes to find and figure out who I was and what was going on with my car. Your clientele may be retirees that don't need a car daily, but both wife and I work, so we had to make special arrangements each day to get to work, after making an appointment for my DAY OFF. So, none of the work I needed was done. All we paid for was for Meineke to house my car for 3 days and tell me what I already knew was the problem. I was able to scrub my garage floor, however. Still searching for a long-term mechanic relationship.

I was very pleased with the service I received. It was my first time getting an inspection for my vehicle; as I m new to NC & the area. Bryan was very expeditious in his service as well as provided great Customer Service. I ll be back for additional services.

We're ready to go into work when appointment time came. Fixed everything they could recommended transmission guys to work off a code. Friendly, knowledgeable fair priced. Great company and local.

Really nice people. Got me in and out. Make sure to make an appointment for an inspection. They don t take walk ins but got an appointment only a few days from when I called.

Needed 4 tires mounted on loose wheels, (no vehicle) I was able to make an appointment same day for midmorning, after waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time one of staff came to me to let me know that they could not do my tires and wheels at this time but if I wanted to leave them, they would definitely get them done by end of day and they would call me when finished which they did and stayed late to make sure they got it done for me

This was my first visit to Meineke.The only disappointment I have is that they said that they rotated my tires which I really wanted done. But I marked one of my tires and they didn't. So unfortunately I won't be having my oil changed at Meineke ever again.

Updated review: I dropped a truck off here for almost a month with a few minor issues. Communication seemed to be lacking as I had to call several times to get updates on where they were at and it was hard to get ahold of anyone or get people to call me back. After they told me it was ready for pickup, only one of the three things I had requested be done actually got done. I was told they were waiting for a part and assumed they had already done the other requested work, but They seemed to be focused on other services they recommended be done, which I declined, rather than what I asked. Previous visits have been more than great so I don t know what went wrong this time around.Original review (5 star): This shop is great!! Very friendly staff that genuinely want to help you get your car fixed without trying to gouge you out of an extra dollar. Highly recommend!

This place ROCKS! Always fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. They really take pride in everything they do. They don't try to upsell or hide anything and ALWAYS give the best deal possible. I'm a customer for life!!
