It was a no hassle way to get an estimate on our vehicle and the customer service was perfect.Kyle was the representative that we worked with and did authorize them to do the work.The business kept me fully informed during the work process and the car was complete and ready ahead of scheduleIn addition to all of this the work was perfect and I would definitely recommend this facility for anybody needing body shop repair. Called in to make an appointment because I had a plastic plate on my wheel well that was loose and hitting the tires when I turned. Got an appointment the same day for an estimate, but when I showed up Brad was able to fix it on the spot in about 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Caliber did an excellent job of restoring a smashed rear fender.I cannot detect/see evidence of the prior damage. One cannotexpect work better than that.

Dropped in to get an estimate on fixing the apron below my bumper. I was greeted at the door by Tony, we walked back to look at the damage and he said give me a few minutes I ll have one of my guys take a look at it . I waited inside and 20 minutes later he came back with my keys and said it s all done . I asked how much it would be and he said no charge ! I am so grateful I passed by there today! I will definitely return if I need auto body repair in the future! Thank you Tony, your the best!
