How is it that everytime my business orders something from this store they always give a reason why it can t be done? How the commercial department won t go pick up a part from another store when they re supposed to? Get told by one employee it can be done so we push an order through and then another employee calls and says it can t get picked up? Laughs at my store manager and then gets mad at him and hangs up? Where is the customer service? And why isthe store manager, commercial manager or their superiors allowing this to happen? Oh I know why because we have spoke with them ourselves and nothing ever happens.

My battery in my key fob died. I finally was able to get in my car and drove directly to Autozone. They had the battery I needed and put it in for me. Great customer service!

I will never go to AutoZone again, went to get back brakes got their told the guy info on truck and said sorry we have to order them so ok ordered them and got down the road brother Inlaw called and said they do have them to go back and they were sitting on counter long story short I was mad went back with receipt to return what I ordered and told me I had to wait till Tuesday so had to double pay not right at all

I went to this location to try and purchase headlight bulb. I accidentally purchased the wrong one the first time around (completely my fault as I did not seek out assistance). When I returned to the store to acquire the correct one (a few hours later due to this project taking WAY longer then I should have), I came to the counter where Tim Allen helped me out and I told him I made the incorrect purchase, I found a single of the correct bulb still packaged but need a second one. He processed my return and then since the other bulb rang up he allowed me to exchange it no hassle and put it toward an up sell of an LED conversion. I then enlightened him I also had several other bulbs out and I did not know what they were. These were just some one off bulbs that I hoped were listed in his system. When they were not he continued to work through it all with me and was able to assist me in finding all and more of what exactly I needed. He was very knowledgeable and assisted me more then what he had to. I am a general manager in retail and know a good customer experience. This was a very good customer experience. Only feedback for growth I could say is that my return was processed separately to my other purchase which then essentially doubled down money from my card until the other is processed. Tim assured me that since it was credit the funds would be immediately returned. My decade of retail I had never heard of that and was curious so I did not press the issue. The funds returned to my account the next day. No harm no foul because I didn t need those fund then. If I had been a customer who needed that extra $60 to eat that night or something, I would have been in a bad situation. Again, no big deal and no harm but wanted to let that be known so you can continue to perfect your customer experience. Tim Allen, I hope our paths cross again! Thanks autozone.

Customer service here is amazing. On a busy weekend day Michele helped me to get my car diagnosed. She took the time to write out names and numbers of people in the area that could help me. Thankfully, I went to BodiesbyBunn car repair. I'M SO GRATEFUL that I did. Her compassionate help sent to me to a wonderful new mechanic. Excellent customer service! Thanks again Ms. Michele. Stopped in today to use my rewards to purchase a tool, when I got to the register I was told I didn't have any, apparently after 3 months they fall off, very disappointed, I didn't know there was a deadline to use them, was a perk to shop there. Since there is no perk anymore I'll start shopping elsewhere.

The staff here is very helpful. I needed an anchor point for my truck, and one of the guys up front let me try out a couple to make sure they would fit before purchase. Store itself was clean and organized, definitely a place I will return to if I need more with my vehicle.

Lee Carroll at the Leland store went above and beyond to help me get my battery and cables replaced since I had my one year old son with me and was limited on what I could do. I normally shop at advance but my experience made a huge difference today. Will definitely look to you guys in the future.

Went in and needed a front parking bulb .. handed to me ,I asked about them putting it in .. (they always do ) . They said they were short staffed and busy .. three employees and not a customer in the building except me ..got a refund .. going to advance..

Friendly staff, very helpful with all my questions and also showed me directional how to put parts on that I needed and how to check items for preventive maintenance. AutoZone was very clean and also a very good environment setting. Free battery checks are available also print it out for free information I need it about my vehicle. I recommend this place to anyone that need any parts or information about their vehicle.

Definitely my go to parts store. Better prices then their competitors and even though they were out of stock of what I needed they got it delivered to the store the same day.

Stopped in here to grab some parts for my Escape. They were quick to grab the parts and didn't act like I was being a burden. I asked them about oil for my wife's BMW and they suggested a substitute oil from Mobile that Mobile doesn't recommend for the car because it doesn't have the long life characteristics needed for a European car. I didn't buy the oil.

Will never shop there again after getting the run around all day I fell and was bleeding when I walked into store and they acted like nothing happened.someone needs to take over this store cause it was a great place to shop but now they only care about making a sale even if it s the wrong parts

Searched online for some Bosch ion wipers. They were only place in town that had them. Picked them up and courteous staff installed free of charge. Pleasant experience.

Swift service to identify my car's starting trouble. Not the best news, but not their fault, good to know instead of hoping a mechanic could identify and repair.
