We recently worked with Absolute Collison after our car was backed into while on vacation. Absolute made the process as seamless as possible. They worked with our insurance company to get the repairs done in a timely manner and also helped with managing a rental car. We received daily updates and our car was even ready sooner than we had expected. I highly recommend Absolute Collison!

We were advised on Thursday, 12/28/23 that my wife's car was finally ready for pick-up. The car was at the shop for well over a month due to a shortage of parts so we were told. Absolute did a good job of keeping us posted with the slow progress from time to time. When we arrived to pick the car up, the primary person that we needed to see had just left sick, so there was no one to review & go over what was done to effect repairs. I told the receptionist to please have the gentleman that we needed to see to please call me back. We paid our deductible & left noticing that the car was not cleaned up very well but left anyway. After getting home, I noticed the car was not completely finished. The pinstriping was missing from the repaired side of the vehicle. I immediately called the shop back but no one answered (time ~ 2:00 to 2:30 PM) so I left a message to call us back ASAP. So far, no return call. I realize that this is a holiday season/weekend, but there was still Friday for someone to call back just to acknowledge the message. Not very professional at all in my opinion. I want the necessary work completed on this vehicle ASAP. We had a rental car during the whole time the car was in the shop & turned it back in the day of picking up my wife's car. I don't know how long this pinstriping will take to apply but I'm not paying for a rental car again. JT

Had my 2020 Explorer repaired after an accident, which required just over $7k of work. They completed it with no issues, and communicated directly with the insurance company so I didn t have to. My vehicle was returned in about a week and looks like nothing ever happened :)I am very happy with their work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great quality work and very professional. My truck is aligned even better than before the collision and feels tighter like it's brand new. Paint work is immaculate and can't even tell where the radiator support was bent and straightened. It's missing a few of the inner fender liner plastic trim clips but it's not a big deal. Very helpful when I called to get an update on the status. Would recommend this shop if you are in the Leland area.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Absolute did an amazing job on my Lexus. I was so happy to get my car back and so impressed with the work. The bumper looks original. From start to finish it was a 5 star experience. Great experience! I was surprised how fast they got my truck in for repair. I was very pleased with the quality of the repair and they really worked hard to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. The staff was great to deal with as well. They did an outstanding job on the repair to my Ford Fusion. I was told I did not need an appointment and to drop by whenever I wanted. The manager was there and she had me set up for repair within 20 minutes. She took care of gettiny the rental vehicle for me and made the whole experience completely painless. The vehicle was finished on time and it looks great. I definitely recommend them!

I appreciate the extra time they took to notify me when things were changing or happening with my vehicle and their honest work and patience. However I did learn at the end of the work they do not accept personal checks so don t show up without a debit or credit card. Absolute Collision was absolutely awesome during the entire process of getting my Ford Flex fixed. They provided a cell text link that showed the progress and ETA, and were right on the money. Overall I m satisfied. As expected they do not keep a parts inventory. So timeliness is a function of ordering the correct part and receiving the correct part. This can cause delays. Also in my case, a promise to fix a loose front bumper was not kept.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great Place! Great Folks! Great Job!I had them fix telephone scrape damage from my side of truck, did great work.. Saw they detailed the exterior and cleaned my wheels nicer than they have been in a while. I was impressed then I got in and they even detailed the interior..
