Swann s is phenomenal. We are from out of town and had a major tire issue. When I called, they were able to stay open a little longer and wait for us. Jill and her staff waited and were able to get us a tire for a decent price and a quick fix. We really appreciate the staff and their kindness.

Good service and moderate pricing. I have used Swann several times since my first revue. In all instances, Swann's performed very good service in terms of time spent, accurate repairs, and moderate cost of service.

These folks are awesome! Parking lot is kind of a hot mess, but they fixed my buddy's mower tire up really quick for a great price. Everyone was super nice and helpful (even with a weird mower tire request). I'll be doing tires here from now on.

Bought a used Subaru and took it to swann for an alignment. The car still didn't point straight so i took it to prestige instead. They told me the bolts are seized up and will need some work. Don't waste your time with these blokes, they lack integrity and honesty.

These guys are great. They let you ask all of the questions you have, provide honest feedback, and to amazing work for a great price. Bert has been phenomenal with his professionalism and customer service. If you're in Leicester, you better be going to Swann!

This is a great place to go for automotive repair and maintenance. Having recently moved to the area, I asked locals for a reliable auto repair shop. Everyone recommended Swan Tire. I have used them 3 times so far. Each time, I got reliable auto repairs and fair and honest service.

Again, good people , went there 4 years ago. Still a customer for all tyoes of work. New mechanic, great, honest., and professional people.Wait is never unreasonable.Just give Swan Tire a try, promise you will go back.Women are also treated with respect.....

A few days ago, I went to Swanns and bought four new tires for my Mazda cx5. I waited about 45 minutes from the time they started to the time they finished. I live in Haywood, and today I was running errands, and my tire gauge light came on. The rear right was flat. It didn't have an air pump, so to it was slow to get air when another went flat! I finally found a tire shop and found out all four tires were mounted wrong. The outside was facing the inside. I had to pay 25$ per tire to get them removed, put on correctly, and balanced. And late to my appointment on top of that.

I can t say enough nice things about this shop! They didn t try to upsell me, got me a new tire fast and were easy and friendly to deal with.

I have been dealing with Swann Tire for 15 years. They offer fantastic service, great prices, and they ALWAYS do business honestly, and with integrity. On top of that, they are some of the nicest guys you ll ever meet. I wouldn t think of going anywhere else for my car/truck service needs. Give them a try. You ll be glad you did.

The staff here is amazing, very nice they don't overcharge females the price they tell you is the price you pay when you arrive I highly recommend going to them great great place all around

My sister, brother and law and young nieces popped a tire at the very end of a 6 hour road trip. We showed up just as the shop was closing, but swann s *still* had the tire repaired by 8 the next morning, so the road trip could continue. Happy nieces=Happy customer. I highly recommend them.

I brought my elderly friend on a busy Saturday morning because she was worried about her tires. The men working were so kind and caring while helping make sure her tires were all full and aired up properly. I was super impressed they took the time to listen to her concerns and gave an 85 year old woman peace of mind. Thankful there are still places and people like this in the world.

Just a ripoff and they dont even know what their doing. Took my Jeep to Clays after swanns did some work on it, and they found everything was messed up and done wrong. And Clays fixed it right for a lower price

Love this place. The owner is a very wonderful person, honest and friendly. The employees are great and will tell you the truth about what you need done. You can get really good deals on tires.

This is a really excellent place to purchase tires. At the time I write this they are also charging only $10 for an oil change if you bring your own oil and filter. They perform some trouble shooting and repairs, too. I once lost a small hamster in my vehicle and a very nice repairman helped me figure out how to remove the inner panel from my car to get him out safely. I'm so grateful that Swann Tire is in my neighborhood!

I was really disappointed with the service here. I called to schedule an appointment and brought my vehicle in for a repair. It took two weeks to be "repaired", and I had to bring it back to the shop less than 2 months later. After calling to schedule another servicing, it took an additional 2 weeks to "diagnose" the issue. After getting it to a different shop, they explained the original mechanic had mis-diagnosed the problem AND had done the "repair" incorrectly, so it needed to be re-repaired in addition to actually fixing the initial issues. I would not recommend going here for quick service or major repairs.

We were visiting the area on a family vacation. When our wheel bearing broke down and stranded us. My sister who lives in Leicester directed to to Swann Tire at 5pm, by 9:15 the next morning we were rolling again. We can not thank them enough for their quick and fairly priced service!

By far the best experience I've had on Leicester highway when dealing with auto shops. I called before hand and they were very nice/polite and were able to give me all the information I needed. I went up to their shop and they immediately took my truck in and were done in no more than 30 minutes. Now, keep in mind, this was my very first time going here and ever meeting these guys, but they still treated me right. And of all the auto shops and tire shops I've been to in the past, this was probably the most organized and the most clean that I've seen in a shop. Not to mention you ACTUALLY have room to get in and out of the parking lot without worrying about getting run over in the process. I will not only be referring people here in the future, but will also be a returning customer. Thanks for being awesome guys! Keep it up!

Several times I have stopped in for an oil change, tire rotation or check a tire that had a slow leak. I never had an appointment and in almost every case they had me drive right into the bay and I got my car back quickly and cheaply. They are super courteous too.

We went for a flat tire repair. They don't do appointments but the wait time is short. They are very honest hard working folks. The belt on the tire broke from the inside. We needed a new tire which they didn't have in stock. They only charged $5 to look at the tire. We will return should we every need anything.

Do not go here. Expensive-we had our own spark plug wires and charge to change was still close to $100! Also, mechanic refused to admit that he had done anything to cause the power brakes to fail! They were working fine when we dropped the van off. Unprofessional. He would not even look at it again. Go somewhere else!

I've known Dale a couple of years now. He's knowledgeable and friendly and doesn't charge outrageous prices. Most days you're in and out in 30 mins. Great place to get tires.

Dropped in without an appointment with two flat tires, and they took my car in and fixed both tires in 10 minutes super reasonable. I would highly recommend.

They kept my car for a week and even didn't work on it. They wasted my time, keeping talking.If it something easy and fast to fix they will do it, if it is something more complicated just go to the dealer. I'll come here to fix tires not mechanical problems anymore.
