Highly recommend this shop! Aaron and his wife provide warm local hospitality and of course great auto repair.They re also making history reviving this beautiful classic WNC riverstone building.This is now our go-to inspection, oil change and repair shop, THANK YOU!

I've gone to Aaron at Superior multiple times for work on my vehicle and had an excellent experience every time. He is excellent to work with both in helping figuring out what work to do and then getting it done quickly, with high quality, and at reasonable rates.We have no plans to work with any other mechanic. If you need any work done I highly suggest you check out Superior.

I had my Daughter s Honda knock sensor replaced here. They did a great job and I really appreciated that they were great people. If she ever needs anything else done, this will be the place she goes.

We have finally found an honest and professional mechanic. They guarantee their work and are efficient in getting your vehicle done in a timely manner. Prices are very fair. The only issue I had was that if you paid with cash, my bill was 75 dollars cheaper. Cash. Not a check or credit card. Credit card, I understand. But usually, a check is considered cash. Still recommend this company.

I know a lot about cars and do much of my own work. I go to these guys for repairs that are more than I want to get into. These guys can fix anything, the prices are fair, and the work is guaranteed. Best auto shop I've ever dealt with.

They play games. Put the wrong breaks on my truck and caused me to get in a wreck. I had a perfect driving record and that ruined it. On top of that they wouldn't even help or fix the problem they created. Just told me to leave there store! Unfriendly staff and they lie. Ask them if that have any warranties!! They don't cause they don't do good work

Either they were trying to rip me off or didn't know what they were talking about. Took my car there twice for two separate, minor issues. Both times I was told a major repair was needed. What they told me didn't add up, so I got second opinions and saved myself thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Ended up getting both issues resolved for less than $100 at reputable mechanics rather than spending over 3 grand at this place for unnecessary repairs. Get a second opinion or better yet, don't go here at all.Services: Exhaust, Air conditioning

Took out 2003 Mercedes there to get things done cost me a fortune in only what needed to be redone my car was trashed in the trunk with grass mowings from the ground also windshield wiper off passenger side in the trunk as well ! Charge me 50 dollars to use their ATM machine for what it cost me to do in addition to paying the bill ! Rollback too it down on July 12th with the understanding of them being a week and a half out I said ok but then I had to go down in person to actually see when they were putting the car in and two Fridays ago he said it was going to be pulled in but also heard him tell a worker to let another lady come get her car that he wasn't going to be able to do her car before 6 pm tha Friday called me that evening told me what I needed auxiliary battery alternator and a main battery he could get it overnight and I said to go ahead so I could get my and then they didn't wanna do the pild change because Brenda said it took synthetic oil and I told them to change it because that was one of the things to be done total with all that and grass dried all over my car and inside on the trunk of car ran me1630.00 plus the 50 .to run my card and was told to come pick my car up that Brenda was going out of town andit needed to be paid for by 6 on Friday never saw spoke to either one of the owners was given my receipt and keys and had to go find my car so needless to say I will will never go back

After a bad experience with a chain oil change place, called to see if they could change my oil. Got there and oil & filter sitting on counter (gosh Valvoline, you could have done this & kept my business). Owner extremely nice, knowageable, and proficient. I highly recommend.

Worst service we have ever had. I was originally given a date on when they could start. But it took six weeks before they actually started. Every week was another excuse why they could not get to my truck. Honest, knowledgeable, and fair rates. They work fast and efficiently, and they don't try to fix extra stuff or bill you without consent up front. Which is more than I can say for other, small business owners in the same field.... Very satisfied, recommend to all in need of repairs....

Brenda was very kind offered a ride to and from the shop when I did not have one. Did an oil cooler leak along with some other work on my Merc 350. Everything done in a timely manner and at a fair price.

The folks at Superior Auto are great. I went for inspection on my car. The inspection was completed in record time.I recommend them for auto repair as well, they have all parts and the lady there said thier parts are warrantied, too!

I don't know what is needed more. A new owner or a new mechanic! I will never give them another penny of my money! The engine light was turned off without the problem being fixed!

The folks at superior saved me from a car disaster, caused by the Toyota dealership. They realized that the dealership sold me on an unnecessary transmission flush, which led to all my transmission fluid draining out (almost destroying my transmission). They went above and beyond to help me before.
