Nice, honest guys who know & do their work well! They answered my questions, treated me kindly, & fixed my car quickly!They didn't talk down to me, push any big upsells, or try to scare me (all of which I've previously experienced as a woman with other mechanics).

I do NOT recommend this repair shop.I took a car there on the recommendation of a friend. The car kept stalling, sometimes as if a dead battery, other times with sporadic symptoms, but the problem was clearly electrical. These skilled mechanics checked the alternator and the battery, both of which checked out fine per their report. They kept the car for a week, drove it to lunch, did "all they could" to find the problem, but could not. I paid the $40 invoice and took the car home. Since then, during the first week after the invoice was paid, it shut down twice in traffic, endangering my daughter's safety.With the help of a qualified mechanic, it was determined that the stud clamp on the positive battery cable was defective. The condition of the clamp was not a secret; it was in a condition of maybe a 2 on a scale of 10. It's main problem was that it was extremely loose and visibly shot. It was loose enough to tilt and turn, and you could remove it by hand. Its interior diameter was approximately 1/16" larger that the battery stud.Whereas a child with a go-kart could have diagnosed this in 15 minutes, this shop apparently "checked my battery" yet missed the straightforward problem and simple and inexpensive solution.

Respectful of ladies here. Sometimes its difficult to go to repair shops as a lady, but they are always helpful and polite here.

Great service, quick and cheaper than competitors for an oil change. I drive 22 miles from my home just to get my oiled changed here.The views aint half bad either.

This place is absolutely the best. I happened to have a flat tire near this location, in my new electric vehicle. The owner searched and found a tire (only one in town), went to pick it up, replaced the bad tire and drove me back to the shop, so that, I could get my car back. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you !Service: Tires

Newfound Tire & Lube, is out in the middle of GOD'S country, with rolling hills dotted with cows, sheep, and more. Yet, Stacy runs a clean shop, offering quality service and products right in Leicester. Top notch mechanic, keeps your vehcles running true and straight, Billy is the best alignment man in this area.Here's a tip for all tire shoppers. Purchase your tires here, and Stacy will have his tire specialist rotate them free. Even if you bought tires somewhere else, the low price tire rotation is worth going for.These guys always are friendly and knowledgeable.The office area is spotless, and so is the resroom.I've never been disappointed at Newfound tire. These guys are like a family towards each other and treat you even better. Yes, now and then some time is needed for service. But, isn't it nice to know someone else may have car troubles just like you and these guys help all. I remember one time, I told Stacy what I needed. He simply said it's late in the day and he would not be able to get the cars done that he already had in the shop, asked if I could come back? I did, and it was two days later. He was on the phone when I came in the shop. After his call, he walked into the work area, then came back into the office and said, The tire man is taking care of your car right now, have a seat and he'll be done soon. No need for me to rexplain why I was there, he remembered me and got his guy on the job Pronto.That is service that I don't mind waiting for at Newfound Tire. This place is great. Staff is friendly and nice. I just needed a set of tires mounted and balanced. I already had the wheels and tires off the car for them. Pricing was more than reasonable. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Bought 2 set of tires from this companyand suppose to rotate them for free when you buy them there! I have been there twice and I m told each time I come it s a 2 hour wait to rotate your tires! Also called to see when was a good time to bring the car in was told they were busy all the time ! after you purchase them there this is why I give them (1 star) don t have time to set for 2 hours for a tires to be rotated ! All I can say is don t do a free rotation if you don t have time to do them and it takes two hours to get one I will never buy tires from this place again my business will be taken somewhere else ! All the guys who work there seem to be very nice but seems to be not enough help!!!!
