They lie to you by telling you they have a part when you call them on the phone, then when you get there, they dont even have anything close to the part you asked about. They even gave me a price over the phone.

Went in to purchase a fast treatment because if the frigid weather conditions we were going to get. A nice guy waited on me and after I purchased my gas additive he was kind enough to out it in my gas tank for me. I appreciated that very much. Thank you Auto Zone.

Coustom service was very pleasant and helpful. I left my cell phone on the counter and was super pleased. That one of the workers held on to it for me.

Every time I come into this store I always receive great customer, but Lacy gave me the best customer service today by far! He helped me identify what I needed, installed the product and provided some future knowledge for me to take from our conversation. All around great guy! He was super nice, quick and never hesitated to help me.

Went to pick brakes,they had life time warranty on them. For 38 bucks n you never buy no more. Just take them off take them back get a new set... How great is that best deal ever......

I ve always loved Autozone. Their rewards program is a huge factor. Usually have knowledgeable people working there. Very few times in 20 something years have I had a bad experience here.

I have been coming here for years and always leave satisfied. Glenn, Lacy and Jose are always extremely helpful and friendly, it's a pleasure dealing with all of them. I usually come in to see their selection of car detailing products and they always have the newest products in stock! I highly recommend visiting this store for all your auto care needs.

I haven t done business here in a while and today has shown me just why... I Ordered a part for my car paid for it I was told it would be here the next day at a certain time.. I made sure I came later so it would be there I called for an hour and a half no answer... I walked in and there are no customers and one service worker inside and two outside the phone is just ringing and he never moved to answer the phone... Now my part that was supposed to be here the next day won t be here until February the 6th so I must cancel my maintenance appointment because the wrong information was given to me I am very dissatisfied and this will be my very last time doing business here for sure..

Outstanding service! Had to replace my wife car battery, Glenn was extremely helpful, he determined that she needed a new battery. After I paid for it, he took it upon himself to replace it, in the parking lot. Now, thats service!!! Thank you Glenn.

Out of town and had to replace a battery with AAA road service. My Auto Zone battery was under full replacement but AAA kept the core. Manager Lacy refunded me the full price of my failed battery after I showed him the AAA receipt. I highly recommend the great service at the Laurinburg Auto Zone store. The service experience for this event was beyond expectation. DH

My windshield wiper flew off in the pouring rain while on the way to SC, this Auto zone was the closest shop. The lady at the register was so helpful and patient, she even walked out in the rain with to make sure everything was ok.

I had an issue with the connector to my battery and glenn figured it out and fixed the problem after testing my battery. Saved me a ton of money from going to a mechanic. Thank you Glenn!!!!
