We have used this Storge unit since 2020 when it was Showtime storage it was great then down to earth now it s call Midgard self storage . The rates went from $45 to $88.00 in 2024 and the customer service is hands off they will give you a email to deal with their corporate office . A good example of corporate greed in the mountains. Midgard self storage is not worth it, use a different company.

continuously going down hill since Midgard took over. multiple Price increases. Poor communication. Greed greed greed. The Only good thing is Pat, who has worked there forever and they are probably going to push her out soon. Telling everyone i know to avoid this company

Pat, front office management, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional.There were some issues using the Midgard corporate website (stated I could rent a unit online but there was no link to do so). Also, the price reflected on the website was not accurate- ended up paying more because prices increase when unit availability is at a premium.

We recently relocated to the area and we re in need of storage last minute. The staff at Midgard were very helpful and courteous during the rental process. After the rental process they were also responsive via email and text answering questions during off hours regarding access and payment methods. They understand the value of customer service.

Rented it on Feb 29 for 50 off, March 1, got charged for a month, no discount. Called and got blown off.

I've changed my star rating. This place is a joke. The only good thing about this place is Pat the woman who works at the desk. I've had a unit at this place for almost 3 years. And we are starting to have problems. If you dont pay on the first you get locked out, if you are just one month kate they wanna sell your belongings. All they care about is money money money. They dont care if families are struggling or not. I wish it would go back to the way it was when they actually cared about their customers!
