My vehicle was towed to Grant's after a Saturday morning motor vehicle collision. I contacted the garage during business hours(as instructed by the insurance company and claims adjustor) to obtain a copy of the tow bill and any other fees incurred. The male employee that I spoke with was very condescending, rude and unprofessional. He told me to call the insurance company and they would come and pay the garage. After explaining to him that I had ready done so, I was still given push back as he informed me that "the boss ain't in and I don't know anything about it." I attempted to leave my name, telephone number, email address and the vehicle involved. He then replied, "I'm on the fire squad-I know exactly which one it is." He refused to take my email address and said th"the boss will call." It is appalling that customers are treated poorly for doing their part to ensure Grant's receives proper payment.

Just left this place after breaking down in Albertson area, my pulley and tensioner broke. The technician and shop manager were sympathetic to my plight and prioritized fixing my car. I've been in a similar situation in VA a few years ago and was completely taken advantage of. Not the case here at all. They used quality parts and had me back on the road in an hour all for a very reasonable price.The local towing company (Harrison Towing) also deserves credit for recommending this place and even those guys were super nice, reasonably priced and respectful! Today was started out as a complete s**t-show but ended on a good note.

I can't say enough good things about this business!! Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful!! They are willing to work with the client. They kept me informed about the work that needed to be done and the work that didn't need to be done. They could have done all of the work without me knowing better.. Their prices are very reasonable.I will be bringing them all of my auto repair work in the future!Service: Brakes

They offer great repair service and prices. My vehicles were repaired and back on the road within the agreed timeframe. They even wired our boat trailer! I will definitely bring my future needed repairs to them.

Had them install a throttle body on my car due to engine stalling..3 days later..engine still stalling..not sure why..I was told the component was not programmed...Had to replace at my expense..Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair
