I went from cruise control at 70 mph to limp-home mode on my way to Morehead City two weeks ago in my Tahoe and really appreciated the universe dropping me literally at Deacon Jones Chevrolet's front door at the next exit. My dog and I were welcomed into the service center right away on a Friday morning for diagnosis and our luck continued with the part available locally. We hopped on the WiFi and got some work done while the service team took care to get me back on the road within a few hours. I could not be more grateful to be put in the right place at the right time with capable help to get me safely on my way. Thanks, Deacon Jones Team!

These guys were great to work with. Jason, Billy and Robert put together a trade so I could upgrade my 2017 Silverado LTZ to a new diesel LTZ. Super easy and efficient and definitely worth the drive from Hampstead to LaGrange. Thanks for making it easy and efficient!

I took my vehicle about 3 weeks ago to have it repaired. I received the call back to let me know what needed to be done. I was first told one thing and they had to keep my vehicle a little longer to repair other things they found wrong. I had no problem with that. I finally got my vehicle back after two and a half weeks and it was still not running properly. The engine light was on when I picked it up and I told the service man that checked me out that it was on. He told me to drive it about three days and it should reset itself and the light would go out. I drove it for about 3 days and it started bucking and acting as though it was going to shut down. I took it back to the service department on Monday morning (I picked it up on Friday and right back on Monday). The same service man acted as though he didn't know me and told me to leave it and someone will check it out when they came in. I went by the dealership Monday afternoon and my vehicle was sitting in the same spot where I parked it. I went by Tuesday evening when I got off work and my vehicle was still in the same spot. I don't know when my vehicle will be repaired at this point. I paid exactly $2343.98 on Friday when I picked it up and I still don't have a vehicle. If they couldn't fix it properly then they should have told me and I could have saved all that money I spent to have it fixed. If it couldn't be repaired I could have used that money for a down payment to get something else. Even though I didn't want to get another vehicle at this point, I would have before I wasted all that money for unnecessary repairs if it wasn't going to work right. At this point I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Deacon Jones of La Grange. When it was Dan Wise Chevrolet, I took my vehicle there all the time for oil changes and repairs, I never had an issue until now.

Called Scott in the service Dept at 4:30 Wednesday afternoon about getting the condenser repaired on my 2017 Tahoe. He had me an appointment the next morning, got it covered by the warranty and ready to roll by 3:30 next day. Super fast and professional, good place to take your vehicle!!

I had my car serviced here. Took a week and a half from drop off to pick up. I'm glad they took the time to test drive and diagnose the issue and get it fixed. The service advisor Danny and tech Brett did an amazing job fixing my car and keeping me in the loop with what was going on. They took great care of it and it is driving like a brand new car. Thanks guys!

I have always had excellent service. I ve been a customer since the late 80 s. Every car I have bought has been from this dealership. Their service department is excellent. I had a complicated issue and they went above and beyond to fix it. They are very compassionate and their customer service is wonderful! Big shout out to Danny and Ken in the service department and Billy in sales

Great service on my husband Andrews Kia Sportage everything was done in a timely fashion always great service and I have brought 2 of my vehicles here for work and they have always went above and beyond to satisfy my needs, Great prices and excellent work. If you want great service come here and either buy or get your car serviced they are priced for the everyday person.

I have to say that Deacon Jones Chevrolet of La Grange has some really awesome people working there. Billy Wiggins and the team there are so awesome to work with. I talked to Billy one day and found out that I was approved, he worked all that day getting all my paperwork together while I was at work mind you to have everything ready for the following day!. This is the very first time that I have ever bought a brand new vehicle and I have to say that I am very impressed with the way that it went. I will definitely be doing more business with them and I hope that everyone else does as well. They go out of their way to make sure that you get what you want. I was in and out of the dealership and on the road in the new car in about a hour in a half vs some other that sit there for hours upon hours. Thank you everyone at Deacon Jones for making my first experience something to remember. You all rock!!!!

Nathan is the guy to see! He's humble, friendly, and willing to help you in any way he can! He helped me to get my wife the vehicle she always wanted, and she's very happy! The staff is friendly and accomodating! I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get a new or used vehicle.

Made an appointment for today at 10am. Dropped off my car and everything was good no one said anything else. 3pm comes around and i told my fiance to give a call and see what's going on. They told him they wouldn't be able to do anything until tomorrow didn't give a reason or anything. My fiance had to take off work and i had to use another vehicle all day cause this was my only car. They were never going to call or anything. Will definitely not be going back. And wanted to give a BS excuse for why they didn't fix my car today

I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the dealership. I ordered a new vehicle with Billy Wiggins as my representative. We ordered the car on February 10,2021. The car finally arrived on May 24th. Billy kept me informed of it's progress weekly. At the very end, he kept me abreast of where the car was during transit. Because of his professionalism, I was there the minute the car arrived. Thank you so much Billy. You made a childhood dream come true.

Brought In my wife's car and it took over an hour and a half for an oil change. A part broke and they covered 50% of the damage, which I appreciated and decided to give their service department another chance with an oil change on my vehicle. It took over 2 hours. I had appointments in both instances. Disappointed that this happened twice, workers are nice, but that doesn't justify the service.

Came to sell my truck and horribly treated. By MICHAEL�QUINN. He was playing on his phone, then on his computer, no rapport as I entered the office. I walked all the way to his office, and I told him I was interested in selling my truck, he tells me his guy is not here, looks back at his phone and tells me "you can wait if you want" and went back to his phone. Not a great way to treata DISABLED COMBAT VETERAN. Seems DEACON JONES has a nice reputation in NC, however Mr. Quinn can care less.

This is a Chevrolet dealership located in Lagrange North Carolina. I called to inquire about an oil change special they were running. Brittany was very helpful giving me the details and letting me know when I could bring my car in to have it done. She was friendly when I arrived and offered me water while I waited. It was a pleasant experience for me. I will go there again to get my oil changed. Look at the special they are running and take your car too.

Mr. Keith Austin and staff of Deacon Jones Chevy sold me a car in less than an hour. Super friendly gentlemen with a real down home group of guys around him that took care of everything. I couldn t be more pleased with the whole transaction and wanna say good luck on your upcoming retirement sir. Would highly suggest anyone to catch him before he goes. Thanks again and God Bless!!!!

My truck started breaking down on the highway and this was the first place after exiting for me to pull over into. It is lucky that I did because these people are extremely generous and knowledgeable and helped me out as best they could. Kind, honest people and great service. Thank you!

I just love my new trailblazer! Billy Wiggins was a top notch salesman took the time to explain features on the Suv and was very patient with all my questions. Every one there was so nice. Great place to buy a car.
