They replaced my engine.In my 06 Dodge Durango. Their work was excellent. They were very attentive to my needs and situation. They made the experience very enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I ve never had such a great experience at a auto repair shop. New lifetime customer. First time here last week, no appointment, just dropped by to see if they could help me with an ATV belt. A gentleman inside was excited to come out and take a quick look. After breaking out a couple tools and he showed me what the problem was, it went right into place. Thank you!

We recently took our Tahoe to Performance car care. Our transmission went out and they were very knowledgeable and professional! They walked out through the different avenues we could take, sharing the cost so my husband and I could make the best decision! I drove in to get an estimate on brake and roater replacement. Everyone was nice and the service was fast. I'm giving 3 stars because they charged me $470.00 only for the front brake and roater replacement. I thought it was a little steep but I don't know a lot about cars or the area so I went ahead and got the service done.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I am very very happy with Performance Car Care. First and foremost, they did an amazing job in a punctual manner. I had them install some sport springs on my vehicle and do an alignment. They quoted me a price - well below what others quoted - and a time period and delivered on both accounts. Further, they noticed an issue with a bearing on one of my wheels and replaced free of charge. The staff is personable and knowledgeable. You always get a good feeling when you can tell the people that have worked on your vehicle actually seem to love vehicles. I will be coming back and will be directing all my friends and family to here, as well.

We have been taking our vehicles to Performance Car Care for about 18 years now. Recently I took my car for repairs because the transmission was not functioning properly. The mechanic was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a practical solution that did not involve replacing the transmission. Perry and his team have always been informative, honest, professional, helpful, and conscientious in their work. We have been blessed to be able to trust Performance Car Care with our vehicle maintenance needs through the years.

There is no one that I would rather do business with than Performance Car Care. Perry, Melinda and the rest of the crew are always willing to go the extra mile to take care of their customer's needs. They do business the right way and lead with integrity. I live about 35 minutes from their shop, but I'm more than willing to make that drive because of the peace of mind they give me. This is a business you can trust! And they saved me $400 today. I HIGHLY recommend for ALL of your automotive needs!

This is a trustworthy shop with great customer service. I have always been treated respectfully and fairly. Performance Car Care has competitive pricing, especially on tires. They have a nice waiting area with free wifi. I highly recommend the shop.

Performance Car Care has been working my family and I for almost a decade. The service is awesome, and everyone is super friendly. I needed my radiator replaced after breaking down in the middle of the highway. I called them, they got me towed to them within 10 minutes of phone call. My car was brought in that morning about 10, and was ready at about 2. Personally, i feel that is speedy service because I can't fix crap but change my oil.

This place is pretty good. Their repairs on my cars have always been good and they're honest. The one thing about them is that they're pretty slow. Last time I had a car in it took two days to diagnose and then several more to repair. The repairs were good, but be prepared to wait.

My daughter was stranded in Wake County and Performance Car Care made sure that she got the proper repairs at a reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about Performance. We dealt with Perry and he was professional and really came through.

2001 Honda accord, it was working fine before I bring it to their shop. Now 24 hours after getting it from their shop, it doesn t turn over nor start. They end up replacing my front two tires and ripped off studs and didn t tell me about it and also I called to try to get them to look at my car in to toe and they told me they re not going to tow it because they only test the alternator if I bring the car to the shop and is running fine before you work on it I expect it to be working after you worked on it just as normal as it did before it didn t happen that way. I called to try to resolve the issue and they did not take responsibility for this mishap. Truly disappointed as my family and I have been going to them for years

I took my truck in to get new tires and had them check out a oil leak while they had. I was told they could fix the leak and I should have the clutch replaced also.I scheduled a appointment to take my truck in to get the clutch replaced and an oil leak fix. Pick the truck up and it is still leaking in the same spot. Even though the repair was not done correctly I was told I had to wait anther two weeks before they could repair the mistake that was made while they were fixing it. After two weeks another repair was made and the truck is still leaking from the same spot..$900.00 wasted. Poor customer service!!!!!

We have been taking our vehicles to Performance Auto Care for years and the customer service and quality of work has been absolutely FANTASTIC! !! I had some.work done on my Jeep Patriot today and Melinda is such a knowledgeable associate not to mention an all around sweetheart, she gave me her professional opinion or suggestion on what I needed to have done to get my vehicle back into top running condition and pointed out a safety issue that needed an immediate repair that the competitor down the street didn't even mention (JUST TIRES ) when they so called did a front end alignment on my car.The folks at Performance Auto Care have our business for life , thank you Melinda, Perry and the rest of your talented crew for servicing the Knightdale area.

This is a family owned and operated business that my family has been patrons of for more than 30 years. We simply will not take our vehicles to anyone else! Their pricing is fair and they provide honest, up front service. You will not go wrong putting your trust and your vehicle in Mr. Perry and Performance Care Car.

My name is Jimmy and I recently had Performance Car Center service my air conditioning in my car. Before them, I took my car to other auto shopsand they couldnt effectively fix my air conditioning issue so I went to the Performance Car Center in Knightdale, NC. They did a great job on servicing my air conditioning, got it working properly and they warranted the parts which is outstanding. Scott and his staff are very friendly and down to earth and makes you feel at home while you're waiting for your vehicle to get fixed. Please, anyone, if you got any issues with your vehicle, this is the place to have your car serviced and their prices is very very reasonable, saved a ton of money! :-)

Perry, Melinda and Scott are my go to folks for all our vehicles (4 at the moment). I probably could find a somewhat better price somewhere if I searched hard but there is peace of mind in knowing that when Performance fixes something, it's fixed. If something did feel "off", you can also bank on the fact that they will make sure it's right with you in the end. That means WAY more to me than a few bucks here and there. The prices are fair and the work is top notch! Honesty, Integrity and Personality go a long way with my family!

I just spent $600 on a brake job. They said I needed to fix something else to the amount of $750 more. I went in to ask a few questions and to possibly make an appointment. Instead of estimating the new cost and easing my mind they said it would be another $90 diagnosis check! I just wanted a mechanic we could trust...any recommendations would be great. TIA

I would never take my car or recommend this business to anyone. We took my 2014 Cadillac to this location for repair and was charged nearly $700.00 and a week later my car shut down on me on my way to work. I had to call a tow truck to tow my car back to this location and they looked at my car and stated that could not repair it. Towing 125.00. By now I am steaming, we had the car towed to Thompson Cadillac after a day we were informed by the mechanic that my entire electrical wiring system had been basically destroyed. I had to replace my entire electrical system costly near $2500.00. Take you car to a place who stands behind their work, trustworthy and no what they re doing.Service: Electrical repair

My 97' Dodge Ram had been giving me transmission problems for a short while an I was concerned that eventually I would have to get it replaced which was an expensive route I did not want to take. So I ended up taking my truck to Performance and I must say the guys there did an outstanding job getting my truck transmission serviced. They were very professional,courteous and gave me a reasonable price for the repair. I'm most definitely going to recommend them to family and friends!!!Brandon S.

I made an appointment 4 days in advance. When i brought the car in I told them it was my only car and that i can't afford to have it sit all day if it isn't going to be looked at. End of the day i called and they said they hadn't looked at it yet. I picked up my car and took it somewhere else.

Took my car in for AC diagnostics. Quoted $1800 to replace compressor. Took somewhere else and it was fixed for $54. I'm so thankful I did not go through with their recommendation. They also claimed to have run dye through the system during diagnostics and the second shop said no dye was present in my cooling system. I'm not sure they did much of anything except write up a great big, fraudulent quote. Beware.

Honestly can t say enough good things about this shop! They have debunked every car/truck issue I ve had and always left feeling that the price was justified for the work done. I will only take my vehicles here! Great place and highly recommend

PerformanceCare handles all of our vehicles and always answers any questions we may have on services. If any additional cost or problem comes up we receive a prompt phone call to discuss options. Family owned and run serving the best of the triangle. Would recommend anyone stop in to see the Reynolds with their vehicle needs.
