My sister had starting using them then I brought my car here too. We like the friendly service and staff. They do the repairs as necessary at a decent price. Explain in detail what they see or could be potential problem.

Great locally owned tire shop! We were preparing for a cross country drive and our tire light came on. We brought the car into this shop and they located the problem and had it fixed within 15 minutes! Friendly and quick service!

Excellent service and price. Took my Kia Sorento here for new tires, alignment, and an oil change. The owner personally took care of my vehicle's needs and made sure I was comfortable while waiting (and working remotely) in the lobby. Highly recommend.

My wife and I came in needing some work done on her Kia. It was our first time here. The experience was outstanding! The moment we walked in and talked to the friendly staff. It felt like I was in good hands. I was not wrong! The car now runs great, all our issues were discussed and fixed, the price was more then reasonable. We were running late to pick it up ( a bit past closing) they stayed after for us to get it and best of all the employee was friendly and understanding. They will have my business from here on out and I would recommend them to anyone.

Knightdale Tire and Services is hands down the best car repair shop in town! My experience with them has been outstanding. The owner is exceptionally warm and humorous, making you feel at ease the moment you walk in. They are a team of awesome and highly-professional people who offer top-notch services at very affordable rates. Their oil change service, for example, is so reasonably priced that it's tempting to visit them monthly. When I purchased four sets of tires from them, I paid a very fair price and I remain ecstatic with their quality. I have no hesitations in recommending this place to everyone - they are simply awesome and guarantee satisfaction!

They have taken care of our Jeep tires when we have had run over items that punctured them from road construction work. They never have taken advantage of us by trying to sell us tires as a replacement. As others have tried to do. They have been trustworthy and done great work. No issues from their repairs. Very happy customer.

Ali and his staff are awesome. Up front and honest about all issues and repairs. They replaced my engine in my 2014 Toyota Tundra sR5 and I couldn t be happier. Job was finished quickly and with professionalism. Had a few minor issues that they took care of immediately. I will use them again and recommend them.

Ali, the owner of the store, is so personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated his friendly and forthright personality, and the care that he takes for the cars that come through. His team was prompt and thorough with getting my car checked out and good to go. Would recommend!

I don't know how they have so many good reviews but they jacked up my car and made it worse then how I brought it in. I came in to get a wheel alignment and was told I had a different issue that needed to be corrected before I get that service. I agreed that they fix the issue b4 the alignment. That same week, my wheel was lopsided, the noise that was coming from my car is louder and more constant then it was when I initially brought it to them and now I'm having a hard time turning my wheel. I brought it to them a second time and nothing changed. They just brushed it onto another issue that they said they could fix for more money. Don't trust this place, go get a second opinion. Amateurs that don't know what they talking about, just want your money.

Traveling through the area and tire pressure light came on. They were busy but jumped right on checking my tire pressure on all four. Glad I stopped; they were all low. I'll need replacements in a few months. Definitely going to these guys. Fast and friendly.

I brought my truck in because it suddenly started making a knocking noise and I wanted them to find the cause. They called me after having it for two days, and said I needed a NEW MOTOR.The owner couldn t provide me with any real details as to the cause other than they *thought* it had a bad rod. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion and took it to another mechanic in Knightdale.It did NOT need a new motor. It wasn t the motor at all. It was a bad catalytic converter that had knocked loose and was making the sound I heard.They wanted to charge me over 7k for a new motor when that wasn t even the issue. The guy I took it to even said it was throwing the codes that would of lead them to find the issue if they would of checked it out properly. Not sure what kind of diagnostic test they did but they were very wrong.You should always be 100% sure before you tell a customer something like that. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ali is very professional and has a great outlook on life. He treats every customer with the best service. He is hilarious and his team finished my car inspection in a timely manner. He is honest about the pricing and I was charged exactly what he had told me, not a penny more. Ali kept his customers laughing so much, the time flew by even faster.

My wife brought her 2016 Kia Optima for have her tire plugged and over charged her. They charged her $30 when they knew themselves that a plug anywhere is no more than $15. They over charged her due to shes a woman and I had to get on the phone and complain to them and only knocked off $5. I will all NOT TO DO BUSINESS AT THIS OVER PRICED TIRE STORE. The price they charged her today 11/29/22 anyone could buy a used tire for that price. Dont not go here to these scammers especially scamming women. God dont like ugly

Awesome pace for car repairs. The owner is awesome fair prices and truthful! He treats all clients fairly even if your a woman. I have been using this place since 2003. That should help you see how great it is. They do all our car repairs, oil changes inspections and major repairs as well. Waiting area and restrooms clean. Vending machines available and in the am free coffee! Check it out you wont be disappointed!!

Listen the customer service I experienced here is unmatched. Ollie is so engaging and welcoming; he keeps me coming back. KnightdaleTire and Service are honest, fair and will most definitely take care of you. Thank you guys for being there for me.

This place, I guess the owner is always friendly. He charges cheap to reasonable prices compared to others. Hot coffee, a nice clean waiting area and it doesn't take long.

Very very highly recommended. When we moved to the area we were nervous about finding a trustworthy mechanic, but wow, Knightdale Tire and Service has blown us away! Really fair and honest pricing, wonderful management who is always prompt and personable. I really enjoy working with them and feel like both my cars are in good hands.

This is a great place!Ali and his staff are very friendly and professional. Got me in and out twice in the morning before work for tire related issues. He's also good with kids if you have to bring family along because of your schedule.

This was my second time using Discount Tire. The employees are extremely polite, professional and quick. I bought tires online from discount Tire and had this location install them. The employees were careful not get any dirt or grease inside my car, they were quick with the install and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Mr Ali is a staple of the community! His prices are consistently the best, (we get multiple quotes on all our car repairs every time!) and his work is solid and lasting. We've had everything from batteries and oil changes to major engine work done there. He is also just a really good guy that will go out of his way to help his customers.

I have always supported the small business s. So when we moved down from NYS, and found this place I knew it was a good place. The owner was honest with me and called me with everything that was going on with my brakes before they did the work. Decent prices and nice owner and employees. Highly recommend this place.

The guys at Knightdale Tire and Service are awesome. My car brakes started squeaking and grinding on Wednesday evening. I called them and asked when I could make an appointment to get the car in. They told me to drop my car off Thursday morning and had me on the road by lunch time. Not only that, they gave me a quote over the phone and my total we exactly that. Ali is always wonderful to do business and very funny to boot. I highly recommend Knightdale Tire and Service.

My ac broke down and I came to get it fixed they told me was the compressor and the total job would be 1150$!!!!!! Insane !!!! I decided to wait and schedule an appointment with someone else .. guess what !!! need it just to be re charged not even 100$ job considering they checked was not leaking!Scam and lies ! Also I had my battery changed last year and I had to replace it not even 1 year later !

very happy with the service we received at our recent, and first, visit. We had two new tires put on and an alignment. Discount Tire is nearby, and we've used them before, but they don't do alignments. DT, while I like them, will try to upsell you. I may shift my business over to here. Ali has a great attitude, and it looks like he does great work.

Always had great service here. If you have a concern, they will listen and fix it. Have not had a bad experience and been using them for 4 years
