I took my car to get a tire patch on 3/12/24 cause i had a slow leak. i was told that the nail was too far into the side wall that i would need a whole new tire. i took my car to a different trusted shop and was told they had lied. the nail was actually really tiny and no problem to do a small patch repair. These people lie and take advantage of customers. Go to another shop. Not trustworthy. I cant stand shops that lie to customers to get more money. it happens too often and this needs to change. Additionally the front desk person was loudly talking bad about customers to someone while i was there and the mechanic forgot to even put my wheel locks back in my car so i had to go back and pick them up. Unprofessional.

Brought my car in for an oil change because of a promotion. I started to change my own oil today and the oil pan bolt was put on so tight that not even my drill can take it off, any tighter and my pan would CRACK. It's only supposed to go on hand tight. A little tighter is fine but if not even a drill can take it off, that's ridiculous. Never taking any car back to this shop.

Me and my husband had a great experience at the Just Tires in Knightdale! Tim was very helpful and upfront about what we needed rather than trying to make a sale. We will be doing more business with them going forward.

Great service! I had to get my tire plugged and was able to get a same day appointment. Wait time was not too bad either, taking into consideration that they booked me the same day. I will definitely come back !!! Thank you!!

I just had tires put on my car for the 2nd time at the Just Tires in Knightdale. Not the most expensive tires but the 1st set served me well. Everyone I came into contact with was super nice , just like they were the 1st time I needed tires. My mechanic, can't remember his name, answered several of my questions about my car. Corey actually sold me the tires, went into detail about why I should have my car aligned. I will be using this Just Tires in the future for other car repairs. Their prices are competitive and you can't beat the customer service. Kudos to Just Tires and the team that works there

Great customer service. Was able to make an appointment, got in super fast, they took quality care of my car and made sure I knew exactly I knew what service I was getting. I would definitely recommend

Left my car overnight for an early morning oil change. Was called the next morning about my tires. I gave the green light for a tire rotation. Definitely appreciate the communication and always great customer service.

These people are extremely scammy and they damage vehicles. When confronted about the damage they denied it. I definitely don't recommend them, they have extremely bad business practices. I've also heard about how they scam by raising prices after the job was finished.I highly highly recommend going to another shop, it's not work the risk.

I have been going to this Just Tires location in Knightdale for several years now. The service is excellent. So are their prices. Never Amy hidden or outrageous charges. Have a 3-year alignment plan and tire warranty. Each time I've had to use them, there's never been an additional charge. Courtney, the assistant manager, really knows how to take care of the customers. I highly recommend them.

Recenlty had a failed inspection and had to visit several places for repairs this location was unable to do. Coming from out of state, I was defnielty not prepared for ridiculous inspections that certainly don't prevent crazy 200 mile an hour drivers throughout Raleigh/Durham and absolutley does not prevent the accidents I see daily on I-40. Neverthless, after a week of getting repairs elsewhere, I was very frustrated by the time I returned to get a second inspection and repair of backlight. I was very irritated but Carlton and Cameron were very nice. When I came in they could see I was very upset about the whole process explaining it wasn't a Just Tires requirement but state requirements. After several rants, they repaired my backlight assembly with a part I purchased from a junk yard and passed my inspection. They also explained what I needed to do to renew my plates. Needless to say, I had to apologize and thanked them for their courtesy and not losing their cool because I had defntiely lost mine. They did a great job and will be back for regular work but may consider somehwere else for an inspection.

The front desk was very kind, but it is upsetting when you tell them not to proceed with an inspection, and the inspector proceeds anyway. This review is meant for the inspector. I was still charged even though I told them not to proceed and unfortunately by law Just Tires cannot override. Something should be done about the inspector because that was simply not right.

Stopped on our way back to Charlotte on a Sunday morning because our tire was losing pressure. They were super nice, got us in immediately, fixed the valve stem and we were out in five minutes. Highly recommend!

I received extraordinary customer service from Courtney today. He was very pleasant and respectful. Any anxiety I had about my car disappeared because he put me at ease. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. It was very evident he has a great deal of knowledge, giving me confidence my car was in good hands. I also very much appreciate extra information he provided which I didn't have to ask for. It will help me more properly care for maintenance of my car. Kudos to Courtney!

Sent my employee up there to see Courtney about her 4 runner and the service and price was excellent. They got her car done in a timely manner and Courtney was very professional.

These guys are fabulous, fast and reliable. We where recommended by family and where not disappointed. Mr. Harold was great even though they where swamped on a Saturday all the bays where full. He made sure it got done in a timely manner. Wish the shop by where we live was as great as these guys.

Tim Johnson, the Asst. Manager, at the Knightdale ,NC location is very friendly and helpful. What started out as a very stressful afternoon was rectified quickly by Tim and his crew. After leaving the grocery store, my car s low tire pressure light came on. I pulled into a competitor s location only to be told that they couldn t help me as they were booked for the day. Period. No help. No suggestions. As I pulled out of their business, I spotted Just Tires. I was certain they were closed (as it was a Sunday). Tim was sympathetic and said he could help me but it would take a little while. They were booked as well and one tech had just left for a late lunch. I was happy to wait but mentioned that I had just left the grocery store. Tim was kind enough to offer to put my refrigerated items in their fridge while I waited. Fast forward 45 minutes and I am out the door, refrigerated items still cold! Great service and empathetic employees! I will definitely be back and will recommend this location to my friends.

They certainly go the extra mile here. My daughter was stranded right down the road, twice, and they worked us in both times. Store manager actually was able to come check an issuer out today, Memorial Day, & determine a quick fix. Pretty satisfied with them. Been with them for tires, oil change, alignment, and small repairs for 10+ years. We have been through a lot of techs & managers, it the team they have had for the last few years, can t be beat hands down! Thanks y all!!

The only tire place I trust since I've moved to NC. I got a set of new tires to find out they were manipulated. These guys (Cam and Carlton) were awesome! Haven't gone anywhere else.

One of the reasons I don't work on my own over the road cars anymore is because Courtney and his crew do a great job, at fair price, of fixing my vehicles.I know he will make sure to get the car fixed the correct way and give me a price that benefits not only myself, but his team, and the store in general. Fair and reliable are two of the best words you can say about a repair shop. I would recommend them 100%.

Went in this morning to get a nail removed and tire patched. The wait was more than I had time for so I took my truck to another shop and had tire patched. Big mistake. The other shop did a terrible job and I ended back at just tires. The service manager Courtney Branch got me right in and fixed my tire for free. He said he was sorry that they could not get me in earlier and wanted to make it right. This is what I call great customer service! They did not mess my tire up but they fixed it and got me on my way. I really appreciate great service and will be back when my fleet at home needs tires.

I really appreciate a good, no-nonsense place I can trust for oil changes and tires. Joshua took excellent care of me, and I felt nothing but respect. I came in for what I needed and didn't feel ANY pressure to have anything done that I didn't ask for or that wasn't needed. He got me great deals on everything and answered my questions with no B.S. I went in a Saturday, and it was super busy. But if you want good service, sometimes you have to wait for it. Expect long waits, especially on the weekend. The only very minor complaint I have is that my paperwork said I declined a roadside hazard protection service, when in reality, I was never offered it. But I didnt specifically ask for it, though, either. All in all, I just appreciate good, honest, quality service, which is exactly what I received here.
