This location is top notch in their customer service! My advisor Carl was outstanding and very accommodating. My work schedule doesn t always allow me to get to places before they close. I spoke with Carl on the way and he did not say anything about them being near closing. He managed to get me taken care of in a tight window and was pleasant about it. Watching the team and the employees there you could see why this location is highly rated.The crew there was upbeat and energetic even at closing time. Most places turn into ghost towns and the employees are scrambling to get out and definitely not looking for work. When Carl announced my tire was up for repair, numerous people went towards him.This team and location is a great example of excellent customer service and a testament to its management and leadership. They will definitely be my go-to location and Discount Tire will continue to be my tire supplier of choice for their selection and warranties. Keep up the great work Knightdake team!

I never shop anywhere else for my tire needs. These guys are the true unsung heroes of the auto industry. I came in 5 minutes to closing, bought my tires through the wrong store, and my phone died as I walked in so I couldn t even produce proof of my purchase. Brian and Carl went out of there way to contact the other store, verify my purchase and work their magic to get my tires transferred and get my vehicle road worthy that same night, all while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude! Excellent customer service! Thanks guys!

This business is an example of a great business model and customer service. Each time I do business here I am amazed at the level of professionalism this team shows. You are acknowledged when you walk into the door and from that point everything is explained and the prices reasonable.

Do not recommend this Discount Tire. Bought my tires here and figured I d take advantage of the free tire rotations. First time they stripped one lug nut. Gave them another chance, then they ended up breaking two different studs on the same tire. I got poor excuses each time so they didn t look incompetent. Had to take time off work just to get this fixed. Please train your technicians properly.

Mike was fantastic! I ve had the pleasure of working with him multiple times and every time he has provided nothing but top notch service, he is knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I always leave this location extremely happy. Highly recommend!

2008 C6 - Brought it in for pilot sports, Ronald and his team took time to be careful despite a busy schedule. They updated me multiple times on the status, lifted it on jacks as it was lower than your normal car for the lift. I could tell they were careful and respectful. Never felt I needed to watch over what was going on. They reset corvettes finicky tpms sensors, and I was out within the hour. Wouldn t hesitate to recommend taking your garage queen in, they ll look after it. Thanks Ronald!

Based on a true story:Oh, let me tell you about my wild adventure at Discount Tire! Picture this: it's a Saturday, and I'm in desperate need of a tire replacement for my trusty dually truck. I swagger into the store, and the staff welcomes me like a long-lost truck enthusiast. I ask for my specific tire size, and they hit me with the classic line, "Sorry, we're all outta that one, but we've got something even better!"I'm thinking, "What could be better than the perfect tire size for my dually truck?" They bring out this colossal tire, like it belongs on a monster dually, and they say, "This is the Hulk version of a tire, trust us, it's epic!" I couldn't help but burst out laughing. But you know what? They were so enthusiastic about it that I decided to give it a shot.And you won't believe it my dually truck looked like a beast on steroids! I half expected it to start growling or crushing cars under its tires. But hey, they weren't kidding it performed like a champ! The ride was surprisingly smooth, and I swear, my dually truck felt like it had superpowers.So there you have it a Saturday at Discount Tire turned into a comedy show, with me driving around on a beast of a tire on my dually truck. Kudos to their hilarious sales pitch and their ability to turn a tire emergency into a memorable experience. If you're looking for laughter and quality service for your dually truck, head straight to Discount Tire you won't be disappointed!

This is an excellent Discount Tire store.Staff is very friendlyIf they say it will take max. 45 min. it means exactly that. it will not take more than 45 min. They don't lie like others.Their done job is perfect. I paid $20 for balancing in a local shop in NY and it was not good. after doing at this branch of Discount Tire it was perfect.And it was absolutelly free. They said since I bought tires from Discount Tire (online shop) balancing is free. I did not know about that. Balancing two tires would cost me $40 somewhere else.

This is a good place to get good name brand tires for your vehicle. I made an appointment so it didn t take super long but then again this is not a place where you go in and get right out within 30min so it s understandable. I was satisfied with my purchase and the service was good . However I know that they re hands are dirty but it s important not to give customers dirty receipt. That I wasn t happy with but other than that it s a nice place to do business

I ve always came to them for the free air in the tires, but tonight was my first time receiving tire service. The replaced my front tires with ease and gave me a referral for a wheel alignment. The service was amazing, all my questions were answered and they even stayed overtime. Thank you!

I was from out of town and visited this location because I was close by and the reviews were good; good choice! Even though my issue needed to be handled by a dealership, the team was outstanding in diagnosing my issue and even rotating my tires for free.Anthony helped me out; he was really friendly and I trusted him and the team.Thank you!!

I had a nail in my tire and they repaired it for free. I hadn't even bought my tires there and they didn't try to upsell me into buying a new tire instead of the free repair. They seem very honest and the next time I need new tires I will be getting them here.

Very slow service.The only reason why I still service my vehicle here Is because I purchase tires and have a warranty through them... I can't wait until I'm done with them.i will never purchase another set of tires from this location....

I made an appointment online to have new tires installed. I brought my wheels in off of the car. The staff was very friendly and I was out within an hour. Very satisfied with my visit. I do have a complaint about their website. The website would only list Continental tires as a replacement. I wanted Michelins. So, I purchased my tires from Tire Rack and used Discount Tire as a certified installer.

I have been going to this Discount Tire location for many years, and they have always been very kind, helpful, and quick whenever I bring one of my vehicles in to get serviced. Their prices have also been fair. I have been to other Discount Tires before, but something about this location just makes it feel special. I don't know if it's the extremely friendly staff, the fair prices, the precision and care they put into their services, or just a combination of them all. But whatever it is, it's working and I hope they keep it that way. Never, not once in all of my years of going to this location have I ever had an issue with them. If you're looking to get new tires or buy any other services or products they offer, I would highly, highly recommend you go here. I cannot stress that enough.

The best service overall. Everytime I go there, someone will come out right away to assist me. I don't usually write reviews but my husband said make sure I do. I had all my tires replaced, they matched tire prices from Walmart. I ordered online and it was available and installed the next day. Less than a month later, I had a problem with one of the tires (my fault), they fixed it for free, I didn't even purchase the warranty or road hazard.I am glad I found this location.I had a bad experience at pepboys in Capital Blvd, worst service and the guy there was not friendly.

Had an 11:15 appointment they pulled my car into the bay at 1:15 for two tires. Why bother making appointments if your two hours late. This happened on Friday 15 September 2023. Would not recommend

Every single time I take my car here they leave it worse , this time I came in for a tire rotation and balance, and I came out with the wrong psi on my tires after I just told the employee there at what psi I wanted them asked to get 36 I got 32 Now my steering wheel shakes at low speed By far the worst discount tire in the triangle this is the only location that seems to get it wrong every single time even after being told directly I will drive 40 minutes out of my way to go to a discount tire
