Derek helped order and change my tires at a very reasonable price. He had my bike ready in a few days. My Carburetor on my bike had issues and he got it running like new again.

Brought in a new tire and the wheel/rim/tire off my bike. Told the guy I could come back in a bit since I had to go to Raleigh for some business. Told me "Nah I'll get you in and out of here in 10 minutes." He stopped everything he was doing on a red Hyabusa in the back just to knock out my tire real fast, I was amazed at the service by this place, I'm not the only one he has done this for either if you read other reviews. ALSO, he has a proper tire machine and balancer, so he WILL NOT mar the rims by using tire spoons, when I get my new Warp 9 wheels I'm absolutely bringing them here to get tires on them, amazing small shop that deserves your business.Service: Tires

Derek took excellent care of my Road King for me. I needed the rear tire replaced, a 3 hole service and a couple accessories installed. Not only did he get everything done professionally, but also very quickly. While he had the rear wheel off, he discovered that I needed rear brake pads. He had them in stock and saved me time and money by catching that and replacing them so that my bike would be road ready and safe. Motorcycle shops are extremely busy this time of year due to it being riding season. He s currently the only one running the shop, so give him some grace with time. However, he knocked my services out very quickly and did a great job. I will continue to do business with Derek and I recommend everyone else in the area to give him a shot. Thanks again, Derek!Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Called and asked to mount a new tire on and they said to bring it on by assuming I'd have to drop it off, showed up and they said give them 15 minutes. Most places you'd have to drop off and come back but there were fast and efficient! My ol lady uses this place and now I'm gonna start using them! I Highly recommended.Service: TiresService: Tires

Drove over from Garner to get two tires put on rims. Derrick met us at the front door and stopped what he was doing to mount our two tires for us. He knew we were from Garner and would have to return if he couldn t get to them today. It s really nice to see businesses that still care for their customers. The work was quick and reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend this shop for your motorcycle repair needs. They also carry a decent selection of good used bikes.Service: Tires

Fast, friendly, good pricing. Dropped off 2 motorcycle wheels to have tires mounted and Derek handled it within an hour or two at the most competitive rates I've found in the area. ALSO took great care with my powdercoated rims and mounted the tires with no visible damage. Also installed my new 90deg tire valves. Good experience. Will def be back

Above and beyond. Not only did these guys take my bike without an appointment, but apart from aligning my front forks with handlebars, they adjusted my clutch lever and filled my tires back up to recommended psi. All this without them knowing that I had tried 6 other shops in the Raleigh area before coming to them. (Other shops didn't want to work on my 2020 Lifan KPM200 "because it's an off-brand".) It rides and handles like a dream now, and at a super reasonable price too.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Derrick is super cool and knowledgeable ....he has helped me out of a bind on quite a few occasions. I work on my own bikes, but he's always there to mount a tire, or look for an obscure part I need right away, and sometimes when he isn't even open! Recently I moved and had nowhere to store my bike for a few days. Derrick was so cool to let me keep it at his shop and didn't want to charge me anything....he even charged my low battery while it was there. I had to force a $20 dollar bill on him before I rode off. Highly recommend Cutter's, really honest and awesome folks.

I was able to drop my motorcycle off for an oil change and tune up, and even though the mechanic was extremely busy he took the time to make sure everything was in order and had it back to me by the end of the day.

Derek and Rick do really great work! Very trustworthy! I took a 95 Triumph Thunderbird to them last fall with a serious clutch issue. They gave me a worst-case estimate for replacing the clutch but found that it just needed to be bled/flushed to operate like new. Rick even encouraged me to NOT do other repairs/servicing that were unnecessary at the time until we got the clutch addressed and ran the bike for a while. Highly recommend!I ended up going back a short time later for regular service of all fluids and to have them install a bigger sprocket which they did for a very reasonable price too.I ve recommended everyone I know who rides to go to Derek and Rick.

As someone who s been in the auto service industry for 23 years, and understand exactly how shops have to operate...I ll be back to Derek when I need something done. Due to unforeseen circumstances that weren t his fault, Derek had to spend a lot more time on my bike than he expected. Not only did he apologize to me for something that wasn t his fault... he spent extra time I know he doesn t have to clean my wheel. Thanks Derek. You didn t have to polish up my wheel for me. I appreciate it. I ll come by and get that front tire in a couple weeks or so.

Needed new tires on my Sportster. Tried to take it to a different shop but was told I would have to remove the wheels myself. Found another shop that said it would take about 3 hours to change the tires and it was going to cost me about $100/hr.Cutter s was recommended and I m glad they were! They got my bike in and done within 2 hours and charged me much, much less than the other shop. My tires are in great shape and I ll definitely go back here before going somewhere else

Derek and Ric do great work. They are dependable, top notch, and provide excellent service. Thee took care of my son's atv and had him up and running again quickly. They took care of all the issues and provided a great explanation of what needed to be done. You can stop looking around for an ATV shop to do service work. They are the best in this area!!!!!

Im very BIG on looking at reviews for businesses to decide where i would like to be serviced at. looking at this company's reviews i felt satisfied, with thata being said i scheduled my bike to be picked up & it is the next day. it takes them a fairly wuick time to fix it i was amazed & happy as hell i even rode it at the shop rode perfect. Only said i need to charge the battery. So when they drop the bike off i try to start it and it just keeps turning over & never starting which i was amazed because i just watched it start so i by i new battery for the bike & it still is doing the same thing i give them a call & they come picks my bike up again 2 days later this time & said it need a charge again on the battery( but howww with a new battery???). felt like i wasent being helped enough & i was really looking forward to riding after i paid my good money.

*UPDATE* My husband called back and was told to bring his motorcycle in the shop. This time they were there. My husband was very pleased with the work done and the price was reasonable. The first time I gave them a one star review, this time I will bump it up to a 3 star.*PREVIOUS REVIEW* One of the guys told my husband to bring his motorcycle in on Tuesday 4/10/2018 and when my husband arrived before the closing hours, the shop was closed. What kind of professional business is this? Local businesses want you to support them over large chain businesses, but they can't even keep the shop open with the hours they established. If my husband decides to take his motorcycle back, I will add to this review about the actual service/repair received and update the stars.

I had a stripped screw on my right fork. Derrick looked at it then came back with the tools needed, broke the screw loose and started to go back inside. No charge, these guys are great and I will be returning when or if I have any problems with my bike ever!

Very dissatisfied with cutters. I took my Yamaha Vstar there to replace with led lights. Months later I had to go and get my bike without lights. I kept being promised that the parts will be coming in soon. I've already found a place to do the work without the runaround. I did check the posts here and everybody else seems to have had a good experience but that was not my experience

To keep it real, one guy runs the shop and his name is Derek. He will get you right as quick as he can. He is usually super busy but that dude will make sure your bike is right every time!

Dropped my gsxr 600 off for a tune on Wednesday and picked it up Friday afternoon. Derek was super helpful and made some great power out of the bike. Great experience.

Derek is the man for your tuning needs and making bikes run right. EFI or carbureted, doesn't matter. He has worked on 2 of my bikes not running right (to keep this short) and he got clean power out of both all the way through the throttle. Added horse power and couldn't ask for better results.

I took my forks to Cutters because the seals were leaking. Prices were very reasonable and I felt they were really honest with me. He even suggested using a heavier oil based on my weight.

I've been trying for the last month to buy replacement tires for my TGB scooter and I've come up empty handed at every turn. The main problem is that I have 14" rims with an 80/80 front and a 120/80 back, not to mention the manufacturer discontinued the line in 09'. No one, and I mean no one has 80/80 tires.Okay, no problem. I just simply need to get a bigger tire, maybe some 90/90's but every shop or online merchant I called and dealt with would not give me any type of tire suggestion, assistance, or even education and instead they all kept referring me back to the manufacturer. This had become an exercise in frustration.I called CCC today, spoke with Rick and explained my situation. He immediately took responsibility of the situation and not only helped me secure replacement tires but managed to find a set so the tread pattern would be consistent.I lacked the confidence to buy anything but stock sizes on my own and no other merchant had the confidence to educate me on what bigger tires I could reasonable use as a substitute. This is a great shop for all types of motorcycle enthusiasts and I look forward to doing business with them again.
