Went for oil change on Monday 8/21/23 on Wednesday 8/23/23 check my oil it was black return to the service department waited 1 hour Head mechanic came wiped dio stick on his rag and said the oil was changed. I asked to speak with manager waited 15 minutes and was told the manager over the manager will not doing anything further because the oil was changed. I went to have my oil change at another service Provider the was not changed and the oil filter I paid for was not in place. No one put my car on the lift to check to make sure oil filter was change after 1 hour and 15 minute wait.Service: Oil change
