Absolutely blown away by their customer service, and the fix on my bumper is AMAZING. It is absolutely flawless and they cleaned and washed the car mticulously before I picked it up. Beautiful job, great people, I highly recommend them

I worked closely with Thomas, Jason, and Kelly. 10/10 on all aspects. Thomas helped me through the entire process of getting my vehicle repaired through insurance after an accident. He was very thorough and showed a lot of care during the whole process. Jason and Kelly were extremely helpful in providing me with updates and information about repairs done to my vehicle when it came time to pick it up. I would 100% recommend this business to anyone who needs auto body repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My brand new 2023 Honda was hit by a deer not even after a month of owning, these guys knocked it out the park with the quality and work. Their carwise estimate text could use an update. Initially I received excellent service from the front desk and was pleased to leave my car with this body shop. My repairs were due to a rears end accident that I was not at fault for that being said I had a trip planned for the later dates of my repair. I communicated with the shop each and every single day leading up to my trip for about a week. Each of those days I was assured that the work on my car would be done with plenty of time of my trip. They promised day came and I was repeatedly told that it would be the following info day for sure. The dates came and went and the day before my trip arrived and I called like I had done the entire week to ask if my car had been done on that promised day. Not to my surprise it was not and I was told that I would have to pay for the rental I was given for the days my car would be done while I was in my trip. Now I have to postpone my trip losing out on little time off I had already scheduled to avoid the excessive rental fees in the tiny car that I was given. Like I told the tech thank you for the false promises and the money/time out of my pocket.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The adjuster took pictures and made appraisal and offered to send by email. Time efficient and easy to work with this staff. Kelly, the receptionist is really great to talk with.

Very happy with the work that was done to my truck . Truck looks like new can't tell it was ever damaged. Will definitely come back if I ever need collision work done .

Very quick to give an estimate and were waiting for me outside before I even showed up. Ran over the details of fixing bodywork and paint in detail as a group. Very transparent and enjoyed the service.
