Ask for a transmission fluid check while I had it there for air bag recall, was no charge for trans check. Plus they detailed the car.2006 330CI .

The Service Department was very helpful with my problem. They had it diagnosed within 1/2 hour of taking it in. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my forward camera and what was needed to restore it to like new operating condition. Because I am new to BMW and did not have a "home dealership", their friendly, helpful attitudes which are relevant through the dealership, and their technician's professional skill and demeanor have helped me to decide that Sale BMW will be my home for all things BMW.

Although I see all the reviews are positive, I can't imagine, but alright. I purchased my first new bmw from Sales, my experience, the sales person ran out of gas approx., 3 miles from the dealership while we were test driving my car, it took over an hr for someone to bring us gas. Off and on there have been minor issues that I've overlooked. Although I had several issues, I continued to use Sales because its only about 35 miles from my home vs driving to Wilmington over an hour plus because. I purchased my first car there I stay until May of 2023, when my car stopped on me for the very first time. I call Sales Auto Mall and spoke w/my service advisor and told him what I suspected, he in turn adamantly to contact Johnathan (Craftmasters( their recommended body shop to let him know that he need to file a supplement due to the current issues being caused by the initial repair performed by Craft Masters I decided to reach out to my insurance company because my battery and other wiring were almost submerge in water due to a full day of heavy constant rain. I had my car sent to BMW of Wilmington because I trusted them and new that they would find out the origin of my car issues. After only one day of diagnosting my car, the issues of malfunctions popping up on my dash was due Craft master's failing to replace a simple screw on a section of molding when they repaired over $10,000 worth of repairs through my insurance company in Aug of 2020. which involved replacing the left quarter round, which involved removing my trunk hood, replacing the vapor barrier and a ton of other things. In Sept of 2020, one month after craft master and Sales BMW completed my repairs, I began to get different malfunction Icons popping up on my dash, despite me reaching out to both Craft masters and Sales BMW who supposedly repaired the electrical issues once Craft master completed the body work, I continued off and on to have these icons pop up periodically and each time I complain I have to constantly take my car back and forth only for neither to find any issues, finally on one occasion when I was advised to bring it back to Craft masters to find out why the water was coming in at the bottom of my back left door, Johnathan of poured 2 large buckets of water on my car testing, and then had one of the workers to adjusted my door, then sent me across the street to Sales service who then diagnose my car but could not find anything, fast forward, after BMW service in Wilmington diagnose my car, the hole where the screw belonged that Craft Master's fail to replace, water was entering that a tiny hole when it rains, which explained why these icon malfunctions were happening since Sept, 2020 after Craft Master's and Sales service worked on my car. I reached out to Johnathan explaining the results of my car issues, he combatively said "I told you that your car had a lifetime warranty," and not only raising his voice and sending me disrespectful emails. I explained that my damages are were caused by them (Craft Master) so why would I bring it back to the procuring cause of my car issue. It would be like going to a heart surgeon who left a valve slightly disconnected and trusting him to repair the problem. Both Craft Masters and Sales service as BMW certified should have immediately knew the cause back in 2020, each time I complained about the icons on my dash etc,, there was one excuse after another, this mistake cost almost $5.000 of damage, plus my $500 deductible, the mistake of not doing your job leaving out a screw and even now Craft masters has been disrespectful, Sales service dept (Jared) never returned my call, neither have accepted any type of accountability. I will never use nor recommend either of them for a purchase nor service, and Sales should not be connected to Craft Masters at all.

I have been driving BMWs since 2000 and have always had wonderful experiences with the service department. Jared Hobbs goes out of his way to be sure that my car is serviced professionally and conveniently. Request by this customer for new tire due to flat. As per usual J. Hobbs was very accommodating and got me in for service very quickly. While car being serviced the technician sent the usual video update of services being performed. On this date informed of tire replacement and source of problem in addition to measurements of wear on all tires and brake pads. Also advised fluids topped off and oil change due. I've had my vehicles serviced at Sale BMW for 12 yrs. The service dept. has always been professional, courteous, efficient and informative. I feel this is primarily due to the continuity in service by J. Hobbs remaining with Sale BMW for many years.Service: Auto tire replacement
