I did stop by before lunch to visit this AutoZone on Vernon Avenue. I entered the store it was organized. I did notice one of the employees were helping a customer outside, and he did re enter the store during myvisit. I was not greeted when I initially entered the store, but I did notice they were very well stocked with wheel covers, the oil and filters were very organized. There are some areas of the store that I feel need to be better merchandised. Some of the shelves were kind of empty which needed some straightening throughout the day which is nice because their items in the store are clearly selling. I think throughout the day the staff need to straighten more and not look like the shelves are empty or low on stock. But it is a nice store. Their employees have always been helpful at at any location I have visited.

Bill, at store 425 was very helpful. I have an oil leak and he explained the cost and benefits of various chemicals that might help. He found the power steering fluid I need and the oil. Excellent customer care! I couldn't ask for more or better.

I went to the Vernon Avenue AutoZone to purchase a battery for my sister s Honda after having to jumpstart it several times. William, the AutoZone specialist, suggested bringing the vehicle in to verify the battery being the issue. William tested the installed battery and analyzer showed the battery was faulty. We bought a new battery(with my military discount) and William installed it right there at the AutoZone front door. The entire activity took about 20 minutes. William was professional as well as friendly. He identified the problem and corrected it for free. I was able to be on my way without breaking out tools, dirtying my hands, and saving my knuckles. Thanks William.

I have been a longtime customer of AutoZone for 2 reasons: 1) I always get great service, 2) Their prices are reasonable.My latest experience was no exception. I have been having trouble with my car for weeks, and the staff were kind enough to run the code reader on my car to find out what was wrong. They gave me the right parts to fix the problem, and it cost a lot less to fix things than I thought it was. I even received a $20 credit on my account because of previous purchases.I really can't say enough nice things about this store in particular. You have helped me more than you will ever know, and you have helped me keep my car on the road more than you will ever know. I can never thank you enough. Most importantly, you treat me like I know what I am talking about even when I don't, and you steer me in the right direction. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My daughter and I broke down in front of auto zone due to her battery going out and thank God a worker named Matthew helped us get into the Parking lot and even though the store was about to close took the time out to switch the battery out that we purchased from them. We are so grateful for his excellent customer service and courtesy towards us. The cashier; Deacon was also very helpful in choosing the right battery for our vehicle. We will be recommending this particular auto zone to all of our family and colleagues.

Went by AutoZone on Vernon on 10-11-2022 that after noon to order a part for my car. Spoke with Todd who was standing at the counter showed me a price of what I needed and the make and model of my car and it was $128.80 for everything I asked for. Was told that it had to be ordered because it wasn't any in stock In the store. Was told it should be there on 10-12-2022 to pick up. So I went by the store to pick up my parts that was supposed to be there and the guy David asked me did I need help . I told him I was here to pick up my parts that I ordered the day before and was told it was in. He told me nothing was ordered or at the store for me. I was so mad and upset he was trying to calm me down because I just got off work and was frustrated and tired I apologize for the way I was acting but I was upset and I had the people that was going to fix my car waiting to fix it so I had to wait another day to get my part. So he ordered the parts for me and told me it would be in the store on 10-13-22. So today when I went in 10-13-22 I spoke with Matthew he was kind and understanding and said he will help me out cause I had to come up here twice and had a bad experience. So he gave me the parts to what was told I was going to pay. It made my day better because I was so upset and unhappy and was going to go some were else.

I just wanted to comment on how nice, pleasant and helpful Matt P was. I am a single woman who does not know alot about cars, I had just finished tutoring when the car ran hot. He came out and checked the car, put antifreeze and oil in the car for me. He was so polite and patient. He is an awesome representative and customer service man for this company.

Weeks ago, Ronnie went over and beyond to assist me with changing a headlight bulb on my left driver s side. Had I not had the bulb installed before leaving, I would have gone through lots of trouble, after seeing what Ronnie went through. Thank you again, Ronnie. I would recommend this location due to the atmosphere being customer friendly.

Wednesday, October 12, 2022 I personally hate going to auto parts stores especially to this AutoZone. But, upon entering this time I talked with a nice young man with glasses who help me with my auto questions. Of course a guy (some type of manager) was trying to interrupt him while he giving me some information. The store closes at 9:00pm and he was rushing the guy at 8:25pm. That's why I don't like going to these types of stores because the managers sometimes have a ignorant complex. And sometimes the staff smoke out the front door. I'll continue to purchase online

I had a terrific experience with Matthew at this AutoZone location. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to come super close to closing time, and he was so accommodating. He went above and beyond to change my battery AND replace my headlight. I d recommend this location and this particular representative to any and everyone.

I recently visited the Auto Zone on West Vernon Avenue for a tail light. Mr. Ronnie was AHHHmazing! Not only did he go find the bulb he also put it in for me. I had no idea what I was looking for, and I definitely didn't know how to put it in. Mr. Ronnie deserves a pay raise.Thanks again Mr. Ronnie!

I had a great experience with Matthew at the autozone location in kinston. I went next door to oreillys first they were no help said I would have to get my fuse took out and bring it back to see which one it was. The sales manager Matthew P. at auto zone got me my fuse and put it in for me within 10 minutes. I couldn t be more thankful.

Brand new, looks great! Very helpful staff. What I did not like was the car salesman bit. They continued to try and sell me extras. After Christmas, I could only afford the part I requested.

This auto zone location came in handy one time while I was traveling, I had to spot right before a heavy rain storm because I needed windshield wiper blades, this was the only location around so was very grateful, it saved me a bunch of time because if that storm hit I was going to get stuck in the road. It was either time for new blades or crack in the windshield
