I tried calling to get a price on a obd scanner they are right by the register the lady answered and rudely said she had a ton of customers and was only person working. I arrived at the store 2 minutes after i hung up only 2 customers inside and she wasnt helping them. Was wasting time calling store manager repeatedly to find out where her help was. Wont be visiting this store again.

I paid ten dollars for a car remote battery and the attendant was kind of pushy and not very friendly may have been hard of hearing

I got off work today around 4pm, and my car wouldn t crank. I went over to Autozone to get a new battery priced, because I needed a new one. Ashley helped me with getting a new battery, and helped me save as well. He replaced my old one too. Did all of this within an hour and he was a big help! Definitely recommend this place for all your car needs!

I ordered and item online but the store did not have it in stock. Also it couldn't be ordered from the hub, however, the manager was very helpful and friendly. She made sure I was compensated and happy. I highly recomend this store.

Stopped bc my friends check engine light came on while we were in town. They hooked it up to the reader to find out she had water in her gas tank. Gave her some recommendations and print out the reading as well. Was friendly and professional. Was thoroughly stocked, clean store and bathrooms.

My daughter and I needed a battery bc her battery was malfunctioning and we were afraid of being left on side of the road. The store workers (heavy set Caucasian girl and slim Caucasian boy) we're not very helpful at all. The customer service was terrible and they were not welcoming to us even though we wanted to make a nice sized purchase. We also were told that they were not allowed to change our battery, better yet touch it leaving us to get down further down Vernon and breaking down by a different auto zone (besides O'Reilly's). God must have took us right when we needed to be the workers Matthew and Deacon help us pick a battery to fix the car and also replace the battery for us even though they were about to close....I wouldn't recommend anyone to that store.

The staff of this store should get an award for great service.I have a fleet of trucks and other vehicles. I spend a 50 to $100,000 a year on parts alone, day in and day out.When my semi tractor lost its tail lights just before closing, the three staff members collectively figured out what parts would get me safe and operational again.God bless you all. Management should send you to Hawaii, in recognition of service above and beyond the call of duty.

My husband went to purchase oil and filter for oil change and the worker ( Jamie ) who said he was the manager tried to charge him an entirely different amount then what's posted in the shelving label! When brought to the items to show him what the shelf tags/price tags were he claimed that, "that wasn't the price that those tags can be placed anywhere that that's how they do it" although the entire shelf was full with the same items and were priced at one price he wanted to charge more! Someone obviously isn't doing their job if there has been a price increase then all the shelf tags should reflect that and be changed and another thing that needs to be changed is this guys attitude, absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! Abrupt, Rude and Uneducated!!!! Walmart is right next door your not the only place to purchase oil and filter

The young new man was very helpful but then a few more customers came in so the older man helped me. He replaced my rear brake light but didn't even put it back together like he was in a big hurry. So the younger man finished the job

Made my car cleaning run. $150.00 haul for $115.00 Saved 35 bucks when I preordered and picked up online using the discount online. Store was low traffic, clean and together. Guys/ladies were as always friendly and efficient. Got the wash bucket for free but its in the car lol.

Very clean store. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I actually bought more than I planned, but I'm glad I did because I would have had to make a second trip if they didn't help me. Will definitely return!

Just a brief stop to purchase a battery for my car remote. As soon as I entered the store I was asked if I needed help. Clerk replaced the battery for me. Store was clean and appeared organized.

I stopped going to Walmart about 3 months ago because there were only two checkers and they had long lines. So I stopped at this AutoZone for a couple of items. The service was and is so great there it is the only place I shop for automotive items now!
