First time trying this place and I had a good experience. Most drive thru car wash places never get the back of my Explorer clean, so it helps when they wipe down the vehicle. And they cleaned my windows inside and out. I hate doing the windows. Anyway, I saw some of the other reviews about the price and I have to disagree... compared to the other car wash drive thru places in Kinston this is the better deal. They vacuumed and cleaned the inside...to me that is worth the few extra dollars.

They did OK. Staff was extremely friendly. Outside looked great but the inside still has dirt all over the floor mats and they sprayed the doors and didn't wipe the back ones down.

I always go here for my oil change platinum package,which comes with oil change all car fluids, and filters. Car wash, and car inspections in the past 7 years and they are very professional, fast service and great prices for all services. Excellent customer service. Paid 33 dollars for a wash and interior cleaning that a 12 year old could have done better. Watched the guy that cleaned my interior use the same rag on my windows. Very poorly trained obviously.

I went there to get my car cleaned..it was well overdue and needed a good cleaning..paid $40 which is the #1 service which includes the basic (vacuum & wash) but with ArmorAll on the entire car along with a fragrance which I really didn't smell. Subpar job....for that amount of money my car should have been spotless. I typically don't patronize these places because of that reason. More interested in getting the money than actually doing a good job. There were STILL spots on the car..on the hood..Absolutely horrible job with vacuuming as anyone can see by the pictures. When they were done they walked off, left the drivers side open..never said it was ready.. No marked areas for social distancing and none of the workers that were cleaning the cars had on masks. Employees at the oil change center wore masks. Won't be going back....

When I got there this morning, I explained how I wanted the inside detailed to it's best. The package included armor all, fragerence, cleaning of waterproof mats, armor tire shine. They used the same rag on windows and mirrors as the rest of the car. This was the worst service I ever recieved. I brought my vehicle home and did it myself. Don't waste your money there. They weren't even busy, it was 8:30 am. I didn't get a third of the package but paid full price. Customer service is a must to stay in business.

Please don t use the Auto Brite on Vernon. Horrible customer service. Apparently, being the manager excuses being rude and talking over people. I ve gone to Auto Brite for years, but I m done!

Went yesterday for State Inspection. Jumped right on it!! In and out in about 20 minutes!!Y'all beat Valvoline Instant Oil Change to pieces!!Great job folks!! Keep up the good work!!

This is the entire worst car detailing in the city. How do you say We vacuum your car but not throw out the trash on the floor. Nothing wiped in the inside and they only sprayed water on my car. This place has became so unprofessional I m at awe!!!!!!!

Didn't go in the store a plus is they do state car inspection. They are also open on a Saturday, very convenient and lady on the phone was super pleasant.

If I could rate this place a half star that's exactly what it would be and even that's to much.... it's very sad that you can't even get a decent car wash these days I had to say something about my car three times and the manager came out to redo my windshield WHY PAY FOR The BEST PACKAGE and NOT GET HALF of it done I will not be going back there anymore... FYI you guys need new workers that's knowledgeable about detailing cars

First and for most these guys was nice,polite,and decent in order I pulled up for a oil chance and of course that was treated very well and a car wash off even though my inside was messy but no big deal which was on.When I pulled up my engine light was on but when I left drive couple miles in went off and until now it still have not pop back on I don t k ow what you guys dis but it was a great job.Thank you and God bless.....Service: Oil change

Not usually one to complain but I paid for an all over detail wash wax clean inside and out tires no shampoo dropped my car off at opening and told the manager that I needed the car washed and waxed right and he said he would do it himself and I told him I needed it by 4:00 pm. At 4:10 I called them to find out if my car was ready when in actuality they should have have called me. I was told it was ready but when I got there the rims and tires on my 2020 Camry were filthy. Dirt still in the wheelhouses and carpets still had dirt like they didn t take the mats out when they vacuumed. Trunk had not been touched. All the manger could say was the trunk was extra and agreeing with me that whoever cleaned the rim and vacuumed did not do a good job so I waited another 1/2 hour leaving at 4:45. The charged for armor all on the inside and tires but didn t do it because I had told them in advance that I didn t want it. So do you think I will give them another opportunity or recommend them to anyone else? I think not.

Took my Acadia in today and they did a fantastic job!! Even put a piece back on my seat that had fallen off.

Ryan and some of his employees are very nice and a few do a great job but the quality of the car washing has gone down hill. Missed bugs on the front, mats still had dirt on them, missed places on the windows, missed places on the rims, the console and dash not cleaned good. I'm sorry but this is the truth. I'm disappointed for the last after almost 20 yrs of doing business with them.

**WARNING***Came to get a synthetic blend oil change but they ended up putting regular oil so I checked my oil under the hood and it s the same color before I brought it in spoke to the supervisor over the manager showed him the oil on the dip stick he then got the lady manager and showed her the oil that was supposed to be changed. She said the oil will look like that. I also told her it was supposed to be synthetic oil she said it will be $20 more so we said ok. I looked at her and told her I changed oil before it will not look like used oil so she said she will take the oil out that was just changed so we can look at it...when the oil was coming out it was black as tar and the filter was the same one that was on there. The supervisor didn t charge any extra money cause they tried to save money by cheating a customer. Please check your filter and oil before you leave this place. I will no longer come here and I will advise people that this place does this.

They did a great cleaning job. Spent $180. Drove the car home and noticed a big dent in the rear passenger side door. Spent $250 to get the dent removed. Last time I will take my car there.

Friendly staff and customers. We just hangout chatting while Auto Brite takes care of us. It's a very pleasant experience.

DIWANA the manger over the oil change section at this place just ripped me off! Buyer beware she gave me the option of the silver and platinum oil change , which was a difference of $20 bucks or so! I chose the $60 dollar synthetic blend over the $80 dollar as she recommended because it would basically do the same thing for my truck! Now fast forward to the counter when it's time to pay it comes out to Close to $90 bucks without no conversation as to how we got there before they did the work , I felt bullied into paying for a platinum oil change over what I asked for, and I will never EVER get an oil change from there again! This was my 4th and last time going there she charged me based on all of the former times that I had gone there, plus they don't even vacuum with the oil change! I would give them 0 stars because I feel like giving them that 1 star is being generous!

There was no one there to do a oil change at 2:00 last week. Saw some girls washing a car in the cold. You might want to skip this place.

Never had any problems until they broke my washer fluid piece on my car and act like it wasn t a big deal. It wasn t broke when I took my car to get washed. Look@your vehicle before they do any work

Worst car wash in Kinston area. Employees act like they have no energy and, broke my antennae off before entering the wash by trying to unscrew it and, left grease on my driver side seat. They are ordering me a new antennae but I have to pay someone else to install it. Cost me $40.00 for a wash and would not return me the money so in other words I paid them $40.00 to break my antennae and still have added expenses for installation and upholstery cleaning.

They will steal your money!! I canceled my account 2 months ago and yet i was charged AGAIN today...no one answers the phone...save the money, time and headache by going elsewhere

This place is a joke. Prices are ridiculously high and super underpaid management. And the manager on the lube side Bobby Lloyd is a crook and will always try to overcharge people. He steals oil from there to try and do oil changes on the side. He charged a woman for a radiator flush that she wanted done and he didnt even do the flush.

I would give worse but it would not let me! Worst customer service ever. Went in for service and they made huge deal about window tint when i hadn't ever had any issues with it! Manager was awful and dishonest and rude!! Will never recommend anyone here!!!! Left so angry at this place for still being in business! No wonder the ratings stink! I should of checked them first!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Too picky on car inspections. One thing they failed me on was, they said there was a nick in one of my wiper blades. I didn't see it. Parking light had a little moister, but worked fine.
