By far the best place I have been so far for a oil chance the lady there is so nice and helpful when it comes to service. Never had a hard time getting in and out! Very time officiant and very convenient if in the area and looking for service please give Strickland Brothers A Try

I had a great experience at Strickland Brothers 10 minute Oil Change! The staff was very professional and extremely helpful! Kristie was my main point of contact and she was able to answer all my questions. She provided wonderful customer service! I would highly recommend this company for oil change needs!

My best friend worked at this facility for a few months and even though he moved on to bigger and better things they have a good staff and I like the way they run their business now that they have good employees managing especially Christy uptonwho you will see Up top and doing inspections. She was very nice and serious about her job. 5 stars recommend to anyone who needs quick reliable service with a smile.

I highly recommend Strickland Brothers! Today I took my Honda to get an oil change. I always have a great experience getting my oil changed or my car inspected here. Christy & Sam took care of my oil change today. They were so nice and helpful!!! Christy has changed my oil and inspected my car before. She is always friendly, professional, honest and fast. I ll be back for my next oil change!

I shouldn't even give it one star. I come in was quoted id pay $43. For a basic oil change. It cost $73. Ridiculous and that's talking them down from 85. And took way longer than 10 minutes to. No I would never recommend them. Way to expensive and don't honor their word. Not going back ever

These guys were great. They didn't treat me like some dumb woman who knew nothing about her vehicle. They literally confirmed everything I told them I noticed isn't right with my car, that's what you call customer service! I've been a customer for 6 years at the one in Shelby, but due to moving this is now the closest one. I'm confident I will receive the same great service I was receiving at the Shelby location #ConsistencyMatters

They messed up on my oil change. My car leaked out all the oil. And I had to go back and get it fixed. They did a great job with handling the situation and fixing what they did. But they need to take responsibility for slower and job as wellService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Buyers beware went to Location in kings mountain Nc on 8/25/2023 to get my oil change came back home parked my car to go to the beach with family for two weeks come back home and found oil under my car so I took the car back to the Location and they told me it was not leaking and it was dry so I got a Second opinion and they told me that I need a Oil drain plug gasket that s why it was leaking I would be cautious using this repair shopServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I took my car in for a simple oil change. When the employee was done, my car would not crank. He tried to tell me my fuel pump had went out on my car. I told him I did not have any issues with my car when I pulled it into the bay. After having to call my son and get him involved and him asking them to drain the oil again and let s start over did we realize that the employee that drained the oil out of my car really did not drain the oil. He drained all the transmission fluid out of my car. He also over filled my car with 5.5 quarts of oil seeing that the old oil was never drained. My car had to be towed to the Audi dealership where I am still fighting with the manager of This business along with their insurance company to get my car repaired properly.

The best place I've ever had an oil change. First of all you stay in your car at all times. You drive up and there's 2 lines one for inspections and the other one for oil changes. The only thing I would say something about is I would prefer to have a sign letting me (as a new customer) know which line to get in. But nevertheless, the lady came out and asked people what they were getting and to change lines if they were in the wrong one. Other than that, I pulled in and it took no time for my oil change THEN the lady had taken my air filter and a new air filter to show me how bad mine was as a courtesy. As long as I've been getting oil changes, NO ONE has ever brought it to my attention to change it. With all that being said, that's where I'll be going from now on. Thanks Strickland Brothers

I needed an oil change and vehicle inspection. Came to Strickland Bro. On York Road KM. I m very pleased. I came on my lunch break and was back at work with time to spare. One thing that stood out about this oil change establishment that differs from the rest is, the young man (Brian I think) showed me my oil dipstick once he finished changing my oil. I ve been to other places and just trust that they did indeed put new oil back in my car. With this place, the guess work was removed as I know for a fact they did what they said. Plus this place is close by. So it s a win win for me. I will be returning again. The young lady that took my information and did my inspection was very nice and she is a dog lover like myself. She politely asked if she could pet my shih tzu. Seems to me that they really appreciate my business.

Been very sick needed a inspection. I had worked all day getting new tires put on too. 11 yes eleven places in my town told me they were done doing inspections for the day. So my last chance I called and spoke to a nice man who worked there that he was there till 6 pm. I said perfect I'm on my way. I'll be there in 20 mins. I arrived pulled straight in and these guys were so professional and nice. Told him how many places turned me down and he said that's why we're here. Ican nott say how pleased I am with the level of service I got. 5 starts just for the service and 100 stars for saving my bacon. Thank youguyss again and keep doing what you do. ps from the silver car near end of day on 31st.

Compared to previous experiences at the KM location, yesterday on 2/2/24 was definitely the best & most professional. I was considering going to a different shop due to past experiences but it seems like we re getting back on track at the KM location!
