I've been to Ronald's Garage for service on my RAM diesel truck, my Mercedes, my Dodge Challenger, Lexus and other vehicles. I've also had several friends go to them based on my recommendation. Their prices are very reasonable. I was especially pleased with the new tire prices.State Inspections and oil changes are quick.These are the mechanics I totally trust to do things right. Employees are courteous and professional.Highly recommend!

It has not been an easy journey, but Ronald s Garage has been there every step of the way to help. Wonderful staff with true customer service. Ronald s Garage was the only business that I have felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with. Thank you, Woody, Tyler and staff for making me feel comfortable and taking care of all the issues with my vehicle.I bought a new to me 2500HD Chevy. I only had the truck a short amount of time before taking it to Ronald s to sort through some issues I found with the truck. Ronald s Garage took care of ALL my issues. I thank you all again.If you re looking for somewhere, trustworthy, dependable, and honest. Look no further. Rip off made my car worse broke my battery connection and didn't even tell me they charge you triple the amount you can go somewhere else cheaper and get the work done right. Also took them over an entire day just to change a starter when I was told it would be done in a few hours didn't even knock any of the price down either

The entire team provided a phenomenal experience. My car completely broke down on me with the acceleration completely stopping on me and they were the only one between Shelby and Gastonia to accept me in under their already busy schedule without appt. They did more than just welcome me in late notice and giving me a peace of mind they got my car running better than before. Thanks to everyone at Ronald s Garage

My husband and I were traveling from South Carolina to North Carolina on a Saturday. As we pulled off the exit our brakes grabbed and our vehicle started jerking. I checked for nearby garages and found Ronald's Garage on my phone with a high recommendation. They were closing for the day but helped us by arranging for a tow truck. On the following Monday they called to let us know what they found. We approved the work, and they made the repairs. They were very helpful, friendly and we would highly recommend them.

This is one of the best garages I have ever been to. Everyone was so nice and took the time to walk me through everything. They took care of my car pretty quickly even though I came in on a Saturday and they were short handed. I will definitely be back.

Hello, my name is Riley Jessup. I highly recommend using Ronalds Garage. They are very efficient at what they do. They do not keep your car for very long like other shops, however the issue always gets fixed! As I stated before they are very quick and efficient at what they do. I will definitely be visiting the company again.

"I recently had my Ford Ranger's engine replaced at Ronald's Garage, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The entire process, from removing the old engine to installing the new one, was completed in just 3.5 days. I want to give a special shoutout to Woody, Tyler, and the friendly girl(didn't get her name,so sorry)at the customer service desk for their exceptional assistance and professionalism throughout. I was already frustrated coming in with how I was treated at Mr Tire right down the road who had my car 2 days without completing anything all while consistently telling me they were almost finished. The lady and gentleman at the desk of Ronald s were so down to earth and understanding. They explained that they might not be able to get to it until the middle of the next day but they would give me a call as soon as they did. I received my call at 0930 in the morning the next day and it was completely ready to go. I genuinely appreciate the clarity, honesty and work ethic of your employees. I m glad to see those good hometown morals/values aren t gone at every business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I would like to start off saying thanks to the owner and the other mechanics wow!!! I was traveling from NC to Atlanta(home) and my brake line popped bc the thread from my tire popped and wrapped around my brake line which caused it to cut into my brake line. (I had no brakes )! I hope all that made sense .We called around town to see who can do the repairs needed. It all happened on a Saturday, we had to get a room stay over night, leave my car at the gas station, gas station attendant gave us a ride to the hotel And now it s Sunday and We went to a well known chain tire business and someone there whispered in my ear go to Ronald s garage!! So I called and the owner answered and this handsome red head was a true hero! He was off and no mechanic was there. They were closed for the day. Every shop I called didn t have my part and couldn t get the parts I needed or the tire because mini cooper parts are hard to find BUT the owner found and got all the parts needed. They dedicated their time and repaired my car before dark and me and my two daughters made it back to ATL safely!!!Thank you guys so much pls if you ever in their area and need any car repairs pls look up Ronald s Garage they will get the job done!!!! 10 10 10 10 across the board!!!! And I love the Tshirts and hoodies!!Thanks so much I will never forget you guys!! you all saved the day!!!! Thanks for your great hospitality and urgency!!!Thanks so much,Mimi G
