Couldn t be happier with the service that was provided to us from Oakgrove Auto Sales. The Service Dept is Grade A ! They had my vehicle for a short time and diagnosed a major problem that a good ole Factory Dealership caused! I will definitely be bringing my service here to Oakgrove from now on !! 100% recommended

My wife and I had a great buying experience at Oak Grove Auto Sales! One of my wife s coworkers recommended we check them out as she s had great customer experiences there. The team is responsive and transparent and friendly. We shopped their selection on their website and contacted them for more information, and they replied quickly. We easily scheduled a test drive and then went back three days later to buy the vehicle, and both times they accommodated us after hours to meet our schedule. They guided us through warranty options and all the purchasing paperwork with ease. I get a ton of anxiety about visiting car lots and shopping for vehicles, but I was 100% comfortable here the entire time, and that alone tells me it was the right fit for us. We hope to enjoy our car for a long time, and we plan to take our cars back here for service. They work on all makes and models. Oak Grove also offers a body shop. We enjoy opportunities to support local, family-owned businesses, and this was a very good find. We recommend you check them out!

Great Value! Dependable Service! Integrity! Customer Respect!It s not often you can post those 4 qualities about any business but I found one such company in Oak Grove Body Shop of Kings Mountain.I was traveling on business and visiting family when my truck s transmission went out. My relatives endorsed Oak Grove and I got my crippled truck in for a look. They gave me an estimate for the cost and completion date. I received a call when the truck was ready and advised of a computer-suggested repair which I authorized.Bottom line:1) the cost for the transmission rebuild was less than their quote - and on time2) they repaired a switch I had not mentioned - at no charge3) they found the computer-suggested repair was not needed and did not make it (if there was ever a time to take advantage of a customer it is when their vehicle is down and they are out of state)4) they stayed late on a Friday night to meet me as we ran into unexpected traffic delays in SC5) and, they printed off directions for avoiding a traffic backup at the SC state line.If you live in the Kings Mountain/Shelby area, you can be confident you will be respected as a valued customer at Oak Grove Body Shop. If I lived there, I wouldn t go anyplace else. Perhaps you shouldn t either.Oh, and I bet you get the same level of respect and appreciation when shopping for a used vehicle.

These folks were fantastic to work with They were very honest and reliable. We got a great car that they took the time to make sure was in excellent condition and the price was right. Would absolutely do business with them again. thank you for our Highlander we love it.

I've worked with the folks at Oak Grove for years. And they've worked on both of my trucks, my parents vehicles, etc.I've never had an issue with them on pricing or quality of work. If there is anything wrong with a job they did, they are quick to fix it or replace the part again without hassle.Their only problem (which is because they're so good) is that they are constantly slammed. Everyone around uses them because of their quality and prices, and so they are very busy, and it's usually best to schedule ahead if possible.

I chose these guys because of their high rating on Google and they totally deserve it! Had a bumper replaced on a 2009 Impala due to a minor accident. I wanted to keep costs low because it was an older car. They replaced the bumper and matched the paint AMAZINGLY well! Kudos to Clay and the team. This is not your typical roadside car lot; these guys are top notch, friendly, and fair. Five stars all the way!

I don't know how anyone could have a bad experience here. My parents went here and it is now my go to for any issues I have with my vehicle. I am actually more offended than the owner probably is about the one bad review I read. They always take great care of their customers and I have a high degree of confidence in their quality work. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

Everyone should use Oak Grove Auto for all there cars repairs and service. Great staff friendly, knowledgeable. We take all our vechiles to them and have always received excellent service. If you are looking for excellent car repairs call Oak Grove Auto in Kings Mountain, NC.

I love oak grove auto. My mother had been going here for years and never had a bad word to say. She told me how much she appreciates the prices and services she had received over the years which lead me to check them out.I had to replace all 4 tires so I went to my local firestone and what they had quoted was pretty high for 50k mile tires. So I gave OGA a call and they gave me a 80k mile tires for the same price FS had asked.I was also recently in my first accident and was told the damage would cost me over 4500 to fix by someone here in SC. Again I called Rob/Clay and they told me that they would be able to make my car look brand new and save me a ton. They really helped me out with my out of pocket costs.You really can't ask for better and more friendly service than you can get at OGA. They are honest and fair and always treat you like you're family. I live over 2 hours away but they still continue to get my business.

Bought my daughter a car from here a few years back, took it and had it serviced, new tires, etc. Clay was a joy to work with, definitely recommend these guys.

Ungrateful owner was upset that I wouldn't buy his $130.00 battery and I was disrespected. I paid this place $25.00 to check why my car was having trouble starting and they said it was the battery. A few weeks before this I paid them $300 for a tune-up (on a 4-cyl Toyota) and they never said a word about the battery. That's okay, they have lost me as a customer. Also I just had to have a water pump installed and the new mechanic also installed a timing belt, thermostat, power steering belt and anti-freeze. If OGAS had treated me better they would have gotten to do the work. Pfff!

I can't say enough good things about this place!I came here after Clarks Tires quoted me almost $2k for a replacing the head gaskets. I called around and Rob sat on the phone with me for 15 minutes going into detail about what could be wrong and all the little stuff. I really liked that part. So I took from Clarks over to Rob and turned out Clarks didn't look too close at my car. It wasn't the head gaskets, it was a heater pipe leak and the repair ended up costing half than what Clarks was asking for.The best part is they talk to you like you're family instead of a walking wallet like other places do.I can recommend this place enough. My relatives are starting to go there now and they're pretty happy as well. Thanks Rob!

Broke a serpentine belt on a Sunday evening at 7pm on the interstate. This place had us back on the road by 1030am on Monday morning. Cost effective, and they were friendly, with a clean bathroom for the girls.Mull's Towing, a AAA affiliate, towed us that Sunday evening on our AAA roadside service package - no charge, we were under the 5 mile limit. The Mull's driver, after dropping off our towed pickup truck - we had two vehicles and were caravaning - led us to the hotel we picked to spend the night, in unfamiliar country. We tried to tip him; he wouldn't take it.Southern hospitality at it's best. Highly recommend, we're from Illinois.

I'm 81 years old haven't met people like these in modern times,with the short time I spent with Rob and Rhonda I was very impressed seems to be good honest people.I would do business with them again.

I always get my car worked on if at all possible at Oak Grove I drive 30 miles to get it worked on by the Oak Grove Crew. I also have bought a couple of cars from Oak Grove and always get a fair deal.
