WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THEM AGAIN!!! Had my car repaired after hitting a deer. They called after three weeks to say it was done. I go pick it up only to have to take it back the very next day. The headlight they replaced didn't work. The sensor they replaced didn't work. The new body parts didn't fit properly and the new fender they replaced had a chip in it. Went to pick the car back up after another week and come to find out they put the wrong sensor on the car. Also they had backed my car over something and bent the bracket on my back bumper and never told me. WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE TO THEM AGAIN!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Always a pleasure to work with the Tuttles team, Brad takes great care of our family when we come in. He knows I'm super OCD and Very picky about my Cars. Tuttle's did a fantastic job with my vehicle!! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and Brad, one of the owners, did above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Got a estimate on fixing damage on my vehicle, once it was put on paper it almost doubled. Was told there wasn't any reconditioned parts before googling pull a part that had 2 of the same exact cars...was really confused about that. Then upon looking up where their parts come from new is also a body shop! Just in a different state. Was not impressed.... Aside from the fact the written estimate was what I paid for the car times 4!

I went in and made an appointment to bring my car in for repairs .. the receptionist told me that they would take care of loaner car for me and that it would be there when I dropped off my car( a month later) went to drop off the car and no loaner car the receptionist with a nasty attitude tells me that I was supposed to take care of the loaner car and that she tried to call me and left a message with my son ( lie) my son doesn t have my phone and lives in another state. Horrible customer service I will be taking my car some place else

We couldn't get by for close to 2 weeks to clean out a totalled car, but they were patient with us and helped out where they could. Super nice!

So..I was going to go local and check with Tuttle's to see about an estimate for work that we needed to have done on the car we were fixing up for my son. I had the car on a Uhaul transport trailer behind my Ram 3500 truck. I pulled in the lot and walked inside. I peered into the office and tried to get the receptionists attention. She glared in my direction like I already was a major bother to her and I had just walked in the door. I said I was wanting to talk to someone about an estimate for work that we needed to be done for my sons car. She huffed and growled do you have an appointment? I didn't know that was necessary to just inquire. Well when I said, I did not have an appointment...she rolled her eyes back in her head and looked toward some window.. I immediately understood that I was not wanted or welcomed in that establishment. So I said don't bother, ill take my business elsewhere.. and walked out. Moral of the story...dont go there.

Recently had body shop work done and couldn't be more pleased with the service and workmanship. Lisa at the front desk was so pleasant to work with and kept me updated with the process every step of the way. If we need any body work done in the future, we will definitely be back!

They do outstanding bodywork. I've had to get a couple of front ends fixed due to deer strikes and never been disappointed in their work.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly! Estimate was lower than I expected, and the work was completed ahead of schedule. the work was explained and documented before and after completion, updates on status were sent via text and email. Great experience, I'm a customer for life !

Tuttles did a wonderful job with the damage the deer did to my car. They have also worked on another car in mine in the past and did an amazing job then as well. It's close to home. They are friendly and do a wonderful job!

2009 Honda Civic SI they painted the top the trunk the back end and up to the doors and the doors and everything started fading except for the trunk and the back quarter panels and of course they use RTV silicon to glue one of my moldings on my roof down instead of replacing it with a clip now take it back out there and then they said they didn't do that so be careful who you useServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst experience at a body shop in a long, long time.My 2018 Jeep had damage from a deer incident that happened in June 2019. Let me include, the damage was only to the right side of the grille, and right front of the passenger side. No damage past the side mirror. THEY STILL HAVE MY JEEP.They claimed it had to go to the Kernersville Dodge place to have my air bag sensors reset. I visited Tuttles to retrieve some of my items from my Jeep last week, and to look at it, because I was confused as to why it was taking so long to fix that amount of damage. We had been fed the run around of it was waiting on parts, they were short staffed, he was busy... and then, once I see my Jeep, I realize there is a LOT more damage. My passenger side front door window is busted, there s dents and damage all down the passenger side, bumper is half way hanging, and a tail light is missing. Why? Because it blew off the roll back.A WHOLE VEHICLE BLEW OFF A ROLLBACK?..... absolutely not. I ll never know what exactly happened. But there solution was to not tell me, until I seen it myself, then said sorry and they would fix it out of pocket. LOL. Obviously? Now 3/4 of my Jeep is having to be fixed and repainted. I m super easy to get along with but this experience has been ridiculous, and might I include, I still don t have my Jeep back.DO NOT RECOMMEND, ever. Horrible. Unprofessional. Pathetic.

Brad I like you man but you need to get your other "owner" under control. He can't be treating people like that.I was invited over there by one of your employees to make a transaction and some guy comes out claiming he is an owner and kicks me off the property without even allowing me to explain myself. He won't listen to anything I'm trying to say. He just says over and over "you need to leave". What an insufferable piece of work. It's been a long time since I have been treated this poorly. I had almost forgotten what it feels like.I have used you guys for body work several times in the past and as of yesterday I would have used you guys in a heart beat if I needed body work again, further if anybody had asked I would have recommended you. Now I'm sitting here giving a negative review.And don't you dare blame any of this on the employee who invited me over. This is 100% a problem of an "owner" who treats the public like dirt and nothing to do with the guy who revealed that problem.Incidentally, if you don't care how you are treated, they do do very good body work.

Very poor customer service. When we walked into the shop there were two very rude lady s who immediately had no interest in speaking to us or answering any of our questions. Will not be going back.
