Had to most amazing experience! We rented a jeep wrangler for two weeks while we were on vacation - and then ended up buying an amazing limited edition pathfinder from them before going home! Amazing customer service!

Brian was extremely helpful and stepped us through a good overall explanation of vehicle's dash and controls as well as overall vehicle features. Would not hesitate to work with him on any future purchase! All staff members were very accommodating and again, great to work with. Also know we will get excellent service when needed!

Was able to get an appointment within 36 hours at a time convenient to me, the service advisor assigned a mechanic to the job right away, and I waited in the comfortable chairs in the waiting area that had a good selection of magazines and fresh coffee. Had an oil change, tire rotation, & state inspection with a very reasonable waiting time. The service advisor Tom was efficient and friendly on this, & previous service visits.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and prompt.Had taken my wrangler to another dealership due to engine stalling, left there according to them the engine is fine and it s a jeep thing Fast forward 300 miles away from home and engine out, was able to take vehicle to obx jeep dodge.Tom the service manager was knowledgeable prompt to diagnose and fix within a day; I was back on the road.This will be my to go maintenance shop for my jeep even with the 300 mile drive on my way to home away from home.Excellent service. Can t go wrong here.Op

I just purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler on 4/29/23, and had a great experience! Kevin was my sales rep, and delivered the best car-buying experience I've ever had. He was not pushy, condescending, or obnoxious, like I've experienced with other dealerships. He was very knowledgable, personable, and just easy going. I felt very comfortable, and not pressured at all. Also, a huge bonus is that he spoke directly to me instead of my boyfriend, as other sales agents at other places have done in the past. That goes a long way with me, as I was the one making the purchase. It was just an overall great buying experience, and I highly recommend Outer Banks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! Thanks so much, guys! I love my Jeep!

Awesome experience, especially because this is not my primary service center, the staff were very accommodating and arrange a last-minute appointments for me to get my oil changed, and tires rotated. I m impressed!

The service team at Outer Banks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was very helpful. We easily made an appointment online for standard maintenance. They took us in on time, completed the work and even let us know about a recall that we needed to have done. I also had them take a look at what appeared to be a rust spot that I had noticed on the roof. It turned out that it was actually a small rust dripping from the transport to the dealers. It was very small so I had only noticed after waxing the roof, but they went ahead and buffed it right out for us. We're in the market for a new truck and I can say that after this experience, this dealer is on the short list of dealers I will shop at for a new vehicle.

Took my 2004 Jeep Wrangler in for a starting issue. Called to explain the problem and gave me a quote about pricing and part availability. Parts took a bit longer than expected but they were able to get me back on the road in a reasonable time line. I will definitely use OBX Jeep again if the need arises. Thomas was very cordial and kept me informed as needed.

I cannot express enough how GREAT my experience was here. Everyone from the salesman to the manager to even the detailer! I'm a seasoned car buyer - over 40+ purchases all over the US. This place is great! Had a drop off appointment for an inspection today. Thomas asked me what time I needed my car and I said it didn t matter, so we agreed on sometime in the afternoon. He had my car done before 11am. This was my third awesome experience with the local Jeep dealer. I highly recommend!

After looking for several weeks at other dealerships, we recently purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Outer Banks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Kill Devil Hills. They had the model we were looking for, it was in great shape and they were asking a fair price. Dustin was easy to work with; he let us test drive the van unescorted and answered any questions we had. We returned a few days later with a lot more questions about the options and technology. He patiently explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. There was no pressure to buy. We knew this was the van we were looking for and these were the people we wanted to deal with.

I live on the Outer Banks and the choices are slim when it comes to finding a midsize SUV with a 3rd row and 4x4. I initially went to the dealership to look at a used car and Kevin ended up showing me the Grand Cherokee L, which I didn't know much about. Kevin is so knowledgeable and walked me through all the features of the car with no pressure to buy it. I ended up waiting on the specific trim package I wanted and after a few weeks, it showed up and I had a great transaction! We are loving the Jeep, I would highly recommend working with Kevin to purchase a new vehicle!

Reece was incredible to work with (personable, communicative, understanding) and the Jeep was ready ahead of the proposed schedule and under the quoted amount. We look forward to working with this shop for many years as we will always own a Wrangler here in OBX.

380 miles away from home having a front end/tire issue. We called to see if they can get us in well the service manager was nasty and said we don't have anything until after thanksgiving we're here for 4 days. It could have been as simple as taking a tire off and doing a high speed balance. Oh well.

Horrible service, attitude, and workmanship. Take your car to the mainland or a local garage no matter what the extra cost. This "dealership" cost me 2 weeks and thousands of dollars in extra expenses, in spite of having a lifetime warranty sold to me by Chrysler. Transported the car home after their "repair". thank goodness because 2 miles off of the transport it did the exact same thing they supposedly fixed. They did no road test because the milage in and out of this nightmare dealership was 1 mile difference. This place should be a used car lot, not associated with a national brand. Disgrace

Though it took nearly a month getting parts in and then finally getting the engine work completed I was kept informed of what was going on. Then once scheduled the work was done in a veey timely manner and I got my vehicle back as promised. Reese went out of her way to make sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times

Warranty Work was done on time. Courteus staff. Was given unsolicited job estimate for several routine (necessary?) services. Quoted labor rate $180/HR seemed high.
