Developed a slow leak while on vacation. First two shops i encountered couldn't or wouldn't work us in. Office manager at this location was super helpful and worked us in on short notice near closing time. Technician found and fixed the source of the leak and had us safely back on the road very quickly. Awesome service and staff, great price!

This was a fantastic experience overall. I had a bad wheel bearing on my 2015 Forester. They did a diagnostic on a Friday afternoon, ordered the part, and fixed it on Monday afternoon when I came back. I waited maybe 2.5 hours.The staff was super friendly and laid back. The labor costs were just below average for this type of fix which is awesome, considering the turn around. Drove an hour south that day and the wheel bearing was completely silent.Thanks for making this stress free and easy, Meineke! I ll be coming back.

It was ok, I went in for 2 tires and an alignment .1 tire the 1st day, they said come back tomorrow and we ll put the other tire on an the alignment, I come back the next day and they put the other tire on but said they couldn t do the alignment bc of some sensor .they said they checked the day before to make sure everything could be done, but here I am .the tires were good though . If I d known they couldn t do the alignment I would ve just went somewhere to get it all done at once but the people working there were very nice

I called, while in the area and waiting in an endless line at the competition on the islands. I was there for routine service (oil change & tire rotation) ... Meineke put me in within 90 minutes. The staff are polite & friendly. Total wait time was under 30 minutes. Very afordable and a great experience. Meineke will be my first choice next time.

I do not recommend. I was flat out lied to two times. I took my vehicle in to have a brake light and fog light replaced. I had recently purchased our truck and was unaware that the fog lights had been converted to LED. They removed the LED bulb and put in the standard bulb I had brought in which did not work because of the conversion. They told me that LED fog lights were illegal and they could not put it back in. Lie number one. I called them and explained that I wanted the LED put back in the truck and they said bring it in and they would take care of it. The next day I went to have it replaced and I said I just want to confirm that there is no charge and the reply was we are going to charge you because the owner researched and found there is a recall on the truck I have because of auto light shutoff has issues. Lie number two. At that point I just left.They replied to my review with a response to call them and they would "make it right". I called and was told it had been turned over to corporate. Corporate said the owner told them it was resolved. They have also not responded to the Better Business Bureau from the complaint I registered with them.

I recently had new tires put on my SUV at my local Meineke. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My tires were ordered and arrived the next day. Service was performed quickly and my car was ready when promised. I ll definitely return to Meineke for my future automotive needs!

Stopped to get an oil change after not even being able to get in the parking lot of another place (very small) recommended on Google. I was in and out within 25 minutes! The staff was very polite and professional! I will definitely use the KDH Meineke again!

I was a walk-in but my car was seen in a very timely manner. The receptionist was not only professional but very knowledgeable in all aspects of answering customers questions. Very impressed w/quality of service all around.

Failed my inspection and they got me back in there within a day, fixed everything that needed repaired and my inspection passed. They were very nice and accommodating. Very happy with the service!

After going to a few other shops (being told they were 8 weeks out to fix my flat tire) The guys and girls at Meineke got me in right away. While I was there I went a dropped my Suburban off and the repaired my power steering line and did an oil change and both cars were done at the same time, same day. I had a wonderful experience at this location.

The first time I went to Meineke, a part they installed failed after just a few months. I was livid when I called them! But they told me to bring it in and they d replace it for free. They fixed the issue in no time and I haven t had a problem since. Now I take all three of my cars there for brakes and oil changes. Not many places will own a problem and correct it so readily

I had an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped the truck off and went to lunch with my husband, got the call it was ready just as we were finishing up lunch. Service was done in a timely manner and the ladies at the desk were very friendly.

Staff at the front desk are super nice and have excellent customer service! I had oil change and tire rotation. The job was done quickly and I've never had any trouble with this Meineke location.

Had an appointment for 11for oil change and inspection, took me right in when I got there and before I knew with in no time my car was done , good service! The 2 receptionist girls very nice and made it also a good day through their conversation and laughter we had . Thank you for a good experience all around and thanks for $20 off on my oil change .

Very friendly, scheduled my vehicle for an oil change.Had my cabin air filter replaced, $45 to replace. I would have NEVER paid that much had I known that, it takes literally less than 5 minutes. I just thought while I was there I d let them do it. The filter was $17. I get there charge for their time but that s a total rip off.Oil change price is about what it is every where-

Meineke did an excellent service for Kitty Hawk Baptist Church. Oil and filter change, tire rotation and replaced turn signal lamp. The truck is running great. Thanks for a job done well.

The employees were very friendly and courteous. They were busy but managed to squeeze my van in to be seen. We were on vacation and our van needed serviced badly. We left the van there and within minutes of getting home, called and told me what was wrong with it! They ordered the parts and the next day fixed it. My van was completed close to 24 hours of dropping it off. They were professional and kept me informed every step of the process. For out of town repairs, it was reasonable. From Ohio and had a bearing go out on vacation ...ugh. fortunately this Meineke had some friendly and helpful staff and was able to get me on my way within a couple days. Bobby was nice to explain the issue. Price was high but we kind of expected that being out of town. For us this saved us rather than towing all the way back to Ohio. Thank you very much.

This is my third year doing my NC vehicle inspection with Meineke in KDH. Their services never disappoint, easy scheduling, courteous & friendly front desk staff, quick, thorough and following the NC privilege guidelines. I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience! I talked to Naomi on the phone who scheduled me, same day for an inspection, it was end of month, so I was afraid I'd have to wait days. They were all professional, kind and the place was bright and sparkling clean. Nice job KDH Meineke!

Great service and quick response with an online appointment and repair time (less than a day). They fixed our problem for over half the cost that Nissan wanted to charge us. Comfy couches in the waiting area, clean bathroom, coffee, TV, etc. We will go back here again and recommend them to people that need work done!

The workers were very professional, friendly and eager to please I would definitely recommend at Meinicke in Kill Devil Hills I was in at 1 o clock and out by 130 for an inspection. When I called up to inquire they had me make an appointment and it was easy to get the task done. Thank you.

I have been in several times for an oil change or an inspection, and they have always been excellent. This past visit I had run over something with my tire on Sunday and needed to get it patched as soon as possible. I called Monday and was able to get an appointment for the following morning, but they told me if I could leave it that day, they thought they could possibly get to it sooner. I took a chance and dropped it off at 10:30am and by 3:00pm I got a call my tire was fixed. Thanks so much for the quick and dependable work once again.

On our drive down, my brakes started making noise. My husband was able to call all get an appointment right away (the day after the Labor Day holiday weekend). Service was quick and reasonable. I live in Elizabeth City, but I came to Meineke in KDH for my oil change because of how helpful and informative Shelby was on the phone. I appreciate how she took the time to answer my questions about pricing and scheduling my appointment. The customer service in person was just as professional and friendly. My oil change was done very quickly and they even applied a coupon for me! I would definitely return again and I highly recommend them! One of the young ladies was even nice enough to recommend Henry's to me for breakfast and it was delicious! Thank you Meineke for a very positive experience!Service: Oil change
