Winston is super knowledgeable and friendly! Will definitely be back. He made the experience of going to a parts store as a woman not so terrible. Normally I feel pretty dumb or feel as if I m being swindled into buying things I don t need. Winston was polite and great to deal with.

Georgia and manager Winston solved my auto key issue that proved more complicated than I thought initially. The resolution was quick and the cost very reasonable. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs Up!!

I can't express enough my disappointment in this specific store. The highest prices compared to all the competitors in the county. The least knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered at an auto parts store. To the extent they don't even know where their products are located within the store. It is impossible to do returns due to their lack of computer knowledge. If the manager is busy and a transaction needs their assistance, the whole store comes to a stand still. Unfortunately I still have to go there sometimes. But try another retailer first if possible.

Not good Today I m going to Get my tuneup for my car. I ll tell the manager. I am not want the Air Filter The man give me the air filter Did not give me the spark plugs A come back and return the air filter Then Gate my spark plugs The manager never give me the money back for my air filter Yes, the manager stole my money somebody need to fire the manager

Great store! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Heather, in particular, was a gem! What an outstanding AutoZone tech and person! She got me the fuses I needed, showed me what to do and where my other fuse box was and she saved my camping trip. She really went above and beyond and I am so grateful that AutoZone has knowledgeable, helpful people like this! I didn't just buy parts, I got information and actual service and my issue was resolved. Thank you AutoZone and thank you Heather.

Heather, assistant store manager...she saved my vacation and restored my faith in humanity.I had a dead battery, 2 kids in the car and no way to get myself anywhere. I called the store and Heather helped me get the right battery and when she heard I had to find a way to get there she offered to come to me. If that isn't top notch service I don't know what is. She was off work and gave her time and skills to assist me and my family and we are incredibly grateful. Thank you, Heather. God bless you.

We are vacationing and realized our battery is dying. Stopped at the AutoZone and Dustin M took care of us 100%! Replaced the battery with our new one and was very kind while helping us old folks out Good customer service is so hard to find but he rocked it!

Heather is the best, she totally saved us from being in a real jam while on vacation. Our battery died, I rolled in 15 minutes before closing and she was so helpful, didn't rush me, gave expert guidance so that I was able to change the battery and we could make it home safely. Super grateful for her help!

AMAZING people! Our alternater went out. And we are from out of town guy was super nice. He gave us the mobile mechanic number and it s going to be about 3 hours but he gave us water and let us get cool whenever we needed. BEST AUTO STORE IN OUTER BANKS.

We were on vacation and five hours from home. The check engine light, along with several other warning lights, went off. The Service Department at two dealers had the same recommendation. Take the car to AutoZone, get the diagnostic codes, and call them back. The local AutoZone was very accommodating. After the scan, Heather (I believe she is the Store Manager) was more than helpful in advising us what our options were. She was professional, knowledgeable, very patient addressing all our concerns, and reassuring. Both Service Departments agreed with the plan Heather helped us work out. I would highly recommend this store, and want to give special thanks to Heather for her efforts. It is good to know excellent customer service is alive and well.

Nothing like running into a store a few minutes before they close! In this case, it was the best retail experience I ve had in a long time. Winston was super helpful and took the time to explain exactly what I needed. Much appreciated!!

Everyone is extremely helpful i ve been going to them for years and rarely get a problem. today had a starter issue and got the starter relay and just a friendly experience also.

Didn t get a chance to get the . name but it was worker older male im guessing mid 30s very rude and obnoxious seemed like he hated his life ended up working as auto parts bus boy he also told me all the obd2 readers were down which is funny cause all you do is plug in the car then the computer so I knew he was lying I wouldn t spend my hard earned money here seemed a bit racially motivated In my opinion

If idiots could fly this place would be an airport. Gave the guy the exact part number I was looking for, I finally had to go find it myself, asked for 3 feet of 5/8" heater hose he couldn't find that so I just bought the 6' shots they sell over the counter wanted to 5/8" hose clamps he couldn't find those either so I bought the bulk pack over the counter. The other lady was to busy to help us. I guess if you guys keep stocking the few parts that advance don't have I'm forced to go here.

Winston has an awesome team at KDH Auto Zone. Daphne (hope I spelled her name correctly), Sam, & Cory went above & beyond yesterday to help me troubleshoot a bit of a glitch with my truck that turned out to be a simple solution..I thought it would turn out way worse. Running like a dream again though, thanks to the squad. There again, I'm so grateful..they truly cared.

Cory was AMAZING I bought a 2-ton Cable puller, came out of the box defective and after I tried to make it work and fix it I decided to return it and exchange it but they didn t have another to exchange for me and Cory took it upon himself to fix it for me! I highly recommend coming to this Autozone for awesome customer service!
