My family has purchased two vehicles and now three from here! Absolutely the best customer service. Kevin helped me get out the door in my Jeep Grand Cherokee in less than two hours. While I signed papers they had it cleaned and put some gas in it as well. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and will definitely refer all of my friends and family to this place! Check them out!

After my insurance company deemed my vehicle a total loss after my MVA, I needed a car asap. Shauna was a lifesaver and found me the perfect car for my needs. Service was amazing and timely. The process was easy and I appreciate her time and attention to my situation.

I am posting this in the hopes that I save someone else from making the same mistake. I just purchased a truck from here for over 40,000. After the paperwork was signed we got in the truck to leave and, realized the radio did not work. They came and look at it. The factory amp had been removed from the truck. The radio would not work without it. They said they would make it right, fix the radio and deliver the truck. I should have demanded a refund and ran away, but we agreed. Well the parts where not available so we finally get the truck 2 weeks later only to find out the back speakers didn t work. They take the truck back to fix the issue. They bring truck back and everything seams fine. Well it just rained the past few days. While the truck was getting fixed they must have caught the shark fin antenna on something and tried to fix it. We didn t notice it until the rain now the headliner is stained and water is leaking into the truck. They put hot glue and black silicone all around the antenna and the brake light. It s costing us over 2,000 to fix it.Update: I was contacted about this review. Told the owner wanted to make it right. I sent receipts for the parts I ordered and installed myself. Was told the owner would contact me. Well that was 2 weeks ago. No word from him. In the time since I took it to the local Toyota dealer to get the oil change done. They found the lift kit not installed properly and lose bolts on some of the parts. They also asked why someone spray painted the underside of the truck. I told them it was a undercoat installed by the seller. They laughed and said no that s spray paint.I just purchased another car from a reputable dealer and could not be happier with them.Please Please Please do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place. They are everything wrong with the used car market.

I've had a great experience with Chris and Shauna. The trucks are pricey for a reason. They put an inordinate amount of work into their used trucks. I'll be purchasing from them from now on.Edit: Had to get a part replaced and I must say that the customer service is elite. Absolutely great. 5

would not purchase from this piece of garbage dealership! ain't nothin but your average car salesman scam artist!! my wife didn't own the damn truck for 24 hours before it had to go to the shop and it's been there for a month and they won't do anything to help!! also lied about the milage and takin care of the sales tax since we made a 2 hour drive and paid cash.. if you got any sense about yourself better take your money and time elsewhere

Kevin Carson hands down is the BEST!!!! We looked online and found a Silverado truck that we liked, we stopped by and test drove the truck and the next day we went back and got it! Hands down this was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. The staff were not like the typical cars salesmen. Everyone was very down to earth and really cared about our car buying experience. They anticipated our needs and were willing to make a few adjustments to the vehicle to make it more appealing to us, which really meant a lot. Dustin helped me get a superb car at a very good price. He was very quick to respond to my online enquiry. He sent me a very good and detailed walk around video. He gave me a fair price and we made a deal, all on text. I live several states away and when I received the car, it was just like they advertised. No tricks, no gimmicks. Dustin was an excellent sales Rep. and a shoutout to Jermey (the mechanic that works on them) for an excellent job installing the lift kit, rims, and wheels! My suburban rides like I'm floating on a cloud and tires aren't loud going down road! It's #beastmode for sure. Steering, handling, and tire clearance far exceeded my expectations!Side note: the automatic stepsides at very useful one of many standout features. Their vechiles come with a 3,000 mile warranty and the option to purchase additional coverage! After returning home I had my local mechanic check it out and he gave 2 thumbs up and said I found a great one for an incredible price!Thanks again #usedcarsforsale

ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE to purchase a vehicle from. We purchased a suburban not even 30 days ago and the transmission is coming out of the vehicle. Contacted the dealership spoke with my salesman & he relayed the message to the owner & they aren't willing to help fix the problem. Contacted the dealership to speak with the owner myself, he's yet to contact me back. This is bad business. Save yourself the headache and don't purchase a vehicle from this dealership.They need to learn to do better business and better communication.

Drove over four hours to see a 2016 Ford Mustang. I do not understand how dealers can offer a car in this condition. The vehicle had the engine replaced and felt unstable during the test drive. It was a complete disappointment. The dealer offered the vehicle history but failed to be transparent about its condition over the phone. I do not recommend this dealer at all.

The GM, the staff and our Sales person Shauna are absolutely wonderful. Just bought a Jeep from Chris at Used Cars for Sale. We shopped for months looking for a nice Jeep. We found one here and drove 6 hours round trip to look at it. The Jeep was 6 years old and can t get over how clean it is. I personally crawled under vehicle and everything looked brand new. Engine was clean with zero leaks. The frame was super clean, all new suspension and lift kit installed, new tires and rims. Drove three hours home and it drove straight and smooth. Nice job with the tires. Zero road noise. Very happy. The friendly staff, detail crew (fabulous job!) and Chris were great! Thanks you all. Not a fan of the drive but zero regrets with our no hassle purchase. Definitely check them out. Huge selection. 5 STARS!!!

Bought a truck from them and didn't make it home with it and it had a problem. Called Kevin and he said they would take care of it. They did take care of the problem and wanted to make sure it was right. They provided very good costumer service before and after the sale. When looking for a nother vehicle I will be visiting them before I buy.

I bought a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado from this place. These guys definitely made the buying process easy and fast. They gave me good value for my trade in and the even fixed a cosmetic issue that I found on the truck. I have owned the truck about a month and the "professional" undercoating that they talk so much about is literally peeling and flaking off in numerous places. Bare metal is exposed. And as of this writing, the truck is currently in the shop getting a transmission rebuild. $4000 dollars worth of repairs.. Yes, the transmission went out after 30 days of owning the vehicle. I contacted Used Cars For Sale about it and they told me I should have bought the warranty. I own a mobile welding business and this hurts, considering that I have to use the truck to pull my trailer. Now, I understand that I bought the vehicle as is, but I would warn people about the quality of the vehicles on this lot. They do look good and I believe for the most part that they are decent people, but buy at your own risk! After the car leaves the lot you are stuck with it. I would definitely recommend looking at a more reputable dealership even at a higher cost, it will be worth the money in the end so you don't end up like me. On a side note, however, they do lie in their description of the vehicles, as I know for a fact that the vehicle that I traded in, a 2013 Toyota Tacoma, has been smoked in, because I'm the one that smoked in it, many times, and it says right in the description that it's never been smoked in. It's not a big issue, but it makes you wonder what else they cover up. I hate that it turned out like this because I did really like the truck and the whole buying experience, but when I spend almost $30000 on a vehicle, I expect to buy a truck that has been thoroughly inspected, and I don't think any reasonable person would expect to be dumping 4000 dollars into it 30 days later. Just saying.

My wife and I took a round trip of about 7 hours (400+ miles) after seeing a truck online we were very interested in and talking with Dustin to get T s crossed and I s dotted. To say the least, they did not disappoint! We absolutely love our new purchase; but more than that we appreciate how smooth the whole process was, how awesome we were treated, and there were no surprises when we arrived!Thank you guys SO much! We will definitely recommend you to anyone and will definitely return when we are in the market for another vehicle!!

Let me start by saying I rarely ever leave reviews but I felt when a business treats me and my family as good as Chris and the rest of the team at Used Cars For Sale the least I can do is leave some feedback. Chris went above and beyond to make our truck purchase easy and hassle free. We needed a truck due to my other truck being in an accident and totaled by the insurance company so we set off looking but with no plans of purchasing quite yet because we hadn't received the settlement check from the insurance company. After talking with Chris for a few minutes and letting him know our situation he gave us a solution, that to us was too good to pass up because the truck they had was exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Needless to say that truck is in our driveway and we couldn't be happier! If anyone is looking for a truck or SUV I highly recommend talking with these folks and see what they got.

Jeff and Dustin were both outstanding to work with. I've never had an easier car buying experience! And the fact that they'll deliver is a huge bonus - was able to find the truck of my dreams, at a great price, delivered to my door! Highly recommend!
