Worked with Kristy to set up an appointment and took my car there to have parking sensors added. Carlos did an awesome job! The sensors looked like they came from the factory! I was nervous they wouldn't match, but they came out great. The entire experience with Tops N Trends was professional and pleasant. The chocolate candy at the end was icing on the cake! This is my second time having them work on a vehicle for me, and I'll be returning when I need any other help with my car needs. Thank you, Tops N Trends!

Took my husband's car in over the holidays to fix a leaking sunroof and mystery water leak inside the car. They did a thorough inspection and found one of the drain pipes in the roof was damaged due to poor installment previously, and another drain tube that was disconnected and emptying into the floor. They were honest and took me back to show me exactly what was going on. They discounted my cost because it was Christmas and they hate when others do poor work. I walked out only paying the initial diagnostics fee is 164. I'm very thankful for that!! Based on other reviews, their prices are a lil high but they do great work.Not to mention they have a sweet shop kitty who loves to greet customers

The car interior they installed, looked great. The orange really works well with the car color. (sinamon) They did forget to put a trim piece back on. They did find it and install it while I was there. They also installed heating and cooling for my seats which works great, the only thing is the button is out of sight, on side of my seat. It would have been nice if it was visible. I would definetly recommend them, and I would use them again in the future. I am really Happy with my Katzkin leather seats!Services: Custom upholstery design, Upholstery installation

We brought our 18year old son s ford mustang convertible here as it was leaking. We found out the seals could not be replaced and it would have to be a complete top replacement. We were then quoted nearly 2500$ for this to be done. As he was paying for this to be done himself it was outside of his budget. We were also able to find several other REPUTABLE shops that were pricing between 1600 and 1800$. To add additional pain, we were charged a total of 175.48 as a diagnostic fee. This is their hourly labor rate of 164 plus tax

Super impressed with sunroof repair on my 2017 F350! I was in a pickle with a sunroof that would not close and whole mechanism had to be replaced. This basically meant complete disassembly of truck headliner and sunroof frame, new parts, and had to be reassembled and put back. They took it in with no set up appointment, had it done sooner than they quoted, and charged me exactly what they estimated. What more can you ask for? Sunroof operates perfectly and I am completely satisfied!!

Per a recommendation from a local car dealer, I reached out to Tops and Trends to modify a dashcam install that was done by a different shop that had since closed down. This was after reaching out to multiple shops with no success.I couldn't ask for a better experience. Very professional and courteous starting from the reply to my initial email to the end of the service ~10 days later.After the service was completed, Dustin took the time to explain what was done and why it was done. He made sure any concerns I had were addressed. This was much appreciated!I would not hesitate to recommend Tops and Trends and would go to them if I am in need of any of the services they provide.

Called today to see if they could manually put my convertible top down, temporarily, until I could bring it back next week to be fixed. Was quoted $164/hour and told it would take an hour and a half to do the job when I know it takes less than 5 minutes, literally, to do. I ve seen it done by another repair person as I waited. They were trying to rip customers off by overestimating the time for the job. Beware.

My Subaru's sunroof gets gummed up and the drains clog creating water leaks into the cabin. Usually my regular mechanics can sort it out, but this time it was messed up enough that they recommended I take it to Tops and Trends. The whole process, from making an appointment to driving away with my sunroof fixed and clean again was effortless. The receptionist/front desk person (Kimberley?) was efficient and friendly, the technician (Carlos?) explained everything patiently, and thoroughly. And the office cat was friendly and kept me company while I waited!

I had an extremely hard time finding a shop capable of repairing the soft top headliner of my 2004 BMW M3 convertible.Tops and Trends made the repair and it turned-out better than expected, just like new. Even the cost was better than expected.Tops and Trends rocks!If you need soft top repair, especially on an older vehicle, they are highly recommended.

My truck seats were redone by these folks and the workmanship and quality was awesome. Love the design of the seats and Ms.Kimberly at the front office was so so helpful with instructions regarding the upgrade!!! My interior was looking a bit rough thanks to my 2 Labs. The swatches that were sent really helped the selection. The Cardinal Red is a perfect match to 18 F150 Ruby Red. I went to Tops and Trends when my sunroof stopped working. They informed me that the motor had went bad due to water damage. I didn't use the sunroof ever so I opted to just have it closed rather than replace the motor. Once repaired, I noticed water was still dripping from my headliner. I called back and was told that a possibility was that the sunroof wasn't sealing tightly without the motor helping. I brought my vehicle back to have to motor replaced only to have water dripping from my headliner once again. I opened the sunroof to see if I could notice an obvious issue and it stuck open. I called and they told me to come by. This was late on a Friday so I was very appreciative that they let me come in. However, they found that the new motor had burned up from water damage again and that the cause of the water was from the drain tubes being clogged. My issue is that nobody thought to find the problem that was causing the water to get to the motor. If this is what you do every day for a living, I would think someone would try to fix the cause of the problem. Once they cleared the drain tubes, they informed me that they would try to get the motor replaced under warranty. They texted me to tell me that it wouldn't be covered and that I would have to spend another $500+ to get a new motor. I have opted, once again, to not replace the motor as I don't feel as though I'm at fault. I was told that nobody put in the notes that water was the cause of the motors going bad so there's nothing they would do to cover it. I am a licensed professional and when I go on a call for a repair, I not only fix the issue, I find the cause of the issue so it doesn't happen again. I don't recommend using this business. I rated 2 stars only because they closed the sunroof and cleaned the drain tubes free of charge late on a Friday.

I went to tops and trends about a month ago for a sun roof issue and they were the only place affordable outside of the dealer to be able to diagnose and fix it. The work was fast and they offer options if further work needs to be done. Highly recommend for great communication and speedy but quality service.

I bought a new 2019 F150, I wanted to get leather installed. The very best thing I did was call Tops and Trends!! They did a GREAT job, picked my truck up at the dealership and dropped it back off looking great!! I would and will recommend them to any and everyone.

These people are fantastic!!! I had taken my Kia to the dealership to see about getting my sunroof fixed. They told it would be $1,400 + to fix the sunroof. This is a 2016 model and I have used the sunroof only a few times. I took it to Tops and Trends, and this guy looked at the sunroof. He reset something, and put some lubricant on it. It works great now, thanks to them. A car dealership will try to rob you every time. Thank you Top and Trends for your great service, and making a day had started out bad, into a day with great results. I really appreciate this type of honesty and good service.

I had headrest DVD players installed in a new van. They completed the job in a timely manner and everything was back in place exactly as I left it. The gentleman that installed it even waited for me to pick it up so he could go over the features with me. They are very professional and courteous, I would highly recommend them. Great job.

I've used Tops & Trends for over 6 years. Polite, Professional & Always On Time! This is a company I can really count on. I usually need them to move fast and they do. I'm always impressed with the work they do. Personally I think their Leather is a better quality than the manufactures. Highly Recommended!

Just had a leak repaired on my 2015 GMC Terrain sunroof. Customer service was excellent, staff was friendly and professional and most important experienced. The problem was diagnosed quickly and repairs were made very promptly. I am a very pleased customer and would highly recommend.

As a former employee there, I was treated with disrespect and down right rude. At first it was great, but as time went along the management staff started to become very demanding. Making us work extra late and then to turn around and make us work very early. The crew I worked with was awesome but, if you were to make a mistake in the work, there wasn't a learning curve or a possible solution on how to fix it, there was a screaming session from the managers Carlos and the owner Joey, who both treated me as if I were a child being punished. I was yelled at and belittled in front of other employees. Verbally put down then ultimately fired for leaving on my scheduled time. Yelled at because I felt I was working late and still had a 2 hour drive home, only to do my college school work and wake up at 5 am to be to work at 8 in Raleigh location.. For 2 weeks in a row.In short, they work you to death and kick you in the rear if you do not perform as told. My recommendation is to find someone else that treats their employees like people not slaves.I hope whoever considers this company in the future reads this and understands what they are supporting. Virtual Slavery and mental, emotional and physical stress on their employees.Not to mention over priced and "rip you off good" Quality service.. With a smile and a guarantee if you come back, they are going to do everything in their power to not have to fix their stupidity. And also, charge you for looking at their own work, $80 bucks if I'm correct for a 5 minute sunroof fix that they messed up. Good Luck
