Every time I go here The service is quick! They bring you a bottle of water Which is really generous. I wanted to give a shout out to the dude with the ponytail that just came from Greensboro! He s a real cool dude and was willing to help me out in an instant! I ll definitely continue to come here! Great Vibe.

William was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. I made sure to tell his manager Ignacio that he was very helpful. It was refreshing to see a female in this line of work Justine did an amazing job in making sure everything was on properly. Great location, clean and friendly staff, I will def be returning to this location, Ignacio and William make sure their entire staff know what they are doing.

I really want to give a 5 but length of time, price quote, and lack of part, can't do it. If I had waited outside of the bays until they were ready to service my car, I would have been fine. When you pull me into a bay, I expect to be pulling out 10 minutes later, not 30 minutes.It was awesome that you checked my filters, you pulled my cabin filter, it needed changing. You quoted a price and said you could take $10 off, I said sure change it. You didn't have the filter. You offered to order it and I come back on a later day or have it delivered and I sit there for another 15 minutes. I opted to come back another day since I had been there longer than expected already. You checked the filter under the hood and that one needed to be changed, I asked how much for that one. You quoted $27 and could take $5 off. I said change it. I looked at the receipt the next day, did not get the 20% new customer discount that was advertised on the road sign, the filter that I was told was $27 was actually $32. When I went back to get the cabin filter changed, you still didn't have it. You offered to order it again, have it delivered in 15 minutes, or I could go and pick it up myself. I said have it delivered and I can come back in an hour, you then told me it would be easier if I just went to pick up the filter and brought it back.So, you lost a new customer almost as fast as you had picked up a new customer.

These guys changed the oil on my truck on 4/4 and did a sloppy job. I was the only vehicle there so the whole crew (or so it seemed) was working on my truck. Went straight and parked it in my driveway to wash it. Left oil stains all over my driveway. I used my pressure washer to attempt to get it out with no luck. Called the shop and they said an area manager would call me on the morning of 4/5. Haven t heard anything. Not the first issue I ve had with these guys.

2/16/24 - This was my second trip to the Kernersville location, and I went just to see if I needed them top off my oil before my next oil change in March. The young man asked me if it was OK if he checked the airfilter while he had the hood up and I said most certainly. He then showed me the filter and suggested I get it changed. I was stunned to see that it was that dirty. I thought it had been checked and changed at the last oil change. I do not recall anyone asking me the last time. If it had been, I doubt it would have gotten that dirty and funky so quickly. I really like the people at the Kernersville location. I plan to continue to bring my car to that location. The guys are all so polite. I was just stunned to see the filter that dirty. I did pay to have him put in a new one. Thank you!

I enjoyed their quick and professional service. I knew that I needed mileage related servicing, and they made recommendations that were options Not the most expensive options. Excellent job!

These guys were considerate and thoughtful of each part of the service that was provided. Miles talked to me about everything he did and informed about some key issues that let me know he wasn t just going through the motions. Little high on the price but for convenience of staying in my car and not taking 5 hours it s worth it!! Good job

1st time here (02/07/24) and we definitely will be back with our other cars. We were pleasantly greeted and given bottles of water while we waited. It was great not to have to get out of the car. The guys were super nice and informed us of the process. Great job!!

This location has had a pretty iffy reputation, since they opened. However, I believe they've finally gotten the right group of people. Everyone was super nice, and helpful. I appreciate that they tell you what they're doing, when they're doing it. Keep up the good work, lady and gentlemen.

Stellar ServiceSteve ( the Manager), Jonathan, & Rashad did my oil change today and they were phenomenal. There was a wait which didn't bother me because I am of the firm belief that I want quality service over speedy service. The guys moved fast paced but were not rushed and they were friendly and thorough. I always have great experiences at this location. Steve and the entire crew are awesome. I truly appreciate each one of the folks working there for friendliness, their professionalism, and the care that exudes from them.

The men there are amazing! They care of you like family. For example they gave me a water bottle upon arrival, talked me through the whole process (even though I didn t want him to haha) but they made sure I was aware of what they were doing the whole time. They also cleaned my windows for me before I left (I don t think I ve ever received this from any other auto shop). Scooter made me laugh the whole time. Worth the price, if you need to change your oil quick they ll make it worth while (:

I have an outstanding experience everytime I go here and I've been going for 5 years. I'm always treated well and they try to help me out with prices and make sure my stuff is clean under the hood. Great job excellent customer service

These guys treated me like a queen and were most open and honest with me. I felt like they were trying to establish a customer relationship rather than just servicing my car. They checked my tires, oil, filters, radiator, added windshield wiper fluid and checked my radiator all for not a single dime. My oil was slightly low and they could have told me I needed an oil change. Instead they manager told me to check back after another 1000 miles. Also showed me that my filters were good for quite awhile. I left knowing I was in good hands and would return in another 1000 miles. Thanks fellas.

I have taken my vehicles to Take 5 since you opened. Never had a issue always friendly and quick. But last weekend I went to get an oil change and there was no customer service at all . Was asked what I wanted and that was the end of it. Was told to go behind the bay far from the right. No problem and that was the last of the interaction with anyone. Waited 45 min to get in while the other two bays where moving people in and out. Waiting because you are busy was not the problem. It was that not a single person came to me to say sorry for the wait or thank you for being patient. So I back my car and left. But again that did not matter. A man with glasses saw me said nothing and just direct a car to the spot I left. I decided to give it another chance this weekend and the techs where friendly and talked me through it all. He brought my faith back into Take 5. Him alone would have made me give a 5 but last week left a bitter taste in my mouth.

William was awesome! I come to this take 5 all the time when I need an oil change and this is the first time that I ve experienced really good customer service. He even got me to get 2 more services done that I needed, but was hesitant on buying. Thanks William!

Excellent job with everything! The first time, I was brought out water as I waited for my oil change! It was appreciated! Very friendly and PROFESSIONAL! Fair pricing, extremely thorough, double-checking, and showing exactly what they were doing and wanting to replace (air filter). The time for the oil change was about normal. 30 minutes total. Including wait time. I will be bringing my car here from now on. Thanks, Victoria (hood), Myles (pit) (MoD), Tacarris (safety), Devin (Svc Writer)You all rock! Great job! Shout out to you all!

I've been a customer since the Kernersville store opened. I've always been satisfied. Now, every time I go, there's new employees. Customer service isn't what it was 6 months ago. This is my first 3 star I've ever given Take5

You know that guilty feeling you get when you forget to do something because life happens and you go into the shop and just wait to be scolded? Yeah , not here. Customer service is outstanding. There were a couple of thing that s that I was not aware of and they took care of it (easy fixes) and treated me like family. I found my new home. Thanks Steve and Marcus for all of your hard work.

Always very nice atmosphere and they actually take a look at your car so if there is a wait, it s worth it. They work with you to understand what needs to be done and they always offer free water during the brief wait! It s nice for if you don t like waiting inside places while they work on your car, too. Steve, Jonathan, & Rashad did an awesome job! I appreciate the care they exuded. They worked efficiently without rushing and were friendly. I love coming to this location, always top tier customer service. Keep up the great work guys! I want to mention there was a wait but it was short and I am firmly of the belief of I want quality service rather than speedy service and I truly believe anyone who visits the Kernersville Take 5 Oil Change location receives the best quality service. I will happily wait for quality any day

Our first time going here and Victoria kept running her mouth to her manager the ENTIRE time we were there. I ended up telling her she has customers and needs to take it to the office. So childish and disrespectful. The other guys there were really nice.

Once pulled into bay I waited at least 20-25 minutes for anyone to even start on my car . Everyone was just walking around joking back and forth . Once I said something finally they started to change my oil . The service personnel were very inexperienced and not well trained . My oil change took 35 to 40 mins , while everyone (6 workers ) continued to be unprofessional. Personally I would like a refund or a reimbursement of something . $155 for an oil change is an absolute rip off. Plus the service I got was very laughable. If I could give 0 stars I would

A great first time experience. I was here from PA and needed an oil change. Had no idea where to go and decided to check this place out. Really glad I did. My crew was great and very good about explaining everything they were doing. They were also very respectful and polite which is a big win for me. IThe assistantManager even checked with me before I left to insure my satisfaction. And I was thanked for my Service to our Country by the crew leader and AssistantManager. I'll definitely be returning since I travel back n forth from PA monthly. Thank you Guys for Excellent Service.
