I have to admit that my interaction with Super Cars Direct pleasantly pleased me. Working with a used car dealer made me a little nervous at first, but their vast selection of vehicles and the staff's lack of pressure put me at ease. Don't buy anything from these people. Bought a truck and the transmission went out 2weeks later. There warranty is a joke. I paid over 800. Out of pocket and called them and they would not help me at all. They wouldn't answer the phone when they seen it was me calling. They aren't anything but rip offs

I brought a ford fiesta here back in 2017 from Dean, car was a joke just like the people who works here. Fortunately, I was able to trade the ford in at another dealership for something worthwhile. Doubled back last year with a friend for his car and not even 10 months after buying the car, engine is gone. This place is a joke. I don t recommend.

They were nice and helpful when trying to purchase a vehicle but the vehicle they sold us started messing up 2 days after we purchased it, 9/21/21, we have been to multiple mechanics and sunk way more money than the vehicle is worth into it trying to fix it and it is still not fixed.. found out it needs a new motor a few days ago.. We called and talked to Adam and he said he would have to talk to the man in charge and get back with us and we never heard anything else back. I recommend to Just have a mechanic check the vehicle out before you buy it! We have not had a good experience!

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Super Cars Direct. I was initially a bit hesitant about working with a used car dealer, but their huge selection of cars and the staff that wasn't at all pushy put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a used car.

I had a bad experience at this place. My sales person was Adam...and for some reason he went with me on the test drive, which was weird. Found out later, the truck broke down days later...never should have went here. Bad car dealership if you ask me. Never will I purchase another vehicle here, and I would never tell anyone about this dealership either...Again , bad experience, and I'll never go back there to purchase another vehicle...if u go there, and they ride with u. The vehicle is bad. Don't go through the purchase...

When we went car shopping it was an overwhelming experience. It was nice to go to a dealership that took the time to listen to what we were looking for and the time restrictions we had. They showed us some of the cars like we were looking for, but they were not quite what we wanted. The prices seemed very reasonable and they have a nice selection of used vehicles. They were willing to try and look for exactly the vehicle we wanted, but we were in an immediate need and could not wait. Even after spending time with us trying to meet our needs the salesman did not get frustrated. He understood that he did not have what we wanted, but that did not change his composure. They were professional with us from the greeting until we parted ways. Even though we did not purchase a car here we feel they definitely deserve a 5 star rating. We will be back the next time we need a new vehicle. Hopefully we want need it immediately again.

Super Cars Direct is eager to sell, but not so eager to stand behind their vehicles! Any used auto dealership should have the decency to keep their patrons out of LEMONS. USE CAUTION with this company and the GM!

** (Have not contacted me as of 10/26/20) I purchased an SUV from this place. I was pleased with the experience. Adam was kind and very helpful. I looked at a video the night before I went back to purchase the car. Headrests were missing from the 3rd row seats. Adam truly didn t know they were missing. They ordered new ones promptly. MY BIG PROBLEM CAME LATER! Never having a backup camera, I didn t realize it wasn t working. I backed into a low brick wall, and never saw it. That could ve been a child! I was told by dealerships that this is STANDARD SAFETY EQUIPMENT. They knew it was not working and sold it to me anyway! The expense of fixing it has been disappointing. I tried to call Super Cars, but got no response. My trust level here has changed. Some response would help this review!! Please contact me, as I feel this could be resolved! **Update: I was able to contact someone at the dealership concerning the backup camera. He told me that was not a required checklist item they fixed before a vehicle was sold. He said he could not help me with the repair bill on my backup camera.

Sold my daughter and her boyfriend a lemon. Drove the car for2 days and it broke down and needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs done to the transmission & catalytic converter. They will not even call us back. Do not stand behind their products.

Thanks to Chris and Mark I am driving a 2017 Buick Lacrosse fully loaded with a payment I can afford not to mention a low credit score.If your looking for a car then look them up. They will be honest with you. You will be happy u did cause they care unlike most larger dealerships. I must say the cars they have mileage is best I have seen. Mine only had 27000 on it. Wow and in great shape.Call today!!!!

My husband & i went car shopping on 3/19/21. Paul was our salesman. He is very understanding, pleasant & nice. We got financed for a 2016 Kia Rio. After having the car 8 days check engine light came on. Took it back & we were told 2 sensors were just installed. They erased the light & said if it came back on again bring it back in. Well on 3/30/21 light came back on. Mike the manager said bring the car back in on 4/1/21 & leave it & have his mechanic check it out. Being Good Friday we didn't hear back from Mike. We called Mike 4/3/21 & said due to the holiday they were closed. On Monday 4/5/21 we got a call from Mike saying our car was ready & the catalytic converter was bad & Mike had the catalytic converter put on at no charge. If anyone needs a good used car go to Super Direct Cars cause they are very honest & caring people to buy a good used car from. I highly highly recommend this place. My husband & i both are very satisfied & pleased with our 2016 Kia Rio. We have recommended our family & friends. Very great place & the employees are very nice.

Chris Shelton and Mike were so easy to work with. Worked out a deal over the phone/text making it the easiest car deal in my life. Super friendly and honest people. Once we settled on a deal we went to get the car and it was in and out in about 30 minutes. No hassle, no haggle, absolutely no bait & switch. Highly recommend these people!!!! I also had bad credit and they still found a bank that would work with me. Their ads selling this feature are legit. All the 1 star ratings probably are people that have some fault in the process. Sorry, just being honest. If you got hosed there I m sorry to hear it. My experience was impeccable.

I went there and purchased a 2013 Benz C250. Adam was to the point, I drove it with no issue. Purchased the warranty for protection. It drives very smooth and has no issues what so ever. Seems like some of these reviews are from disgruntled owners who denied the warranty. A used car is a used car. There probably can be/will be some sort of issue with your purchase, but these cars on this lot have been inspected and should something go wrong most used cars are sold as is. I knew this was a risk but I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this place.

My wife and I just purchased a vehicle a couple days ago from Super Cars Direct. Joey was our salesman. The experience was very pleasant and professional. When engaging with more of the staff we also were very pleased. They started the appraisal of my previous vehicle before I got to the lot and once there, was prompt closing the deal once we decided that we wanted the vehicle. Very pleased with our purchase!

I got a vehicle from these people and the car literally lasted 6 months and they didn t offer any help . Now my credit is in bad shape due to the car being too expensive to fix. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM !

We have been to so many dealerships, sitting for hours and leaving disappointed. Well not today ! We had the pleasure of working with Paul and his beautiful assistant. We told him what we had and he made it work ! Left my fianc� with the biggest smile and a full heart . Extremely happy with the service we received today . Very personal place , nothing like your typical dealer trying to push you into things your not looking for . Honest , great pricing , great service . Would recommend to anyone ! I promise you won t be disappointed. Be sure to ask for Paul and his lovely assistant. (: #100stars!!!!

I've been meaning to post a review about Super Cars Direct when I bought my 2017 Chevy Cruze from them in April. It had a few things that were cosmetic that can be done but it's so minor I still haven't addressed it, it's looks great and runs great (I get compliments all the time)! These guys were so nice and worked very hard to make sure I was happy and walked out with a great car, since my previous car was an unexpected total loss. When I'm ready to buy another car I will definitely check Super Cars out first, in the mean time I'm going to enjoy my 2017 Chevy Cruze as long as I can.

I bought A car from this place and if looks could be deceiving. The salesman seem so nice when purchasing. After having my car a little over 2 weeks i have ran into a issue and having to pay more money to fix. After calling them and explaining the issue the manager was very rude and not understanding and laughed at me when I was trying to explain the issue even when I offered to show invoice of the repairs that need to be done. He think he knows it all and apparently the Makers of GMC service doesn't know nothing. If I Knew this how I would be treated I would have never done business with these people. They have no morals or consideration for there customers.

I purchased a car from them in March. Gave them 2300 dollars down. Didn t even get to choose a car that I wanted. Found out in my paperwork I didn t even receive a warranty. I feel like they tried to get one over on me because I m a young black man purchasing my first car. Ever since I bought the car I have spent over 800 dollars in repairs. Now my engine has been down since December. Now I m stuck paying for a car I can t even drive because repairs are very expensive. You can not trust these guys at this car lot. They are just out for a quick buck! I recommend to never buy from this place!!!
