Earlier in 2021 I discovered Xpel films while researching ceramic film. Sun Stoppers was my local installer so I went to talk with them. As someone who has owned and tinted more than 10 vehicles in my lifetime, I am always afraid of a bad tint job. But After talking with Aaron, and choosing the medical grade ceramic film, I couldn t have been happier. I previously paid north of $1k to have 3m crystalline installed for the heat rejection qualities. This film delivered similar performance for a fraction of that price.After some problems with this vehicle, I decided to trade it in this fall and purchase the Toyota attached. The front is legal 35% and 20% over factory rears. The windshield is 70%. I was so skeptical of tinting the whole windshield but really wanted to have full 360 degree heat rejection. The optics of this film are amazing for someone with glasses that isn t able to switch glasses easily. It reduces the heat drastically, keeping the dash and steering wheel temperature down and making it easier to cool with low fan.The second vehicle came out with a couple of imperfections that had me a bit worried. I returned to the shop and Aaron immediately retinted and touched up the areas. Everything looks great now.If you are seeking a high quality performance tint on a budget from a well experienced installer who still offers excellent customer service in a world that seems to have forgotten what that is, I highly recommend Sun Stoppers in Kernersville. Aaron and Chris will take care of you and your car.

I have had windows tinted for years. I have used companies all over NC. Hands down, Arron has done the best job! He listened to my needs, made suggestions and explained the entire process and materials he was using. He is a great asset to Sun Stoppers, but more important, the results spoke to the quality and pride he has in his work!

Aaron and Misty were so great and helpful during our entire process of planning out our appointment, discussing tint options, and ultimately deciding what was best. Customer service is clearly their passion, and the car simply looks amazing. Very happy with the results, and for a fair and honest price, the work is unmatched. Great experience with Aaron and Misty. Aaron applied their 70% ceramic tint and did so perfectly, twice. (70% meaning 70% of visible light passes through the window.) The film I got first had a manufacturers defect in it, and they replaced no hassle free of charge. Second film has no defects and looks amazing. There s a huge difference in sun protection and heat rejection between the lower levels of film and the higher level ceramic, I highly recommend the higher level if you re interested in that kind of protection. I got the lightest tint possible because I don t see well at night, and I honestly can see just as well as before. If you re on the fence, it s worth it. Misty and the team were absolutely incredible. Timely responses to my email inquiries. Very knowledgable about the needs for my tint and what would look nice on my car. Finally, I must admit, I did not purchase new tint. The only reason why I did not purchase was because I learned that my tint was legal in NC (I failed the inspection at the dealership). Their meter was reading differently. They advised me to try a different testing site to see how it tests. They were even willing to send video footage of the meter, if needed. I deeply respect and admire that they shared this with me before I replaced it. Integrity and kindness go a loooong way. I will always recommend this place for your needs tint needs. They will have your best interests at heart!! And, if I need new tint in the future, they will definitely be my go to. Thanks a ton!

Brought my car in for replacement tint In the rear window. Took only an hour and 15min to be done with removal and replace. Shop team was really nice and I was able to wait. When I replace the rest of the tint I will definitely be coming back here.

Hands down the best tinting service in North Carolina. They stand behind their work and do a tremendous job at facilitating your needs. Chris, the owner is a stand up guy who will always try and give you the best quality at the best price. I ve had my Land Rover done here, my Tacoma and will eventually have my Highlander done. I hired Sun Pro to wrap my 99 M3 and Chris did an amazing job. He was very conscientious and his level of customer focus is outstanding. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire wrapping process and even allowed me to come in to see the progress (I'm a huge car geek and wanted to watch it unfold). I love the wrap and I can't tell you how many people have asked me about it.In fact, I had such a good experience with Sun Pro that when I recently made the decision to tint the windows on my 91 BMW that I of course took the car to them. Again, another fantastic job. Chris went above and beyond on this one and worked with me to make sure I got my car back on a tight timeline.I can't say enough good things about Sun Pro and Chris specifically. I highly recommend him.

Chris the owner of Sun Pro is 100% dedicated to customer service! I had clear bra installed on my truck as well as ceramic coating and there were just a few things I wasn't satisfied with. FYI my truck is Black and very hard for someone to ceramic coat. But Chris had No problem fixing the small things I was unhappy with and to boot gave me a $400 credit towards a future service!Grade A group at Sun Pro! Good luck Chris

This place is AMAZING a first class operation!!! Had a horrible experience with Black Optix in Winston and talked to Chris the owner @ Sun. He was very empathic to my situation. When I spoke about my needs and concerns with the window tinting he was incredibly knowledgeable and we talked about a plan to redo my windows and my windshield!! Great group of guys that do quality work. Got my windows tinted and everything looked great but a couple days later I noticed a small bouble in my back glass very small, most people wouldn't even notice unless your OCD like me. But I called them to ask if that was supposed to come out on its on in a few days and they said possibly but bring it by for them to look at, so I did and they error on the side of caution and went ahead and completely redone my back glass, and no problems sense. No one is perfect and every business will run into problems they can't always controll at times, but if they are willing to fix the issue and own up to the mistake, that's a great business that I would recommend to anyone.Service: Vehicle window tinting
