I worked with Tony for several years and he did good work. Last year I just wanted him to replace an awning and he put me off for months and months and months, saying the awning was a special order due to it s size.My camper also had a leak which they couldn t identify the source.I gave up on Tony after being put off for 9 months and contacted another company. They found the leak source immediately and had no problem replacing the awning.It s a shame this company has become so unreliable that I had to go elsewhere. Wouldn t recommend.

A fellow Airstreamer highly recommended RV Specialist and it has proven to be a great recommendation.I have used them twice and both times I was very pleased. The first time they replaced my brakes and the second time they came to do what I thought was a problem with my gas lines (it was not my detector), but it turned out to be something else entirely.Cory and Tony have over 45 years combined experience. They have a wide range of RV Knowledge and their attention to detail is impeccable.The best part is, it is extremely convenient because they come to me to do the repairs. I highly recommend them.Service: Brakes

Tony is the Man. He has been helping me service my RV for several years now. He was recommended to me by the dealership to keep a warranty going that requires a experienced technician to do an inspection on my RV once a year. I found him to be a great guy. He's got over 30 years in the business. I appreciate what you've done for me Tony. Should you decide to retire I'm gonna have a hard time replacing you. You're a good one.

Beware doing work with Tony! We gave Tony a $200 deposit in August 2020 to order a new HWH jack for our motorhome. Tony indicated at that time that the part was ordered. We communicated via texts with Tony in October and November and were told the HWH company was running 6 months behind on jack orders. In Jan 2021 and March 2021 we asked Tony for updates on the status of the jack order, and did not hear back from him. Late in March 2021, I started calling Tony to get an update. He finally called me back late in March and told me he had been ill and somehow our part order with HWH was missing. He indicated he would reorder it the next day. We were unable to get an update from Tony on an estimated ship date after that. In late April, we sent Tony a text asking him to cancel our order and to please return our $200 deposit. Despite several reminders from us, Tony has never returned our $200 deposit. Very poor customer service and communication!

They installed new ac units on my dutchhstar motorhome, did a great job,good communication and prompt service!! It is hard to find someone dependableto do rv repair, They will be my only call for my rv needs in the future period!

Tony did some warranty repairs on my Grand Design Imagine travel trailer. He was prompt, courteous, and all repairs were completed on time and everything works great now. Highly recommend!

I had this guy work on my camping trailer about a year ago. I have a fiberglass camper and the front had bubbles all over it. The guy took a look and also noticed I had an issue in the back corner of my roof. So he said I would need a new roof as well. So I ended up paying him $4500 to replace my roof and the whole front face. And I thought I was getting a pretty good deal compared to what the dealership wanted. So I was happy when I got my trailer back and it looked pretty good except for the new decal he put on the front (way too low). So we used our camper 1 time after that and then I took it to storage for the winter. Fast forward to spring. I went to the camper to get something out of it and noticed a huge crack (about 2 feet wide) on the front face. This happened from the camper just sitting there in storage. So I tried to call the guy and text the guy for about 2 or 3 months and he would not return my calls. I finally called him from a different phone and he answered right away and I told him it was me and he commented that I was calling from a different phone he didn't recognize (red flag). Anyway I finally got him to go take a look and he said he would be able to take the camper in about a week. A week later I started texting and calling again to get a time lined up when I could take the camper to him. Again he wouldn't answer the phone or reply to my texts. So I finally got another RV repair shop to come take a look at my camper and as he walked up to the camper he noticed something just didn't look right. After about 5 seconds he asked me if I had any work done on the front face and I told him that I had this other guy replace the whole front. He said.....he put it on inside out (backwards) and he wouldn't be able to repair it without totally replacing the whole front again. So this big story is just to say...stay away from this guy.

We scheduled an appointment and they day of that had van issues which is no big deal we spoke with the tech and he said he would call the following day to get it figured out. We were still happy at this point. Well here it is a week later, I have contacted them but have received no response. I m frustrated because we needed our heat fixed because it s cold out and they just scheduled an appointment and never made any contact or returned any contact after the day of the appointment.

Tony has worked on 2 or our rvs.He is good at what he does.He even dealt with the warranty company direct.saved me a lot of time from talking to 10 people.He tells you what he can do to fix the issue and does it.I would and do recommend him to all my camping friends.Dink

Great Company stays busy so you have to be patient, did a great job on install a new roof on my 40' Montana 5th wheel. Great guys will continue to use RV Specialist

Tony worked so hard to try to fix our slide out but the issue requires tearing apart the wall and that s not possible at an rv park. Too many variables on what will be needed once it s apart so it s got to go to a shop. He spent over an hour. He was very polite and narrowed down what the issue was. Thanks Tony

Replaced an awning on my camper. Like to never got him there and then he put it on crooked. That's $2000 down the drain.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This was absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. The owner was extremely rude, impatient and incompetent. I m appalled. I would advise anyone to please take your business else where.
