replaced oil pan, at the dealer's site, all the oil leaked out. the work is not done well! Redone the next day and forgot to put oil in the engine.Lost 2 days!

Nick was great. He was professional but not pushy. He helped us get a decent deal and was willing to go back and forth with the manager to help us. We will use him again in the future.

Parks Chevrolet was much busier than I thought it would be this week. Service rep Jeff Caudle got me set up as fast as possible. Service on my vehicle was done appropriately and in a timely manner.

I will NEVER come to parks for anything again. Brought a 78 Corvette with aluminum wheels in for tire mount and balance. I specifically told the techs manual torque to 80ft lbs. On top of having my hood up for ZERO reasons, they run my lugs back on with an impact gun which cracks and warps aluminum, especially 43 year old aluminum. I came to a Chevy dealership specifically because it's an old gm car... And they can't follow the simplest of instructions.

This is one of the most unprofessional and unorganized car dealerships I think I have ever felt with. never have I had a sales man tell me to not buy a car after jacking the price up from the online post to driving to the store. Absolute crooks. After being ping ponged from one employee to the next with never getting an answer until the answer seemed a lie after seeing texts from other manager!!!! Do not go here buy a car from someone reliable because these trucks do not last!!!
