Had my recently purchased in February. GMC Terrain Denali serviced, oil change, tire rotation etc done today. Eli gave us great service. Reasonable wait time.

Poor Ethics: Spent 3 hours at this place. Looked at truck, talked to sales, test drove truck. Sat patiently while playing the car dealer game. Sales has to go back and forth to manager. Finally get down to some numbers, trying to fine tune what will my rate be?? Lots of delay. Now I'm close right?? Wrong, the truck was sold to another customer. The other sales person (lady) was literally right beside my salesman cubicle. I know car dealer ethics have a bad reputation, but omg, this was a slap in the face. Poor Ethics is the least I can say. The sales guy didn't know, I believe that, but the money man or manager knew. Not cool at all !!!!!

They scammed people by sending out a mailer that makes you think you won money, but when you get to the dealership, you have to match other numbers, not the colors it showed on the mailer. They only wanted you to come in and by a freaking car. All you get out of it is a measly 5 dollar target gift card. Don't go here. They are nothing but scammers.

The people at Parks Buick GMC in Kernersville were fantastic! With my credit score and my budget they had me on the road the next day in my newer car! Thank you to Mike Rose my salesperson also to Kevin & Leon Hughes in finance! !

Mike was very kind and patient with me and doing everything in his power to help me acquire the vehicle I was looking for, a great visit and great service here everybody was very kind and social I recommend this place
