Customer service was terrible. Everyone had a terrible attitude and treated me like a I was hassle to do a simple oil change and inspection. Better to pay a little bit more and go to a good mom and pop shop and support local business than to deal with sorry attitudes to save a few dollars.

Left work early to go get a needed safety inspection.. this was between 3-4pm on a Tuesday. Got there and they told me that they have been slow and they let the only guy that can do inspections go home for the day.....? I've used this place before since it's very convenient for me and it has been fine...but come on yall. I don't plan on coming back just to be turned away because they don't want to employ someone during the hours they are open.

The gentleman who worked at the desk, maybe the manager, was very friendly and polite. He explained everything to me and wasn't pushy about purchasing additional things-I went in for an oil change. I got there 20-30 minutes before they closed. There weren't other customers. It was very quick. Normal oil change is 10 minutes. The waiting area was clean.

went for some basics (wiper fluid, def fluid and tire inflate) for my truck and the two guys working were cool as hell and quick as well. yeah i could have done all this myself but trying to find a gas station that has a working air compressor, without a line of cars, this time of year is annoying and too time consuming. $25 and out in less than 15 minutes? yes please!...go here.

I took my classic car there and they did an excellent job. reasonablely priced, quick service, the employees used great caution with my vehicle which is usually my biggest concern. I would highly recommend this place especially if you have a classic car. they take great care of them and are very polite and professional

Paul and Jacob were awesome! Great customer service & very friendly. Got an oil change, and inspection. All wrapped up in less than 30 minutes. Great price as well

I was disappointed in service, cost, and total time of service. The technician did not reset the oil service light. It was not an option. I requested an inspection for the vehicle. Had I known the vehicle would sit idle in the service bay for as long as it did with as many employees standing around, I would have went elsewhere. The overall cost of oil change and inspection was high compared to other shops in the area. I was given a code for a free car wash. Free being the optimal word. It was the lowest wash provided. Lesson learned.

Been here 4-5 times and never waited in line or more than 30 minutes. Greeted right after getting out my car. They go over what was checked and let you know if you need anything fixed or replaced. And you can see them checking everything. ((We used to go to the big Walmart which always had a line and wait time was 1-2 hours,, and I believe they didn t actually check fluids cause my daughters car was out of antifreeze/water, bone dry with no leaking, we usually checked this ourselves but didn t around this time cause I thought well the Walmart guys supposedly checked it off)) Anyway this little place is our new Oil changing and inspection place to go! it s very convenient away from Kvilles ridiculous traffic.

Ryan and his team always provide excellent customer service. Customers are in and out quickly but never rushed. The car wash is great!

Employees were nice, but $108 for 6 quarts of oil and a filter is excessive. I'll go somewhere else next time.

This is a review of the CAR WASH only: Machine wouldn t take a credit card. Inside looks dirty. The Tri-Foam didn t come out. We are still looking for a decent car wash in Kernersville. This was $12 WASTED.

Convenient, fast service. They didn't try to upsell me like many other places do. That speaks volumes in my book. I will definitely be a returning customer. I highly recommend this place!

$38.99 for a basic oil change, includes a "free" car wash. A little more costly than the typical oil change, but fast and nice place.

My whole family gets our cars serviced here. Staff is always great - Sam is our favorite, her attitude is great and she is always informative.

Filled coolant reservoir with wiper fluid! I found the issue, siphoned the fluid out and contacted the store. They were hardly apologetic and were not willing to flush my coolant system as consolation to their incompetent act. Find a service center that knows the difference between wiper fluid and coolant.

Very rude people.failed my truck for brakes.they are fine.took truck to another inspection station .passed no problem.will never stop there againI'm a Vietnam vet.was an nc inspector for over 39 years.had my on shop.again the guy treated me like a dog.bye bye on this place.did use the carwash.but mot anymore.sorry

Found out why this place is always dead... They quoted me 115$ for a oil change on a 2007 Volvo. Absolutely ridiculous! I can buy the oil filter for 12$ at Walmart and the synthetic oil for under 30$.

Was not impressed with the car wash. I did the 12.00$ and still had dirt and pollen on the car... so I wouldn't recommend this unless you want to wast your money.. so I will be spending money on car wash stuff and just do it my self next time...

One Star is too many... Seriously a waste of $12 it malfunctioned and my car is now dirtier then when I started. Pathetic!!! Plus the machine hit my mirror twice.... Wow just terrible.

High Point location an employ "Logan" misplaced my car charger , STILL haven't gotten it replaced yet.
