I went in for a cabin air filter and paid $50. I thought that sounded high but he assured me that was the correct price. I checked online later and found that they average $15. Never going back.

2 young gentlemen named Andrew and Ryan just helped me with my car. Not only did they sell me the correct part, but they installed the new fuse for me in a very awkward location. Very professional and helpful

I bought much needed seat covers for my truck, a 10 PC set. I wanted something to camouflage any stains I might get, so what better than camo covers. The browns match my tan interior. I get I'm a real redneck now. I don't care, I know a lot of great rednecks. I prefer to just call them country folk, that's me.

Joey which I think is the assistant manager was totally awesome. Had him check my battery, starter, and alternator. Battery needed to be charged, but I didn't have an hour or more to wait so just purchased a new one to be safe. Omg the stuff that needed to be taken apart to even get the battery out was ridiculous but he didn't and was calm about it. Thanks Joey I appreciate it. Two thumbs up

These guys at O'Reillys in Kville know their parts. I have been doing business with them for 10 + years. Wayne, Christian and Don are a great team and look forward to working with them for many more.

To start off I have been buying paint chemicals from this location for years since they are the only hub oriellys paint supply in my area. Today was a bad experience and has been going on for awhile now. The issue is getting anyone actually in the store to mix the paint colors you need. The parts manager that is in the back of the store actually talks trash about you the customer spending money at the store in paint chemicals for coming in to want paint colors made. Horrible service now a days and guess I m taking my business back to an actual paint refinishing company in Winston Salem. So long oriellys your service is going down hill here in kernersville.

What terrible customer service at this store. This should not reflect other stores, but this one in particular. Looked over by multiple employees, including asst manager. 4 people walked in AFTER me and we're serviced before me, while I just stood at the counter, waiting... Made eye contact with 3 employees and they just moved on to others. If any other store, competitor or other O'reilly, would have had the item I needed I would have gone there. Unfortunately this was only store in my area that had exact item. For $200 purchase you'd expect better. I won't be returning to this location. I'll just order in early to the other O'riellys or a competitor next time and avoid this headache of a store.

I like O'Reilly but employees make me mad. Needed to recycle antifreeze and the girl looked at me like I had 3 heads. Went to another Auto Parts Store and they recycled it.

This place is the worst. I went in and immediately smelled cigarette smoke. My 6 year old daughter asked to go to the restroom. The restroom was in the back. When we went in, the bathroom smelled like a pack of cigarettes. When I asked the cashier, she informed me that employees smoke in the restroom. I decided to go across the street to Advance Auto and pay more for the part I wanted.

They smoke in the back so the place always smells like cigarettes. Employees don't wear masks neither do the customers. Besides that not a terrible place to shop.

Asked for a pint of Lexus paint and provided my year (2004) and paint code and was told that it was going to be mixed for me during the day so I could pick it up when I got off work and paint my side skirts when I got home. Pulled up to the store and they rang me up (poor kid didn t even know how to ring up a paint mix) and brought out a touch up bottle of 09-20 BMW paint ....not event relatively close to what I asked for and then I asked if they could mix it and apparently their paint expert had left for the day!!!

This places is a joke, drove from a different location just to be told it s in our inventory but can t find it in the back stuff goes missing all the time! Orileys needs to work on customer service as well as possible theft going on in this location! Will never be returning as well as calling and filling a complaint through customer service!

These guys are helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. They helped find the part I needed. When I had to bring the part back (no fault to them) they politely gave me the money back, no questions asked. Great group of guys at this location.

I used to work here and some staff are awesome like Lawerance and Victor but David Millhouse has to go he is very rude and excuse people for peeing on the toliet witch I did not do when I walk in as comuster help my friend wash the company truck and found the bathrooms was awaful and I wanted to shop there but they told me I had to leave on that matter so that's why it's a mess up place after all when I don't work there no more but my friends there will never be forgotten and you know who you are

i didnt end up buying my part from here because i bought them online but the guys at the Kernersville Location were great. They gave me all the information i needed which allowed me to save money on the labor and do the job myself.!!
